《外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)函電》課程是國(guó)際貿(mào)易專(zhuān)業(yè)的必修課程，本課程系統(tǒng)講述了外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)函電中常用文體的基本知識(shí)，并詳細(xì)講解了外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)磋商過(guò)程中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)往來(lái)函電的實(shí)例。現(xiàn)做課程總結(jié)。

一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

10國(guó)貿(mào)1-6班，外加國(guó)貿(mào)接本20人，共計(jì)222人，總體上看大部分同學(xué)都能按照老師的教學(xué)方法和過(guò)程進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)，效果也不錯(cuò)。周三上課的同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)情況好于周六班，這個(gè)班級(jí)同學(xué)英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)好，好學(xué)上進(jìn)，但是部分同學(xué)記不住單詞和用語(yǔ)，這可能與學(xué)習(xí)用功程度有關(guān)，三個(gè)班級(jí)同學(xué)課后作業(yè)都能按時(shí)完成，質(zhì)量可以得到保證。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中，角色扮演環(huán)節(jié)，每個(gè)班級(jí)每組同學(xué)都能按照要求進(jìn)行，基本能寫(xiě)一篇合格的外貿(mào)函電，教學(xué)目標(biāo)基本達(dá)到。

五、考試分析

外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)函電課程屬考查課范疇，從學(xué)生作業(yè)情況看，基本能按要求完成作業(yè)，考試通過(guò)率為87.5%?？傮w來(lái)看，外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)函電教學(xué)達(dá)到了教學(xué)目標(biāo)的要求，成績(jī)偏低的原因大部分是作業(yè)不及時(shí)完成，上課遲到、曠課，上課不認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講，不認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)等。

在外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)函電課程教學(xué)上，本人采取了各種方法，積極創(chuàng)新，大膽實(shí)踐，效果不錯(cuò)，但也存在一些問(wèn)題，具體如1，課堂設(shè)計(jì)有待完善；2，教學(xué)手段需要進(jìn)一步提高，以便滿(mǎn)足學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)要求3，集中練習(xí)階段，還存在一些問(wèn)題。

2、為便于雙方聯(lián)系及業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展，甲方在鄭州設(shè)立中國(guó)水務(wù)集團(tuán)有限公司環(huán)保事業(yè)部辦事處，委派相關(guān)人員具體負(fù)責(zé)合作及日常業(yè)務(wù)。

3、甲方對(duì)所承擔(dān)的工程任務(wù)應(yīng)具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感，以維護(hù)雙方的信譽(yù)。

三、乙方職責(zé)

1、乙方負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)，信息跟蹤篩選。

2、乙方應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)，在聯(lián)合開(kāi)發(fā)市場(chǎng)及項(xiàng)目合作中竭盡全力。

3、甲方授權(quán)乙方成為甲方的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)代表，負(fù)責(zé)成功開(kāi)拓和實(shí)施在某地的“項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)”。

4、“項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)”限定于政府采購(gòu)，政府服務(wù)，BOT，PPP及甲方獨(dú)立中標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的輔助服務(wù)。

四、保密條款：

6.1甲、乙雙方所提供給對(duì)方的一切資料要嚴(yán)格保密,并只能在合作雙方的業(yè)務(wù)范圍內(nèi)使用。

6.2 凡涉及由甲、乙雙方提供的與項(xiàng)目、資金有關(guān)的所有材料，包括但不限于資本營(yíng)運(yùn)計(jì)劃，財(cái)資情報(bào)，客戶(hù)名單，經(jīng)營(yíng)決策，項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)，資本融資，技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)，項(xiàng)目建議及商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)等均屬保密內(nèi)容。

6.3 凡未經(jīng)雙方書(shū)面同意而直接，間接，口頭或者書(shū)面的形式向第三方提供涉及保密內(nèi)容的行為均屬泄密。

6.4上述保密義務(wù)不適用于如下信息：（1）、公共領(lǐng)域中的信息。

（2）、非由于具有保密義務(wù)方的原因已經(jīng)為公眾所知的。

（3）、由具有保密義務(wù)方以外其他渠道被他人獲知的信息，這些渠道并不受保密義務(wù)的限制。

（4）、由于法律的適用、法院或其他國(guó)家有權(quán)機(jī)關(guān)的要求而披露的信息。

八、協(xié)議期限

8.1本協(xié)議有效期長(zhǎng)期，自雙方代表簽字之日起計(jì)算。

九、協(xié)議解除

9.1一方有違反本合作協(xié)議的，另一方有權(quán)解除合作協(xié)議。9.2雙方同意終止協(xié)議。

十、未盡事宜，雙方可再協(xié)商補(bǔ)充協(xié)議，補(bǔ)充協(xié)議同等本協(xié)議有效。

十一、本合同一式肆份，雙方各執(zhí)貳份，簽字蓋章后生效。具有相同的法律效力。
