第二篇：實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生格蕾

我的觀后感

今年寒假，我觀看了美劇《實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生格蕾》，在大一的寒假里初步領(lǐng)略了實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生的生涯，對(duì)于醫(yī)生這個(gè)職業(yè)有了更加深入的了解，認(rèn)識(shí)。從《實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生格蕾》之中，我看到了身為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)生應(yīng)有的素質(zhì)，堅(jiān)定、為病人著想、能吃苦··看了《實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生格蕾》，漸漸地對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生的工作有點(diǎn)了解，但是我收獲最多的還是一份份感動(dòng)。

格蕾實(shí)習(xí)第一天的病人是個(gè)癲癇患者，她傲慢、無禮，格蕾也十分冷淡，當(dāng)她癲癇發(fā)作時(shí)，格蕾驚慌不已。從這里我們看到一個(gè)初入醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的新人面對(duì)緊急情況時(shí)的青澀，以及對(duì)無力挽救病人時(shí)的無奈。這一天我們也遲早要面對(duì)。

我最欣賞的是醫(yī)生與病人及家屬之間的交流，無論是什么樣的病人，貧窮富貴，美麗丑陋，他們同樣擁有的是珍貴的生命和家屬真切的關(guān)心。作為一名醫(yī)生，我們決定著病人的生死，決定了病人的痛苦或快樂，決定了家屬的傷痛或安心。醫(yī)生與病人之間，可能相處時(shí)間很短暫，但是在這兩個(gè)角色中，卻常常會(huì)擦出感人的火花。我看到了，他們一個(gè)個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生與病人之間的溝通，從被病人的排斥到被病人接受最后被病人信賴，這是一個(gè)多么美妙的過程。

做為一個(gè)醫(yī)生，我們要把病人的健康放在首位，正如在第一季第二集中，梅蕾迪斯曾冒著葬送前途的危險(xiǎn)來挽救一個(gè)新生兒的生命；也有人違反醫(yī)院的規(guī)定為沒有綠卡的華裔女子出院治療，這便是人道精神，這便是一個(gè)醫(yī)生應(yīng)該具有的素質(zhì)。Derek在治療一個(gè)從山上摔下的父親時(shí)出于對(duì)患者的考慮，為了防止病情進(jìn)一步加重造

成嚴(yán)重的后果，他賭上了自己的前途，在沒有確切CT 的情況下憑借著自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)挽救了病人的未來。

實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生的生活雖然距我十分遙遠(yuǎn)，但是已經(jīng)感受到了它的艱辛，這是一個(gè)醫(yī)生道路上必然要經(jīng)歷的磨練，縱然辛苦勞累，縱然壓力大，我也要懷著最勇敢的心迎接她，人生如逆水行舟，不進(jìn)則退，既然困難已經(jīng)擺在眼前，那就讓我們以最飽滿的姿態(tài)去迎接他的考驗(yàn)。

第一法則是沒有傷害 但總會(huì)有傷害發(fā)生 罪惡感亦隨之而來 而任何誓言 對(duì)此都無能為力 首先不做傷害別人的事情 說到容易做到難 我們可以以世上任何東西的名義起誓 但事實(shí)是我們中的大多數(shù)總在傷害別人 有時(shí)候 即使我們的本意是幫助別人 結(jié)果卻適得其反 只給人帶來傷害 然后罪惡感從后面探出頭來你要拿著罪惡感怎么辦 由你決定 我們還是要做個(gè)選擇 要么讓愧疚感打垮你 使你照其指引行事 使你一開始就陷入困境 要么就從愧疚中吸取教訓(xùn) 竭盡全力 向前進(jìn)

暴風(fēng)驟雨過后 匆匆忙忙之后 當(dāng)一瞬的激情消逝之后 我們能超然世外 并讓自己脫離苦海

我們可以試著讓過去的一切順其自然 然后再一次重演 一位智者曾經(jīng)說過 你可以在生命里擁有任何東西 只要你愿意為其付出一切（任何事情都需要付出代價(jià)）

通常 追求感覺對(duì)的事情 意味著將理智拋諸腦后（我們的生命很短暫 不能為了規(guī)矩毀了那一切 對(duì)吧？）讓別人進(jìn)入你的生活 意味著放棄你窮一生筑起的屏障 當(dāng)然 最痛苦的付出 是那些我們預(yù)料不到的 當(dāng)我們沒時(shí)間想出對(duì)應(yīng)策略 來選擇站在哪一邊或者衡量潛在的得失 當(dāng)事情發(fā)生 戰(zhàn)斗選擇了我們 而沒有別的選擇 這時(shí)的犧牲會(huì)是我們無法承受的生活不是一場(chǎng)競(jìng)技比賽 不論輸贏或者淘汰 比賽只是個(gè)過程 不管我們認(rèn)同或者不認(rèn)同 那么去和裁判爭(zhēng)取吧 修改規(guī)則 做點(diǎn)兒小動(dòng)作（從基礎(chǔ)做起）休息一會(huì)兒 慢慢治療 但要繼續(xù)比下去 盡情的 快速的 放松自由的比賽 就像是末日臨近不管結(jié)果如何 重要的是你怎么比賽 對(duì)吧？

400年前 有一個(gè)著名的英國(guó)人 關(guān)于孤獨(dú) 他有一個(gè)獨(dú)特的見解 john donne 他認(rèn)為我們永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)孤獨(dú) 將它的荒島理論放在一邊 他其實(shí)想說的是 大家需要的是有人走進(jìn)你的生活 老告訴你 你不是一個(gè)人 是誰說？人不能有四條腿兒你一起玩兒 一起瘋跑 或者 僅僅是在一起 痛苦 你得駕馭它 希望它能自己離開 希望它造成的傷害能愈合沒有解決的方法 沒有簡(jiǎn)單的答案 你只是要深呼吸并且等待他下沉 大部分痛苦是可以掌握的 另外有時(shí)候在你最不想要的時(shí)候痛苦找到了你 暗箭傷人 連綿不絕 痛苦 你還是得反抗 因?yàn)槭聦?shí)就是 你不能逃脫而且生活會(huì)產(chǎn)生更多的痛苦

生存下來的關(guān)鍵在于否認(rèn) 否認(rèn)我們做夠了的事情 否認(rèn)我們害怕的事情 否認(rèn)我們有多么想要成功 而最重要的是 否認(rèn)我們?cè)诜裾J(rèn)~有時(shí)候現(xiàn)實(shí)會(huì)在我們屁股上偷偷咬一口 我們能做的就是挺過去 虛假的世界是個(gè)籠子 不是繭 我們騙自己騙不了多久 我們會(huì)累 我們會(huì)害怕 否認(rèn)改變不了現(xiàn)實(shí) 遲早有一天 我們要把我們的否認(rèn)扔到一邊去 迎頭面對(duì)這世界 火花迸射 否認(rèn)——不只是去埃及的河水 而是驚險(xiǎn)的大海 那么你又怎么樣保證自己不掉下呢？

如果猶豫，我們就會(huì)失去。

我們不能裝作我們不知道，我們都聽過箴言（來自圣經(jīng)），聽過這些哲學(xué)家所說的，聽過我們的祖父母警告我們，不要浪費(fèi)時(shí)間！聽過那些該死的是人催促我們，抓緊每一天。然而，有時(shí)，我們還是要親身經(jīng)歷的，我們要自己去學(xué)習(xí)。我們要拋開今天可能發(fā)生地事情，為明天做好準(zhǔn)備，直到我們什么也做不了為止。直到我們自己最終明白了Benjamin Franklin的意思???那就是預(yù)先知道比驚奇好???清醒總比睡著好???
