公元2008年5月12日下午2點(diǎn)28分，注定將永遠(yuǎn)銘記在中國(guó)人民的心中。四川汶川的地震震驚了中國(guó)，震驚了世界。一幕幕震撼人心的畫面讓我們至今心緒難平，感慨萬千。面對(duì)無數(shù)的生命被埋在廢墟中，失去孩子的父母?jìng)儗?duì)著廢墟呼喚，撕心裂肺的聲音響徹夜空。山悲水泣天垂淚，星黯云淡地含愁。舉國(guó)哀悼，國(guó)旗第一次為百姓而垂降，汽笛第一次為故去的生靈而哀鳴。

同學(xué)們，下午2點(diǎn)28分，汶川地震到來之時(shí)，正是學(xué)校上課的時(shí)間，有近幾十所中小學(xué)校在強(qiáng)大的地震面前瞬間倒塌、摧毀，許多學(xué)生和老師失去了生命。2009年3月2日，國(guó)家減災(zāi)委、民政部發(fā)布消息，經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，自2009年起，每年5月12日為全國(guó)“防災(zāi)減災(zāi)日”。5月7日至13日為“防災(zāi)減災(zāi)日”宣傳周。本周就是5.12地震十周年紀(jì)念日，今年防災(zāi)減災(zāi)宣傳主題是：“防災(zāi)減災(zāi)，從我做起?！泵鎸?duì)地震我們?cè)撛趺醋瞿兀?/p>

1．如果正在上課，地震來了，同學(xué)們一定在要在老師的指揮下，迅速抱頭，閉眼，趕快躲在自己的課桌下面。

2．第一次震感過后，大概也就是在幾十秒鐘，仍然在老師的指揮下迅速、有序的，抱頭，撤離教室，在樓道里不要驚慌，不要喊叫，不要擁擠，避免踩傷，摔傷，沖出教學(xué)樓，沖向操場(chǎng)。

3．如果正在操場(chǎng)上上體育課，可原地不動(dòng)，蹲下或趴下，雙手護(hù)著頭部，注意避開高大建筑物。

4．應(yīng)該強(qiáng)調(diào)的是千萬不要跳樓！不要到窗臺(tái)邊上去！也不要到走廊的護(hù)欄邊上去，應(yīng)該迅速撤離教室、教學(xué)樓。

受汶川地震影響，四川省德陽市東汽中學(xué)教學(xué)樓坍塌。在地震發(fā)生的一瞬間，該校教導(dǎo)主任譚千秋雙 臂 張開趴在課桌上，身下死死地護(hù)著4個(gè)學(xué)生，4個(gè)學(xué)生都獲救了，譚老師卻不幸遇難。
