就像我們國家的發(fā)展一樣，要實行市場經(jīng)濟，就應該培育和鍛煉市場經(jīng)濟主體應對激烈競爭，適應多變市場，分散風險的這樣一種能力，不適應的就應該被淘汰，最后留下的是質(zhì)量優(yōu)良的社會資產(chǎn)和適應能力強的經(jīng)濟主體。

講了那么多實習好的一面，難免有點不太現(xiàn)實。實習過程中有快樂也有憂愁。我覺得我以前很浮躁，對待一些人和事的態(tài)度有問題，太過于片面地去評判一個人和一件事的對與錯，其實這就是不夠成熟的表現(xiàn)。當然我們沒有辦法做的盡善盡美，甚至有時候還會運用虛偽和欺騙這些伎倆。但是只要我們心中有那么一盞燈，一盞指示我們應該如何前進的燈，我們就會朝著正確的方向發(fā)展。我在書上曾經(jīng)看到：遇到弱者，或許我們無能為力，但是一個關切的眼神說不定會讓他（她）燃起對生活的信心。每天心里默默告訴自己三遍：世界很美好，也許一天的心情也會很好，對自己充滿信心。其實每天都是很美好的，只是我們對待的態(tài)度不同。

實習時，我們所見的社會，不可避免有陰影面，但是我覺得好的東西始終多一些。因為我每天都可以看到溫暖的太陽，聞到溫馨清新的空氣，見到許許多多

可愛的人。

在實習期間，我從來沒有出現(xiàn)過無故缺勤。我勤奮好學，謙虛謹慎，認真聽取老同志的指導，對于別人提出來的工作建議虛心聽取。并能夠仔細觀察、切身體驗、獨立思考、綜合分析，并努力的做到把學到的知識運用到實際工作中去，盡力做到理論和實際相結合的最佳狀態(tài)，培養(yǎng)了我執(zhí)著的敬業(yè)精神和勤奮踏實的工作作風。也培養(yǎng)了我

的耐心和素質(zhì)。能夠做到服從指揮，與同事友好相處，尊重領導，工作認真負責，責任心強，能保質(zhì)保量完成工作任務。并始終堅持一條原則：要么不做，要做就做最好。

開學以來，在各位老師尤其班主任的諄諄教誨之下，同學們大都能夠遵守《中學生守則》和《中學生日常行為規(guī)范》，我們欣喜地看到課間追逐打鬧少了，尊敬師長多了，違反紀律的少了，但任存在讓人不滿意的地方，比如環(huán)境衛(wèi)生問題，剛剛一大掃，有些學生就隨地亂扔雜物；在規(guī)范語言文字、倡導文明用語之際，還有些學生隨口說粗話、臟話；在全社會倡導文明禮儀之際，不尊重父母、破壞公物。甚至偷偷吸煙、喝酒、上網(wǎng)、染發(fā)、帶手機上學仍然存在。這與學生身份是不相符的，偶們必須杜絕。

今天我代表高二全體同學向大家提三點倡議，希望同學們深思熟慮，用以反思自己的行為。

一、凈化校園，美化環(huán)境。學校是我們共同的家，我們有責任和義務為自己的家園的美好做出自己的努力。值日時盡職一些，路上見到雜物更主動撿起放到垃圾箱內(nèi)，碰到亂扔現(xiàn)象更勇敢地抵制。

三、拒絕暴力，遠離野蠻。同學之間發(fā)生一些小誤會，小摩擦在所難免，可有的同學則采取不理智的做法，大打出手，結果無論輕重，學校都要給予紀律處分，甚至受到法律的制裁。請同學們記住，用暴力解決不了問題，只會把問題搞的更糟。
