Know what you can realistically accomplish.You can find out by talking to others MBA about

what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company after graduation.“I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also.”

考研面試過(guò)程中的五大注意點(diǎn)

考研復(fù)試在即，面對(duì)又一輪的考研挑戰(zhàn)，同學(xué)們不僅僅要面對(duì)像初試時(shí)所要準(zhǔn)備的專業(yè)課的筆試，還要準(zhǔn)備英語(yǔ)聽力和口語(yǔ)，更重要的是很多同學(xué)是第一次與自己的導(dǎo)師做面對(duì)面的交流。而與導(dǎo)師面對(duì)面的交流可以讓導(dǎo)師更直接、更直面地對(duì)你所掌握的知識(shí)有一個(gè)了解，甚至可以一定程度上了解它所要錄取學(xué)生的性格等等。所以，面試從一定意義上來(lái)說(shuō)決定著你是否被錄取的最大可能性。因?yàn)椋绻麑?dǎo)師對(duì)你的印象不好，那么就意味著你沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)了。所以，在面試的時(shí)候一定要提前做好充分的準(zhǔn)備，并且要注意很多細(xì)節(jié)。

儀表

儀表一定要顯得嚴(yán)肅、莊重。給老師留下良好的第一印象。在穿著方面，男生應(yīng)該盡量穿西服或者比較正式的服裝，女生千萬(wàn)不要穿緊身衣或者短裙，不過(guò)，復(fù)試的時(shí)間一般在春季，還不到穿短裙的季節(jié)。這里關(guān)鍵是提醒大家要注意穿著，不能太過(guò)于隨便，要讓老師有被尊重的感覺(jué)。關(guān)于這點(diǎn)有血的教訓(xùn)，以前就有類似穿著不莊重的學(xué)生在面試的時(shí)候被淘汰的慘痛教訓(xùn)。另外，盡量不要染發(fā)，女生可以染一些比較淡的淺色。面試的導(dǎo)師一般年紀(jì)都在45以上，不管你有多少才華，他們基本不會(huì)接受新新人類。所以大家謹(jǐn)記這兩點(diǎn)。

禮貌

進(jìn)門的時(shí)候一定要敲門，然后很有禮貌的表示對(duì)老師的尊重，鞠躬比較好，或者對(duì)著各位老師說(shuō)聲“老師好！”問(wèn)好的時(shí)候一定要用眼神掃一下各位老師，不能就望著一位老師說(shuō)。因?yàn)槊恳晃焕蠋煻疾幌Ｍ缓鲆?，這一點(diǎn)要注意。老師也不想招一個(gè)大爺當(dāng)?shù)茏?，所以禮貌是非常必要的。如果平時(shí)不注意這方面的同學(xué)們?cè)诿嬖嚨臅r(shí)候應(yīng)該刻意的注意一下。

談吐

在英語(yǔ)面試的時(shí)候，如果是自己口述而不是老師問(wèn)問(wèn)題的話，應(yīng)該盡量把自己的英語(yǔ)介紹材料濃縮，語(yǔ)速千萬(wàn)不要太快。如果你語(yǔ)速太快而且句式復(fù)雜的話，會(huì)給老師一種表現(xiàn)太過(guò)的感覺(jué)，這里的意思不是說(shuō)老師不愿意聽到學(xué)生很好的表達(dá)能力。關(guān)鍵是在老師面前說(shuō)話要說(shuō)的清楚明白，讓老師有很好的印象。還有要表現(xiàn)的盡量謙遜一些，再怎樣謙遜，老師是不太會(huì)介意的。

態(tài)度

專業(yè)面試的時(shí)候一定要誠(chéng)實(shí)，不會(huì)的時(shí)候就誠(chéng)實(shí)的說(shuō)自己不是很了解，把自己所了解的盡量說(shuō)出來(lái)。不要企圖認(rèn)為可以蒙騙過(guò)去，因?yàn)橐郧熬陀羞@樣的同學(xué)。老師問(wèn)她看過(guò)一些什么相關(guān)的專業(yè)書籍。她其實(shí)并沒(méi)有看，只是偶爾記得幾個(gè)書名就說(shuō)了。以此表現(xiàn)一下自己的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，殊不知當(dāng)老師接著讓她說(shuō)說(shuō)看這些書籍后的感受或收獲時(shí)，她就傻眼了。結(jié)果自然給老師留下了不好的印象。曾經(jīng)還有一個(gè)例子，初試成績(jī)很高的報(bào)考經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的一個(gè)同學(xué)在面試的時(shí)候被提問(wèn)：philips曲線是什么時(shí)候提出的？其實(shí)這個(gè)問(wèn)題十分刁鉆，就連很多經(jīng)濟(jì)大師也不一定知道，如果你不是很了解具體的日子就說(shuō)“可能”二字，然后把自己所知道的講出來(lái)。可是那個(gè)同學(xué)肯定的回答是1960年提出的。因?yàn)閼B(tài)度十分肯定，而且他的意圖就是“蒙考”，以為可以蒙騙過(guò)去，結(jié)果老師也沒(méi)有多問(wèn)幾個(gè)問(wèn)題，當(dāng)時(shí)自己還感覺(jué)特別良好。它的結(jié)果是錯(cuò)的，結(jié)果，自然是被刷了。

其他

順便提一點(diǎn)，如果你成績(jī)比較高，想去看望老師就送點(diǎn)不犯忌諱的東西(一般老師是不見學(xué)生的)。不過(guò)，是否看望老師還是由自己定奪，關(guān)鍵是之前要有扎實(shí)的知識(shí)準(zhǔn)備，畢竟本領(lǐng)過(guò)硬才是最重要的。如果再注意一下上述要注意的一些問(wèn)題，把它們銘記在心，那么你的復(fù)試成功就八九不離十了。
