英語翻譯，作為一種文化的傳播方式，不僅僅是逐字逐句的轉(zhuǎn)換，更是一種帶有個人文學(xué)色彩的創(chuàng)作，個人的語言風(fēng)格，思維方式，理解方式乃至閱歷，都會對其翻譯創(chuàng)作產(chǎn)生巨大的影響。很多人把翻譯當(dāng)成了電文解碼或是代數(shù)演算般的文字替換，從而低估了翻譯的價(jià)值，好的翻譯必定是形神兼?zhèn)?，不僅能清楚地表達(dá)出原作者的意思，還能傳達(dá)其文字內(nèi)涵背后的情感意味。

這就要求翻譯者要精通熟知兩種不同的文化及其背景，并且融會貫通，在清楚理解原作者的基礎(chǔ)上，找到另一種文化中相同的情景表達(dá)，而非逐字逐詞地轉(zhuǎn)化，那樣必定是詞不達(dá)意或者生硬枯燥的，簡直就像是得到一本武功秘籍卻不能參透，只學(xué)得皮毛而無法領(lǐng)會其真正內(nèi)涵和精髓意蘊(yùn)，丟失了其大部分的價(jià)值。光中先生打了一個有趣的比方——直譯，甚至硬譯、死譯，充其量只能成為剝制的標(biāo)本：一根羽毛不少，可惜是一只死鳥，徒有形貌，沒有飛翔。詩人齊阿地認(rèn)為，從一種文字到另一種文字的翻譯，很像從一種樂器到另一種樂器的變調(diào)：四弦的提琴雖然拉不出88鍵大鋼琴的聲音，但那種旋律的精神多少可以傳遞過來。真有靈感的譯文，像投胎重生的靈魂一般令人覺得是一種“再創(chuàng)造”。

如何翻譯好一部作品呢，我認(rèn)為各種翻譯技巧是其次，重點(diǎn)是要心中有存貨，要有大量的知識儲備，并且這些知識不僅僅只是死記硬背的，還應(yīng)該是在實(shí)際生活中理解領(lǐng)悟的，懂得其延生和背后的內(nèi)涵，只有真正理解透徹以后，再通過各種技巧，在兩種文化中融會貫通，熟練轉(zhuǎn)換。

很多人以為只要學(xué)好翻譯目標(biāo)的語言就能翻譯好，我覺得這是不對的，如果你自己不能理解好母語，又怎么能在理解其他語言的基礎(chǔ)上準(zhǔn)確轉(zhuǎn)換成自己的語言？

另外就是要多閱讀，通過閱讀吸收大量的語言詞匯和相應(yīng)的表達(dá)，而且閱讀的過程中就給你提供了這個詞句表達(dá)的恰當(dāng)場景語境，很多詞都有其延伸的含義，在不同的情景中有不同的釋義，如果只是理解了其中某個意思然后生搬硬套，很容易產(chǎn)生令人啼笑皆非的場景。有時候一個場景又能有多個詞語來表達(dá)，如何準(zhǔn)確區(qū)分其中的細(xì)微差別和作者的意圖，這些都是需要通過長期大量的閱讀理解后方能學(xué)會的，正所謂厚積薄發(fā)，翻譯也是一個這樣的過程，簡單地翻譯出文章的意思容易，翻譯出作者的意圖則難，要翻譯出類似原作風(fēng)格或者優(yōu)美的準(zhǔn)確達(dá)意的文章就更難了。

翻譯中的加減增刪，完全是取決于作者所要表達(dá)的重點(diǎn)和意圖，有些東西在另一種文化中完全是令人無法理解的或者是累贅的，就需要通過一定的修飾，使其變成能讓人理解的意會的相應(yīng)東西。而有些細(xì)節(jié)是反應(yīng)作者的意圖或者文章的暗線或者是一語雙關(guān)用來諷刺，暗喻等等的就需要巧妙地轉(zhuǎn)化，這其中的技巧還需要我更進(jìn)一步的學(xué)習(xí)。

有的句子單獨(dú)摘出來就有許多種意思，如果翻譯還需要參考前后文章，這就是所謂的語境，只是有時這也是很難推斷的，也許作者想要表達(dá)的也有多個意思，該怎么翻譯才是準(zhǔn)確的也很難推斷，也許通過更過的閱讀能更好的理解，總之翻譯是一條漫長的道路，正所謂一千個人就有一千本哈姆雷特，每個人理解的角度都是不一樣的，翻譯出來的也會有差異，還需要我們多加的學(xué)習(xí)，通過學(xué)習(xí)掌握更精確簡練的表達(dá)，更地道的說法，翻譯永無止境。篇二：翻譯心得體會

通過短暫的一個多學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)，我也深切感受到“快樂口譯”帶來的無窮樂趣。口譯不像四、六級，還有專業(yè)四級那樣只是單純的注重于筆頭的練習(xí)而是一門綜合性的集聽、說、讀、寫于一體英語課程，它可以使你在各方面都有所提高。尤其是它的譯，包括口頭的和書面的。老師會教給你一套行之有效的模式，教你如何在不同的場合使用不同的談話方式及內(nèi)容，很有益處。

口譯的口語交談能讓你展示足夠的“演戲天分”，在演老師安排的話題時能讓你捧腹大笑。這種情境的口語課可以使你有足夠的勇氣開口講英語。學(xué)習(xí)語言的最終目的就是會講，而我們以前都太忽略這一點(diǎn)了，倒致了許多人如今的啞巴英語。不能用于交流的語言，不管書面內(nèi)容學(xué)得多么的出色，也是是失敗的，語言最大的特點(diǎn)就是用于交流。同時，上口譯課程的另一大收獲是如何自我培養(yǎng)聽力能力：多聽英文歌曲，多看英語電影、視頻，這不僅不枯燥，而且會讓你越來越喜歡英語，同時可以在聽的過程里感受到來自不同國家不同種族不同發(fā)音的人的語音語調(diào)，這會讓自己的聽力越來越好，耳朵越來越靈敏。相信在潛移默化中會讓你的英語大有長進(jìn)。

除此之外，口譯課程讓我了解了更多的文化。在以前的翻譯課上，各地方的方言，還有美國的很多的哩語翻譯都會讓你覺得很有樂趣。這些不同的文化差異往往會帶來一些有趣的事，多樣的差異性?？傊谛χ袑W(xué)知識，何樂而不為呢？同時，只有在了解了更多的文化知識文化背景的情況下，翻譯的內(nèi)容才會生動，才能有靈性，才比較的符合實(shí)際，而不是按照詞意生硬的翻譯，那樣的文字沒有生命力，也沒有感染力，也就不可能很好的傳遞出原文作者想表達(dá)的意思，說話者的意圖。

有很多時候我們花費(fèi)大量時間和精力得到的收獲往往并不讓自己滿意，遇到這種情況時我們大可不必灰心，這是每個學(xué)習(xí)口譯的人都會遇到的問題。只要我們掌握好正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法，學(xué)習(xí)口譯自然會變得簡單輕松。“掌握正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法！”聽起來覺得很難，但只要我們能夠認(rèn)清自身的不足，加以彌補(bǔ)和充實(shí)，這個難題就很容易解決。

記得以前曾聽一位老師說過這樣一句話：“我不僅要求我的學(xué)生從一堂課中學(xué)到知識，我更注重他們能夠掌握適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法！”的確如此，掌握正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法往往比在課堂上獲得知識更為重要。那個老師指出“適合每個人的學(xué)習(xí)方法各不一樣，這取決于每個人的性格、思維方式、記憶力和溝通習(xí)慣等。這需要在授課時更注重對學(xué)生引導(dǎo)的技巧和互動！”在口譯課上我就感受到了這種教學(xué)方式的重要性，這是我在其他地方學(xué)不到的。確實(shí)，每個人的先天條件不一樣，一個人成功的學(xué)習(xí)方法并不代表放到自己身上也一樣合適。翻譯中更需要的，是要：

1培養(yǎng)自己善于分析的頭腦和概括能力。要培養(yǎng)這種能力靠死記硬背是行不通的，每天在狀態(tài)最好的時候（通常是早上）針對一些案例進(jìn)行實(shí)練。

培養(yǎng)自己合理思考的能力和估計(jì)形勢的本能。

鍛煉自己的反應(yīng)迅速，能迅速將注意力轉(zhuǎn)移給下一個發(fā)言人、新形勢和新話題。

善于集中注意力。

5有求知欲，興趣廣泛。

6良好的短期和長期記憶力。

7在公眾場合流暢、清晰、良好地講話。

8超出一般的抗壓能力。

從以上列出的幾點(diǎn)中找到自身不足的地方，加以針對性的鍛煉，在這個過程中自然會掌握一套適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法。加以時日必定會發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的能力有顯著的提高。

談到翻譯中需要注意的事項(xiàng)，免不了要提到翻譯的技能，靠著這些技能，才能讓翻譯工作更加的出色。

說到技能，翻譯是一項(xiàng)專業(yè)性很強(qiáng)的工作。筆譯是鍛煉一個人語言功底很好的方法，同時也是做好口譯的重要基礎(chǔ)。從口譯的角度說，如果語言文字有了比較堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，接下來表達(dá)和思維就至關(guān)重要。練表達(dá)，一個好的方法就是視譯。非常有針對性的材料，可以使得練習(xí)變得很有效率。在拿到材料以后應(yīng)該調(diào)整好狀態(tài)，想象自己就在翻譯的現(xiàn)場，給自己造成一定的壓力?？吹讲牧现械闹形暮螅瑺幦≡谧疃痰臅r間內(nèi)用最流利的語言表達(dá)出來。如果有哪些詞或句說得不通順或者結(jié)構(gòu)不好，就可以記在筆記本上，之后可以向他人請教或者自己進(jìn)行查找。通過反復(fù)的訓(xùn)練，在表達(dá)方面便有可能取得較為明顯的進(jìn)步。

練思維，在英譯中時，聽力是基礎(chǔ)，首先作為譯者，自己必須明白對方所要表達(dá)的內(nèi)容。有了這個前提，接下來便是思考如何用精練的句子傳達(dá)出來，這對思維有著很高的要求。單單只是聽懂是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，因?yàn)榭谧g譯員是一座溝通的橋梁，所以譯員的表達(dá)應(yīng)該是工整的，讓受眾能夠非常順暢地理解對方的意思甚至是精髓。所以中文的功底在這時就顯得至關(guān)重要。語言是不同的，但又是相通的。因此，兩種語言不應(yīng)該有所偏頗。

但是不論是表達(dá)抑或是思維，翻譯最需要的勤學(xué)苦練，在不斷的學(xué)習(xí)中不斷地提高。在我看來，這是成為一名好翻譯，一名不會落伍的翻譯的最重要的前提。要經(jīng)常長期性的學(xué)習(xí)新的知識，新的說法，新的詞匯只有擁有這種不斷學(xué)習(xí)的精神，才能成為優(yōu)秀的翻譯。

英語翻譯心得

經(jīng)過三個學(xué)期的翻譯理論學(xué)習(xí)，我對翻譯有了很深的認(rèn)識。以前總覺得翻譯就是用正確的語法把特定的詞語組織起來，表達(dá)流利就足夠了，在前幾篇練習(xí)中都是采用直譯的手法，翻譯出來的文章不但讀不通而且邏輯不通，翻譯理論與實(shí)踐這門課的學(xué)習(xí)讓我受益匪淺。翻譯是跨語言、跨文化、跨社會的交際活動。

翻譯是有靈魂的，語言是人與人交流的重要工具，翻譯也是文化的交流。像紐馬克說的，翻譯是一門科學(xué)，藝術(shù)，技術(shù)也是一種品位。翻 譯不是精通一門外語，借助于詞典和工具書就能為之的事，缺少對原語文化的深人研究很難保證翻譯的水平和質(zhì)量。翻譯要熟悉兩種語言，悟出語言所具有的無比威 力，還要透過語言所傳達(dá)的信息，了解其背后的文化和精神，從而體會到中西文化的差異。語言不僅僅是信息的載體，還是文化的載體。不同民族由于不同的生存環(huán) 境，不同的認(rèn)識世界的角度，往往形成各自獨(dú)特的文化模式。人類對信息形式和內(nèi)容的理解在相當(dāng)程度上依賴于本民族的文化模式。原文讀者與原文作者一般具有共 同的文化背景，因此原文讀者能按作者所期望的那樣，透過詞匯的表面形式去理解原文的全部文化內(nèi)涵，而譯者根據(jù)自己的語言和文化背景來傳達(dá)信息、表達(dá)感情，他所面對的則是難以理解甚至是更容易誤解的文化材料，因此“翻譯者必須是一個真正意義上文化人”。譯者不僅應(yīng)該精通原語和譯人語這兩種語言，而且應(yīng)該通過各種信息渠道了解這兩種語言所反映的文化，諳熟它們的差異，才能找到契合點(diǎn)，最大限度地縮小原作和譯者之間的距離，準(zhǔn)確地捕捉原文中的文化信息，進(jìn)行有效的傳播。

翻譯的定義是 “rendering the meaning of a text into another language in the way that author intended the text.”這里要強(qiáng)調(diào)一下“in the way that author intended the text”。就是要注重作者的寫作手法，風(fēng)格，意圖。近代翻譯家嚴(yán)復(fù)的“信、達(dá)、雅”翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高度的表達(dá)了翻譯的理念?！靶拧?要使譯文準(zhǔn)確無誤，忠于原文，如實(shí)恰當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)用現(xiàn)代漢語把原文翻譯出來“達(dá)”，就是要通順暢達(dá)，要使譯文 符合現(xiàn)代漢語的語法及用語習(xí)慣，字通句順，沒有語病“雅”就是指譯文要優(yōu)美自然，要使譯文生動、形象，完美地表達(dá)原文的寫作風(fēng)格。

要 能翻譯出好的作品，不是一朝一夕的事情，還需要經(jīng)過大量艱苦的理論

至于翻譯方法，紐馬克介紹了很多種翻譯方法，如直譯，意譯，忠實(shí)翻譯，地道翻譯，但主要的是“直譯”和“意譯”，而“直譯”要有限度，“意譯”要有分寸，做到直而不死，意而不曲。直譯科技 商業(yè) 工業(yè) 經(jīng)濟(jì)文本 新聞報(bào)導(dǎo) 會議記錄.等表達(dá)信息的文章中，意譯一般用在文學(xué)作品，演講詞，廣告語中，當(dāng)然在翻譯中要兩者結(jié)合。雖 然，現(xiàn)在我們的翻譯還不能達(dá)到這個境界，然而使整個翻譯篇章流暢，句子結(jié)構(gòu)多變，用詞恰當(dāng)，是我們當(dāng)前急需補(bǔ)上的功課。在翻譯中還有至關(guān)重要的一點(diǎn)是文化 因素，東西方存在很大的文化差異，好的翻譯應(yīng)該符合一個語言環(huán)境，畢竟翻譯目的是讓看者能輕松地讀懂文意并忠實(shí)原文作者的意圖。

在翻譯步驟上，首先要讀懂文章，知道文章的內(nèi)容，然后從一個翻譯者的角度去分析文章，了解文章的文化背景，作者的寫作意圖，寫作手法，從而選擇適當(dāng)?shù)姆g方法。在翻譯過程中，修改的實(shí)踐應(yīng)該占很大的比例，像老師說的，要把翻譯后的文章反復(fù)的

讀，要讀起來流利的像自己寫的。當(dāng)然翻譯時還要考慮翻譯的意圖，也就是讀者群，一般來說讀者群有三種，即專家，受過教育的人，和沒受過高等教育的人，要根據(jù)翻譯意圖和他們的理解程度選擇適當(dāng)?shù)姆g方法、。

在翻譯中首先應(yīng)該做的是加強(qiáng)自身基本素養(yǎng)。所 謂基本素養(yǎng)，是指翻譯者必須具備的基本條件，亦即對翻譯者的基本要求。除了應(yīng)該具有高尚的“譯德譯風(fēng)”和嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真、一絲不茍的科學(xué)態(tài)度之外，譯者必須具備 三方面的素養(yǎng)，即一定的英語水平、較高的漢語修養(yǎng)和豐富的學(xué)科專業(yè)知識。大量的翻譯實(shí)踐表明，這三方面的素養(yǎng)越高，越能順利地完成翻譯工作。關(guān)于英語水平，應(yīng)注意打牢基礎(chǔ)，擴(kuò)大詞匯量，廣泛閱讀，最好能聽、說、讀、寫、譯五方面訓(xùn)練同時并進(jìn)，較之單攻翻譯能更快提高英語水平。在漢語修養(yǎng)方面，應(yīng)加強(qiáng)語 法、邏輯、修辭等方面知識的研修，多閱讀、多寫作、多練習(xí)修改文章。在學(xué)科專業(yè)知識方面，要努力精通本職業(yè)務(wù)，多了解相關(guān)專業(yè)知識；經(jīng)常閱覽國內(nèi)、外護(hù)理 專業(yè)期刊，掌握學(xué)科發(fā)展動態(tài)。

翻譯是一項(xiàng)創(chuàng)造性的語言活動，具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性。在今后的翻譯學(xué)習(xí)中要注重實(shí)踐。不 通過大量的實(shí)踐而要提高翻譯能力，無異于想學(xué)游泳卻又不下水一樣。當(dāng)然，實(shí)踐也要講究科學(xué)性。初學(xué)者若無行家里手的指點(diǎn)，最好是先找一些難度切合自己水平且有漢語譯文的材料進(jìn)行翻譯練習(xí)。自己的譯文寫成后同人家的譯文相對照。先看看自己在理解方面是否準(zhǔn)確，其次看看自己的表達(dá)是否符合漢語的語言習(xí)慣，從中 找到不足。隨著水平的提高，可找些比較簡單的本專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識方面的文章進(jìn)行翻譯，以后逐步過渡到英文護(hù)理文獻(xiàn)的翻譯。堅(jiān)持循序漸進(jìn)多翻譯多投稿，定會果實(shí) 累累。

在高度信息化和全球化的現(xiàn)代社會中，翻譯的重要性得到了越來越多的體現(xiàn)。作為英語專業(yè)的我們，學(xué)好翻譯是一項(xiàng)艱巨而長遠(yuǎn)的任務(wù)。學(xué)好英語，學(xué)好翻譯，把中國的源遠(yuǎn)流長的燦爛文化傳播向世界。
