楊瀾講座觀后感

作為一個(gè)剛踏入大學(xué)校園不久的女生，在聽(tīng)過(guò)楊瀾女士的講座后更是受益匪淺。

楊瀾女士在談到剛剛進(jìn)入大學(xué)的感受時(shí)用了一個(gè)比喻：就像井底之蛙第一次跳出井底，茫然的面對(duì)著外面更加豐富精彩的視界，有的只是心底的迷茫與失落。初到北外時(shí)，我也有同樣的感受。好在之前早已做好接受一切打擊的準(zhǔn)備，準(zhǔn)備以一個(gè)足夠謙卑的態(tài)度來(lái)面對(duì)這里的一切，這是應(yīng)該的，也是必須得。但我們沒(méi)有必要去感到羞愧，每個(gè)人都是這樣過(guò)來(lái)的，用楊瀾女士的話就是：至少你跳出了這口井。這就是一個(gè)很大的進(jìn)步。只有面對(duì)，接受，努力才有可能去進(jìn)一步的拓展自己的視野，如果只是一味沉浸在過(guò)去的光芒中就注定要在這里摔得更狠。從一個(gè)北外的學(xué)生到央視正大綜藝的主持人，再到“金話筒”獎(jiǎng)的獲得者，再到哥倫比亞大學(xué)的碩士生，繼而成為多次普利策新聞獎(jiǎng)的獲得者，再到鳳凰衛(wèi)視及多家電臺(tái)的名主持，這樣一段閃耀著金色光芒的路必然是經(jīng)過(guò)無(wú)數(shù)次的鍛造提煉。而此過(guò)程中，呈現(xiàn)在我們面前的一直都是一個(gè)微笑著的謙虛兒不失高度的楊瀾。沒(méi)有人能完全體會(huì)或概括其中的艱辛。即使是我們這樣平靜的十幾年中都有著我們不愿提及的傷痛及教訓(xùn)，更何況是無(wú)數(shù)次踏入不同環(huán)境的楊瀾女士。其實(shí)，每一次我們意識(shí)到自己是井底之蛙都是一種進(jìn)步，完全沒(méi)有必要自卑。只要有堅(jiān)定的信念與謙虛的態(tài)度，有朝一日，每個(gè)人都可以成為飛翔在空中的天鵝，俯瞰這個(gè)曾經(jīng)讓我們困惑的世界，像楊瀾女士一樣繼續(xù)給那些迷途的羔羊指點(diǎn)迷津。

在談到大學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)，楊瀾女士更是指導(dǎo)我們要從細(xì)處開(kāi)始，從廣處涉獵，從而做到廣而精。就查字典一事，也耐心的舉例。只是記住簡(jiǎn)單的漢譯顯然是不夠的，查字典的過(guò)程能讓我們更好的記憶，并了解釋義的方法。學(xué)習(xí)是個(gè)無(wú)止境的過(guò)程，每一個(gè)結(jié)果不過(guò)是下一個(gè)階段的開(kāi)始，如果因粗心或懶惰跳過(guò)了一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，那么下一節(jié)便難以繼續(xù)。另外就是廣涉獵這個(gè)問(wèn)題。在步入社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，尤其是在就業(yè)中，多一門(mén)學(xué)文就會(huì)多一種優(yōu)勢(shì)，藝多不壓身就是這個(gè)道理了。我想這也正是楊瀾女士在眾多人才中脫穎而出的原因之一了。

繼而是工作方面。楊瀾女士說(shuō)，工作要從具體開(kāi)始。初次步入一個(gè)辦公樓，可能我們的第一個(gè)工作任務(wù)是幫忙端水，拿盒飯，稍微好點(diǎn)就是整理資料，準(zhǔn)備會(huì)議。但是，這些都是不可忽視的細(xì)節(jié)，上司往往可以通過(guò)這些看似微不足道的小事來(lái)判斷你是否能夠勝任這里的工作，是否能夠和這個(gè)群體和諧相處。當(dāng)然，努力去做這些小事并不是要求我們?nèi)シ艞壸约旱倪b遠(yuǎn)夢(mèng)想，不是要我們遙望自己真正想要的東西。反而，要堅(jiān)持自己想要的一切，現(xiàn)在做好小事為的是展現(xiàn)自己認(rèn)真的工作態(tài)度，贏得同行及上司的尊重，建立好的信譽(yù)，從而更加接近自己堅(jiān)持的東西。從開(kāi)始懂得人生需要做選擇題以來(lái)，我就已經(jīng)慢慢的放棄了很多自己真正想要的東西，沒(méi)能堅(jiān)持他們，雖然沒(méi)有后悔，但也有不少遺憾。在聽(tīng)過(guò)楊瀾女士的一席話后，我更加堅(jiān)持自己想要的，不會(huì)再輕易放棄。

另外，在這樣一個(gè)人才及資源被無(wú)限復(fù)制粘貼的時(shí)代，想要出人頭地，至少是證明自己的價(jià)值需要至少三要素。

一是，要有生存危機(jī)感。作為初來(lái)乍到的新生，顯然我還沒(méi)有十分了解外界的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)趨勢(shì)，甚至有時(shí)會(huì)去回避了解，因?yàn)槲颐靼姿任蚁胂蟮囊D難的多。有一個(gè)經(jīng)典的例子可以證明：當(dāng)青蛙被放入滾燙的鍋時(shí)它會(huì)立刻跳起來(lái)，至少是撿回了一條命，然而當(dāng)它被放入鍋中慢慢加熱時(shí)，它最后就成了一盤(pán)田雞。這個(gè)故事告訴我們的正是生存危機(jī)感的重要性。我們被保護(hù)在襁褓中太久不愿出來(lái)，但當(dāng)我們長(zhǎng)大，襁褓已不能遮蓋我們?nèi)頃r(shí)我們就會(huì)感到寒冷，這就是生存危機(jī)，它時(shí)刻存在，而那種“感”則需要我們自己去體會(huì)擁有，擁有了它我們才能像那只青蛙那樣“跳”起來(lái)。

二是，要堅(jiān)持自己的風(fēng)格。我們知道，楊瀾女士曾就職于央視，沿承了央視特有的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)風(fēng)格，因而在步入鳳凰時(shí)遇到了不少阻礙。當(dāng)鳳凰想要她將時(shí)政新聞娛樂(lè)化時(shí)，她堅(jiān)持了自己的風(fēng)格：嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)是對(duì)時(shí)政的尊重。然而也正是這個(gè)原因，楊瀾女士得到了人們的尊重。在以后的環(huán)境中，我們必然會(huì)遇到很多格格不入的小環(huán)境，很多的人和事會(huì)要求你去改變，去適應(yīng)他們的胃口。但是如果我們都去這么做，那必然是場(chǎng)失去自我的悲劇，我們都有自己的風(fēng)格，正是這種不同的風(fēng)格讓我們與眾不同，讓我們有足夠的資歷去站在更高處?！巴骱衔邸敝粫?huì)讓我們被改造成為平庸之輩。

三是，需要找一個(gè)敵人去證明自己。證明自己的方法很多，但我想最客觀的莫過(guò)于你的敵人。我更偏向于稱(chēng)之為對(duì)手。對(duì)手對(duì)我們的態(tài)度的每一個(gè)改變都能夠折射出我們自身的改變。同時(shí)，一個(gè)好的對(duì)手更是我們繼續(xù)提高自我的動(dòng)力。對(duì)手有時(shí)真的會(huì)讓我們恨之入骨，但是，我們最后都會(huì)感謝他們，一旦到了我們感謝他們的時(shí)候，那么，恭喜自己吧，因?yàn)槲覀兇藭r(shí)真正贏了。在對(duì)手不斷地挑戰(zhàn)中，我們的能力也默默地得到了提高，這是我目前想到的自我提升的快捷方式。如果你想成功，那么找個(gè)對(duì)手吧。

最后，楊瀾女士提到她最喜歡大海。原因是，在大海面前，我們可以感到自己的渺小，從而讓浮躁的心沉淀下來(lái)。同時(shí)，在大海面前，我們會(huì)感動(dòng)自己的獨(dú)一無(wú)二，茫茫滄海下，仿佛只有自己的一顆心在跳動(dòng)，從而讓傷痕累累的心得到片刻的喘息。如果你覺(jué)得自己足夠偉大，那么，請(qǐng)獨(dú)自來(lái)看海；如果你覺(jué)得自己微不足道，那么，也請(qǐng)你獨(dú)自來(lái)看海。

曾經(jīng)一度認(rèn)為一位成功的職業(yè)女性都會(huì)有混亂的家庭，然而楊瀾女士與吳征的婚姻讓我相信，我們完全可以平衡事業(yè)與家庭的關(guān)系，去盡情體現(xiàn)自己的價(jià)值與體味生活的精彩。

An Objective Analysis

YangLan delivered her speech about Chinese youth mainly about several following questions: who are they？ How are they different and what are the differences they are going to make to shape the future of China, or at large, the world？

As is known to us, our young generation we was born in the 80s and 90s under the one-child policy at a time when China has undergone so many enormous historical transformations, there is no doubt that thy are different and in her address, I have observed a great many sparkling points from their descent behaviors.First of all, most of them are well-educated.The illiteracy rate among this generation is under one percent.This totally indicates that they have great knowledge and wisdom.They are improving our nation’s soft influence so that it won’t take long time for us to build a powerful China.What’s more, they have rather high sense of social responsibilities and missions.On one hand, they have undertaken their obligations to the fullest extent.Among the city’s workers, 80% are young people.Regardless of lower income, less social welfare and worse living conditions, they just sacrifice themselves to deepen our country’s industrialization and urbanization.Some of them even return to the countryside a less developed market where with their intelligence they are able to create more jobs, upgrade local agriculture and create new business.In their hands issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers have been nicely solved.On the other hand, they have made most of their rights to do something meaningful.Facing a series of frustrating social phenomena, such as Guomeimei case, forced demolition of private property, public safety, they cry for social justice and government accountability.Finally it works out.It’s certain that they are participating in public policy-making.Also they are doing good through social media, saving those abandoned dogs.In addition, they have the unique spirit of challenging the traditional culture.Naked wedding is their creativity.They are ready to get married without a house, without a car, without a diamond ring and a wedding banquet to show their commitment to true love.It is those shining points that have presented us a different view of the young generation.Therefore, they have the chance to make a difference.Of course, for this generation, when they purse their happiness, they are suffering from a variety of adversities which have been mentioned in the speech, an aging China, the skyrocketing real estate price, the income inequality the polluted environment etc.But I am deeply convinced that our younger generation has the abilities to overcome them, have the potentials to perform our social and political reform to keep pace with economic growth, to keep sustainability and stability, for they truly know that their personal fates are closely related to our nation’s development and prosperity.They will have hopeful prospect!

2013年，作為中國(guó)電視最早推出的高端訪談節(jié)目，《楊瀾訪談錄》即將迎來(lái)它的第十三個(gè)年頭。告別2012，《楊瀾訪談錄》這檔老牌訪談節(jié)目將進(jìn)行全新改版登陸北京衛(wèi)視，在每個(gè)周日晚上23點(diǎn)與觀眾見(jiàn)面。

2011年，李亞鵬與王菲攜手做客《楊瀾訪談錄》，這是五年來(lái)他們首次共同受訪，被問(wèn)及踏入這幾年的感受，向來(lái)少言的王菲很快地給出了兩個(gè)詞：踏實(shí)、安逸。

the night before i was heading for scotland, i was invited to host the final of chinas got talent show in shanghai with the 80,000 live audience in the stadium.guess who was the performing guest? susan boyle.and i told her, im going to scotland the next day.she sang beautifully, and she even managed to say a few words in chinese.[chinese:送你蔥] so its not like hello or thank you, that ordinary stuff.it means green onion for free.why did she say that? because it was a line from our chinese parallel susan boyle--a 50-some year-old woman, a vegetable vendor in shanghai, who loves singing western opera, but she didnt understand any english or french or italian, so she managed to fill in the lyrics with vegetable names in chinese.(laughter)and the last sentence of nessun dorma that she was singing in the stadium was green onion for free.so [as] susan boyle was saying that, 80,000 live audience sang together.that was hilarious.so i guess both susan boyle and this vegetable vendor in shanghai belonged to otherness.they were the least expected to be successful in the business called entertainment, yet their courage and talent brought them through.and a show and a platform gave them the stage to realize their dreams.well, being different is not that difficult.we are all different from different perspectives.but i think being different is good, because you present a different point of view.you may have the chance to make a difference.my generation has been very fortunate to witness and participate in the historic transformation of china that has made so many changes in the past 20, 30 years.i remember that in the year of 1990, when i was graduating from college, i was applying for a job in the sales department of the first five-star hotel in beijing, great wall sheraton--its still there.so after being interrogated by this japanese manager for a half an hour, he finally said, so, miss yang, do you have any questions to ask me? i summoned my courage and poise and said, yes, but could you let me know, what actually do you sell? i didnt have a clue what a sales department was about in a five-star hotel.that was the first day i set my foot in a five-star hotel.我這個(gè)年代的人是幸運(yùn)的我們目睹并參與了中國(guó)歷史性的變化.在過(guò)去的二，三十年里中國(guó)
