thank you, mr.chairman, for your gracious introduction.i am honored to have the chance to address you on this special occasion.the topic of my paper is “transaction cost and farmers’ choice of agricultural products selling”.the outline of my talk as follows.the first part i want to introduce the background of this research.the second part suggests a simple household choice model.the third part covers the data used in this research.and then, we introduce the empirical results.finally, a simple conclusion is given.2.introduction well, let’s move on the first part of this topic.the motivation of this work like this.institutional economics posits that agents making decisions on different types of transactions do so in a costly way.for exle , farmers deciding sell a particular crop to whom base their decisions not only on the price they expect to receive in each market choice but also on additional costs related to transacting in these markets.i want to use a picture to illustrate it.for exle, given some market channels, farmers’ choices can be regarded as equilibrium between the surplus and the additional costs that related to transacting.especially in developing countries, high-value crop producers fully participate in the market and the transaction cost has been the hard constraint to farmers.furthermore, farmers’ market choices can be taken as a choice dilemma of transaction cost and production surplus.consequently, the scientific question of this research is how transaction cost affects planters’ choices.3.methodology let’s move to the theoretical model of our research.consider a household model in one rotation.in stage 1 , famer η needs to allocate the input factors.this process can qbe set into a function like this q? ? q(p , w , z ?), qη means the output farmers decide qto produce.p implies the output price w implies input price and.z: ? is fixed input.once produce what and produce how many are decided, next question to be considered is how much products to be transacted in market.here we use three cc()cη means how functions to describe this question.the first equation, c ? ?p , z ? much agricultural products used by famers themselves.p implies the price the cagricultural product,z ?suggests the fluctuation of cη.the second equation q ? ? q ? ?c?, qη means the amount of agricultural products transacted in q?n?market.the third equationi ? q ?implies the amount exchanged in nth time.in stage 3, farmers will decide to sell the products to whom.chanel j’s market price is bdecided by an exogenesis price and farmers’ negotiating power.pij?p* j?b(qi,zi)besides this, we use a matrix to show the net profit of chanel

由中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會、全國高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)會口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育分會、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)組主辦的第六屆全國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)術(shù)會暨2014年國際口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育研討會于2014年11月30-12月1日在廣州召開！來自全國26個省市的口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育工作者和教學(xué)管理人員223人參加了此次會議。會議邀請4位國際口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專家、14位國內(nèi)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專家做專題報告或大會發(fā)言。教育部高教司農(nóng)林醫(yī)藥處王啟明處長及中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會王興會長光臨會議指導(dǎo)。

這次會議圍繞中國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標準制定為中心議題進行較詳細研討，王松靈教授代表口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會做了關(guān)于中國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標準的主題報告，詳細解讀了標準的制定背景和主要內(nèi)容；國際牙科教育聯(lián)盟主席、美國太平洋大學(xué)牙科學(xué)院院長patrick j.ferrilo教授做了“全球化趨勢及對牙科教育的影響”的報告，介紹了美國

牙科教育趨勢、牙科健康情況和國際牙科教育情況；日本口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會會長、東京醫(yī)科齒科大學(xué)江藤一洋教授做了“日本齒科醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革的現(xiàn)狀與展望”的報告，介紹了日本開展口腔醫(yī)學(xué)核心課程和共同考試制度的改革情況，為規(guī)范全日本國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育質(zhì)量，盡快與國際接軌提供了經(jīng)驗；國際牙科研究協(xié)會牙科教育委員會顧問best h教授做了“教育研究的國際合作重要性及其發(fā)展方向”的報告，詳細介紹了教育計劃的指導(dǎo)和發(fā)展意義，分析了影響教育體系的因素，從臨床管理上強調(diào)本科生應(yīng)該注重與病人交流，加強仿頭模訓(xùn)練，注重服務(wù)質(zhì)量、安全性和學(xué)習質(zhì)量提高的重要性；泰國國立牙科學(xué)院prathip phantumvanit教授做了“泰國牙科教育課程：基于社區(qū)教育教學(xué)課程體系”的報告，詳細介紹了一種全新的口腔醫(yī)學(xué)社區(qū)教育方法和理念。他們的報告從不同角度展示了國際口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的現(xiàn)狀和形勢，也為國內(nèi)開展口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革

拓寬了思路。全國高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)會名譽會長王鐳教授以“規(guī)范口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標準，提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量”為題重點介紹了口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的成長與發(fā)展過程，用目前口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院校實際情況分析進一步強調(diào)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育必須重視質(zhì)量，建立口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育標準十分必要；全國高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)會副會長、首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)校長呂兆豐教授所做的“醫(yī)學(xué)文化理念的錯位與醫(yī)學(xué)教育的困境”報告從文化內(nèi)涵和發(fā)展的理念精辟剖析了我國醫(yī)學(xué)界當前存在醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張現(xiàn)狀形成的原因，并提出建設(shè)性對策。中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會名譽會長、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會顧問張震康教授所做的“大學(xué)的目的和精神——構(gòu)建中國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育體系”，闡明了大學(xué)的目標內(nèi)涵和求真務(wù)實的理念。中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會名譽會長、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會顧問王大章教授的“再議我國高等口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的改革與發(fā)展”的報告，結(jié)合我國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展歷史的演進過程回顧，提出口腔醫(yī)學(xué)

教育的根本是基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)教育，口腔本科教育與畢業(yè)后教育是“一根鏈條三個環(huán)節(jié)”。中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會名譽會長、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會顧問樊明文教授做了“關(guān)于中國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的思考”的報告，分析了口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題等。首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院副院長白玉興教授介紹了出席國際牙科教育大會的情況，將國際口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的最新信息傳達給了大家，使大家對口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教

育的發(fā)展前景有了更廣闊的期待。首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院白玉興副院長、中山大學(xué)光華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院凌均棨院長、北京大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院郭傳璸副院長、四川華西口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院石冰副院長、上海交通大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院郭蓮副院長、第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院李東副院長以及湖北武漢大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院臺保軍副書記等就各校開展教學(xué)改革和教學(xué)實踐的具體體會進行了經(jīng)驗交流，使大家在相同時間里獲得了國內(nèi)難得的橫向的、廣泛的

教學(xué)管理信息。會議自始至終洋溢著濃厚的學(xué)術(shù)氣氛，大家互相交流教育教學(xué)信息，研討教學(xué)中遇到的各種情況。會議還分組對我國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標準進行了認真討論，大家一致認為：隨著我國社會對口腔醫(yī)學(xué)的需求，我國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育近期發(fā)展較快，相對口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育資源缺乏造成一系列矛盾正在顯現(xiàn)，非常有必要制定口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標準。

此次會議進行了新一屆口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會的換屆選舉，由57名國內(nèi)各院校的口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專家組成。會議對上一屆卸任的專業(yè)委員會委員頒發(fā)了感謝狀，向新當選的主任委員、副主任委員、常委、委員以及青年委員們頒發(fā)了聘書。當選的新一屆專業(yè)委員會表示和全國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育界同仁一道，秉承老前輩開創(chuàng)的我國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育理念和經(jīng)驗，努力探索中國特色的口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育規(guī)律和人才培養(yǎng)模式，為我國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育快速健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)多

層次口腔醫(yī)學(xué)人才，提升我國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的國際地位共同努力！

這次口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)術(shù)會最重要的成果是初步形成了全國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育本科教學(xué)標準討論稿，它將從辦學(xué)宗旨、目標到軟、硬件條件建設(shè)上都對國內(nèi)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育標準提出了最低要求，經(jīng)過進一步細化，并與國家有關(guān)行政部門匯報溝通獲準實施后，該標準有望對對國內(nèi)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育規(guī)范化辦學(xué)，確保人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，爭取多方資源支持口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育，促進我國口腔醫(yī)學(xué)又好又快的發(fā)展起到重要的推動作用。

Thank you, Mr.Chairman, for your gracious introduction.I am honored to have the chance to address you on this special occasion.The topic of my paper is “Transaction Cost and Farmers’ Choice of Agricultural Products Selling”.The outline of my talk as follows.The first part I want to introduce the background of this research.The second part suggests a simple household choice model.The third part covers the data used in this research.And then, we introduce the empirical results.Finally, a simple conclusion is given.2.Introduction

Well, let’s move on the first part of this topic.The motivation of this work like this.Institutional economics posits that agents making decisions on different types of transactions do so in a costly way.For example , farmers deciding sell a particular crop to whom base their decisions not only on the price they expect to receive in each market choice but also on additional costs related to transacting in these markets.I want to use a picture to illustrate it.For example, given some market channels, farmers’ choices can be regarded as equilibrium between the surplus and the additional costs that related to transacting.Especially in developing countries, high-value crop producers fully participate in the market and the transaction cost has been the hard constraint to farmers.Furthermore, Farmers’ market choices can be taken as a choice dilemma of transaction cost and production surplus.Consequently, the scientific question of this research is how transaction cost affects planters’ choices.3.Methodology

Let’s move to the theoretical model of our research.Consider a household model in one rotation.In stage 1 , famer η needs to allocate the input factors.This process can qbe set into a function like this Q? ?
