釣魚島事件對(duì)中國(guó)的四個(gè)隱性危害

9月7日釣魚島事件發(fā)生以來(lái)，目前，船員已回國(guó)，漁船也已回來(lái)，但船長(zhǎng)依然被日本以國(guó)內(nèi)法拘留。雖然釣魚島事件還沒(méi)有結(jié)束，但是依筆者認(rèn)為，此次釣魚島事件，相對(duì)于中國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō)已有四個(gè)方面的隱患：一是日本借此向國(guó)際社會(huì)表明了強(qiáng)硬立場(chǎng)，發(fā)出一個(gè)強(qiáng)烈信號(hào)：即釣魚島是日本的，在事件中，日本直接抓扣中國(guó)的人和船，并隨即宣布扣留船長(zhǎng)，態(tài)度很強(qiáng)硬，向外界表明任何人都不能染指釣魚島，我有海上保安部隊(duì)和自衛(wèi)隊(duì)，我有軍艦和大炮。二是進(jìn)一步摸清了中國(guó)的底線。釣魚島事件發(fā)生以來(lái)，中國(guó)外交部在第一時(shí)間向日本提出民抗議，隨后，抗議逐步升級(jí)，外交部長(zhǎng)、國(guó)務(wù)委員，而后又派出了漁政執(zhí)法船（不知道是哪一條），但后來(lái)走到中途又返回了，之后又有海監(jiān)51號(hào)到有關(guān)海域?qū)θ毡敬M(jìn)行喊話，似乎為中國(guó)人掙回了一點(diǎn)面子。但是，也唯有此，也讓日本人看到了中國(guó)在維護(hù)領(lǐng)土主權(quán)上有多大的決心：有決心但不是最大的決心，很強(qiáng)硬但不是最大的強(qiáng)硬，最起碼沒(méi)有打仗的決心，外交部抗議，再抗議，強(qiáng)烈抗議，至多去個(gè)執(zhí)法船，僅此而已。摸清了底牌，路子就好走了，你不是發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)嗎，你不是想穩(wěn)定嗎，你不是不敢發(fā)生大的沖突嗎，那我就出手了，你只管抗議好了，年底我還要把釣魚島國(guó)有化，而且還要駐軍隊(duì)，看你中國(guó)有什么辦法?？梢哉f(shuō)，此次釣魚事件，影響已經(jīng)超出了中日兩國(guó)，有爭(zhēng)議領(lǐng)土的國(guó)家都在看，都在想，期他國(guó)家也在看，通過(guò)中國(guó)維護(hù)領(lǐng)土主權(quán)的決心和信心，引向其他外交領(lǐng)域，以便今后調(diào)整對(duì)中國(guó)的外交走向。三是在中國(guó)周邊國(guó)家開(kāi)創(chuàng)了扣人的先例。這次中國(guó)在自己的海域捕魚被日本人抓人扣船，那么，下次，中國(guó)漁船在中國(guó)的南海捕魚被越南、菲律賓等宣稱有爭(zhēng)議的國(guó)家抓人扣船又該如何辦？同時(shí)，也進(jìn)一步助長(zhǎng)了和中國(guó)在領(lǐng)土上有爭(zhēng)議的國(guó)家的氣焰。如菲律賓宣布將加強(qiáng)在駐南海島上的軍事力量即是一個(gè)例證，這也為中國(guó)今后收復(fù)南海諸島留下了更大的隱患。四是民意的變化更要引起當(dāng)局者的注意。9月7日釣魚事件發(fā)生后，針對(duì)日本人抓人扣船行為，大多數(shù)中國(guó)人都表現(xiàn)出了無(wú)窮的憤慨，義憤填膺，每一個(gè)有愛(ài)國(guó)心的中國(guó)人都很氣憤。大家都希望政府在此事上能立場(chǎng)強(qiáng)硬，和日本針尖對(duì)麥芒，當(dāng)時(shí)鳳凰網(wǎng)有一個(gè)調(diào)查，有79%的網(wǎng)民認(rèn)為應(yīng)對(duì)日本采取軍事手段，中國(guó)大陸、臺(tái)灣、香港、澳門四地保釣成員決定到釣魚島去宣示主權(quán)，最后，中國(guó)大陸保釣人員在廈門被通知不能出海，只有臺(tái)灣去了兩個(gè)人，和日本人對(duì)壘了5個(gè)小時(shí)，最后力不從心，只好返回。消息傳出，國(guó)人沮喪，由希望到對(duì)政府失望。當(dāng)然從普通人的眼光不可能洞察一切，不可能明白高層的決策。但是如果政府不關(guān)注普通民從的民意，讓民意受到傷害，對(duì)社會(huì)，對(duì)民族，對(duì)國(guó)家都是不可彌補(bǔ)的損失，因?yàn)槊裥氖强少F的。國(guó)家興亡、匹夫有責(zé)。試想，如果一個(gè)民族絕大多數(shù)群眾對(duì)關(guān)乎國(guó)家領(lǐng)土、國(guó)家大事上由激動(dòng)、到麻木不仁，由希望到失望到絕望，那才是最可怕的。

The Itching Diaoyu Island Issue causes different reactions in both countries.Chinese oversea students in Japan say that the Diaoyu Islands Issue isn't affecting the Japanese citizens as in China.Diaoyu Island Issue is one of the thorniest issues in the newspapers, on television and all over the Internet in recent days.Disputes Between China and Japan on the ownership of a boundary know as the Diaoyu Island in China and Senkaku Island in Japan.Both governments have made different statements pronouncing the Island to be their own.Some Chinese citizens have been acting very aggressively in ways of smashing Japanese brand cars and boycotting Japanese products.Property loss and chaos has been caused.Car owners and shop keepers wept on their losses.But angry crowds swarm on.A number of anti-Japan campaigns and protests have been going on in some cities of China.Students are also showing their anger in their own ways.Some write passionate articles on the Internet and others refuse to eat in Japanese restaurants.The whole nation’s nerve is hooked on this itching issue.Everyone talks about it and remarks upon the issue.Determination to protect the territory seems to be the main stream.Despite some of those aggressive means, most Chinese are still reasonable upon the Diaoyu Island Issue.“Diaoyu Island belong to China dating back from the history.And aggressiveactions would only do us more harm than good.”A student from CUC commented.Meanwhile the situation in Japan is much less tense according to our exchange students who are now in Japan.Apart from the scene that right wing party and some extremist who are clamoring that the dispute should be solved in abrupt means, ordinary Japanese citizens seem much at ease during the conflict.“They are mostly very much friendly and do not seem to be affected by the issue.”No signs put up in the street, no notices hanging on Chinese stores, no campaigns going on in the major cities.“The common citizens regard the issue to be political and have little to do with their everyday life.The thorny issue does not affect them while we are all excited over it.They just go on with their life, just like any other ordinary days.”A student from CUC who is now studying in Japan said during a phone interview.The oversea students get to continue their studies and remain not affected by the Diaoyu Island issue.They are grateful that their life now in Japan is safe and peaceful.Beside the important reason that the Japanese citizens regard the issue to be political, they also stated the importance of their economy.“Our economy is going down, without the Chinese market that would be even worth.We don’t want the Senkaku Island issue to affect our import and export business with China.”A Japanese student said to our CUC oversea student when asked the question on whether they would boycott Chinese product.The Japanese citizens are focusing on improving their economy and everyday life rather that the on going thorny issue of Senkaku Island.
