一、準(zhǔn)備

許多同學(xué)在看到面試郵件的那一霎那，更多是興奮，喜悅，但是同時(shí)，不要忘記一個(gè)細(xì)微的小動(dòng)作，就是要給發(fā)面試的人回一封感謝的郵件，這是最基本的社交禮儀。接下來，就是仔細(xì)確認(rèn)郵件上面的每一項(xiàng)信息。

1、面試官的名字。如果是學(xué)校的工作者，一般情況是能在學(xué)校官網(wǎng)上搜索到相關(guān)的背景資料，有些還附有照片；如果是MBA在校學(xué)生，我們?cè)跍?zhǔn)備的時(shí)候就要傾向于MBA面試準(zhǔn)備，不乏他們會(huì)根據(jù)自己以往的經(jīng)歷，問一些和MBA申請(qǐng)者相關(guān)的問題。

2、時(shí)間的換算。美國(guó)的時(shí)間表分為西部時(shí)間，山地時(shí)間，中部時(shí)間，東部時(shí)間，分別比北京慢16，15，14，13個(gè)小時(shí)，并且美國(guó)每年4~10月為加夏令時(shí)期，時(shí)鐘需往前撥快一個(gè)小時(shí)。這些基本的規(guī)律是每個(gè)學(xué)生都需要牢記在心的。

二、注意事項(xiàng)

1、面試工具的選擇。一般我們常見的是電話面試，現(xiàn)在隨著Skype的出現(xiàn)，越來越多的學(xué)校會(huì)傾向于用Skype，相當(dāng)于我們的QQ視頻聊天工具。只需要從網(wǎng)上下載Skype的軟件，注冊(cè)賬戶，充值，既可以享受比固定電話打國(guó)際長(zhǎng)途便宜許多的費(fèi)用。并且，通過面對(duì)面的談話，面試官能清楚的看到學(xué)生的表情，表達(dá)方式，眼神等細(xì)節(jié)，更加容易拉近兩者的談話距離。但是這種方式也有一定的弊端，就是效果比固定電話差許多，對(duì)網(wǎng)速的要求比較高，如果學(xué)生用的是校園網(wǎng)，通話效果就更加不理想。所以，我們的建議

是，選擇Skype，就盡量在確保校園網(wǎng)網(wǎng)速比較好的前提下；如果選擇電話，我們極力推薦的是固定電話，可以避免手機(jī)信號(hào)不清楚，沒電等情況的出現(xiàn)，并且通話效果是這幾種方式中最佳的。

2、著裝。因?yàn)槭且曨l面試，所以我們對(duì)著裝方面的講究也不能有半點(diǎn)馬虎。既然是面對(duì)面的交流，那么得體，大方的穿著也傳達(dá)著對(duì)面試官的尊重，和重視程度的信息。我們比較推薦學(xué)生能夠穿正裝，如果沒有，可以選擇一些適合學(xué)生年齡的衣服，不要奇裝異服，濃妝艷抹，打扮的花枝招展或者像暴發(fā)戶一般。

3、心理狀態(tài)的調(diào)整。許多同學(xué)應(yīng)該都會(huì)遇到緊張，心跳加速，手心出汗的面試前期征兆的出現(xiàn)。這就要求我們?cè)谡降拿嬖囍耙欢ㄒ袃扇蔚哪M經(jīng)驗(yàn)，可以找宿舍的同學(xué)，好友，模擬當(dāng)時(shí)的場(chǎng)景，一問一答式，或者聊天式，或者追問式，經(jīng)過幾次的模擬，相信很多同學(xué)走入正式面試之前會(huì)增加幾分穩(wěn)重，自信，少幾分緊張和擔(dān)心。

三、面試過程

可能許多同學(xué)都經(jīng)歷過面試，但是面試究竟是起到什么作用，為什么要面試，真正思考過這些問題的學(xué)生應(yīng)該也不是多數(shù)。如果事前連學(xué)校面試的目的都不清楚，那么在整個(gè)面試過程中更多是處于被動(dòng)的狀態(tài)，被牽著鼻子走，沒辦法表現(xiàn)出自己應(yīng)有的特質(zhì)，吸引面試官的眼球，因此，我們來探討下面試的目的：

1、讓申請(qǐng)者展示其他方面的才能。這些才能是申請(qǐng)所提交的所有材料中所看不到的，你的談吐，言行，風(fēng)格等等方面，只有通過面試，申請(qǐng)者可以更加直觀地，生動(dòng)形象地表述自己的思想，見解，以及對(duì)學(xué)校的看法，對(duì)未來的規(guī)劃，對(duì)自己人生的態(tài)度。

2、對(duì)某些細(xì)節(jié)的進(jìn)一步了解。如果面試官對(duì)申請(qǐng)者的某些材料感興趣，他會(huì)在面試的時(shí)候提出來，或者問一些更詳細(xì)的信息，這樣就要求學(xué)生們要對(duì)自己提交的每一份材料都要有清楚的認(rèn)識(shí)，不要出現(xiàn)一問三不知的情況，連簡(jiǎn)歷上寫了啥活動(dòng)都不記得，那就出洋相了。

多數(shù)院校對(duì)雅思成績(jī)的要求是6.5分，個(gè)別專業(yè)要求相對(duì)較高。比如法律、翻譯、醫(yī)學(xué)等專業(yè)，需要注意，澳洲多數(shù)院校對(duì)雅思四部分小分有一定要求。

3、大學(xué)背景

澳大利亞對(duì)中國(guó)學(xué)生本科階段的背景比較看重，如果是“211”，“985”院校的畢業(yè)生申請(qǐng)澳洲院校就比較有利。比如211學(xué)生申請(qǐng)悉尼大學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)研究生基本入學(xué)要求大學(xué)四年均分達(dá)到75分或以上，而非211學(xué)生則需要80分或以上。

4、專業(yè)背景

專業(yè)對(duì)口是很多澳大利亞研究生課程的要求。通常，由申請(qǐng)人的導(dǎo)師出具推薦信，或提供其他輔助文件(如作品集、畢業(yè)論文、職業(yè)資格證書等)來說明專業(yè)背景。

5、工作背景

澳大利亞一些大學(xué)的商科類課程或管理類研究生課程，雖然不要求申請(qǐng)人有相關(guān)的專業(yè)背景，但要求其具備一定的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。例如mba等課程。通常，由申請(qǐng)人的工作單位出具有關(guān)工作證明。
