When it comes to health ,I think the first action in mind in most of us would be the physical condition.But today my topic is the importance of psychological health.I remember I took psychology as an elective course last thursday.The teacher acted as a psychologist in our college told us that many college students in china have psychological illness.And I also often hear some students saying “郁悶” which is the popular network language now.However ,they never know the importance of mental health.First ,mental health is the source of happiness.You know ,the world is full of love and happiness.So get rid of depression ,be positive ,and enjoy everyday.Second ,mental health is the foundation of optimism and self-confidence.When armed with the courage and spirit of not fearing the difficulties ,the contemporary college students can face the fierce competition in society.Third ,mental health is the insurance of a good interpersonal communication.The friendship let us know how to cooperate with others.A smile also gives an easy

access to friends.And last ,mental health is the key to success in life.What kind of attitude determines the future.Success or failure is whether you treat it correctly with healthy psychology.Of course ,we should attach more importance to the physical and psychological health.And the health will be the chicken soup for the soul forever.
