三、電氣工程的質(zhì)量控制

（一）施工準(zhǔn)備階段的質(zhì)量控制

為不影響結(jié)構(gòu)、保證保護(hù)層厚度，預(yù)埋電線(xiàn)管不能敷設(shè)在鋼筋的外側(cè)，管路在同一處交叉不能超過(guò)三條，線(xiàn)管不能并排綁扎在一起。管與管、管與盒連接應(yīng)牢固、緊密，要防止堵塞，綁扎必須牢固。住宅部分的墻體上一般均有開(kāi)關(guān)和插座，墻體定位必須準(zhǔn)確。強(qiáng)弱電的線(xiàn)盒間距符合要求。

2．安裝及調(diào)試階段

要求先對(duì)配電箱、線(xiàn)盒內(nèi)壓線(xiàn)做樣板，布線(xiàn)整齊、壓接牢固，多股線(xiàn)搪錫，然后再全面展開(kāi)，防止做了大量工作后才發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問(wèn)題，返工困難，而且影響進(jìn)度。

接地線(xiàn)的連接，接地端子的預(yù)留應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求；外墻的金屬門(mén)窗、欄桿防及屋面的金屬大件部分防雷作為關(guān)鍵，搞好工序銜接，防止遺漏；設(shè)備外殼接地應(yīng)完善。

設(shè)備運(yùn)行調(diào)試要按先空載后帶負(fù)荷、先單體后聯(lián)動(dòng)進(jìn)行。并應(yīng)先對(duì)可調(diào)元件如熱繼電器調(diào)整至設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定值，調(diào)試運(yùn)行還要持續(xù)運(yùn)行規(guī)定的時(shí)間，驗(yàn)證電氣及機(jī)械性能的可靠性。

重點(diǎn)檢查吊頂內(nèi)的線(xiàn)路，導(dǎo)線(xiàn)穿管敷設(shè)必須符合要求。

發(fā)電機(jī)自啟動(dòng)、與市電切換，雙電源末端切換的調(diào)試，盡管實(shí)施時(shí)比較簡(jiǎn)單，但往往因?yàn)樘?jiǎn)單、不重視或各工種之間協(xié)調(diào)不好而出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。

總之，在施工階段質(zhì)量控制方面需注意的細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題很多，要抓住關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)檢查和控制。

四、電氣工程施工的安全工作

要堅(jiān)持“安全第一、預(yù)防為主”的方針，對(duì)新進(jìn)場(chǎng)員工要根據(jù)工程的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行崗前安全培訓(xùn)。要編制針對(duì)本工程的安全技術(shù)措施及安全組織措施。并對(duì)施工人員進(jìn)行安全技術(shù)交底。并應(yīng)設(shè)專(zhuān)職持證上崗的安全員。

電氣設(shè)備要符合有關(guān)臨時(shí)用電的管理規(guī)定。具體臨時(shí)安全用電技術(shù)措施如下：

1）臨時(shí)用電系統(tǒng)一般應(yīng)采用TN-S供電系統(tǒng)。它是把工作零線(xiàn)N和專(zhuān)用保護(hù)線(xiàn)PE在總供電電源處嚴(yán)格分開(kāi)的供電系統(tǒng)，也稱(chēng)三相五線(xiàn)制。它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是正常情況下PE專(zhuān)用保護(hù)線(xiàn)上無(wú)電流，此線(xiàn)專(zhuān)門(mén)承接故障電流，確保其保護(hù)裝置動(dòng)作。應(yīng)該特別指出，PE線(xiàn)不許斷線(xiàn)。在距離較遠(yuǎn)的供電干線(xiàn)末端應(yīng)將PE線(xiàn)做重復(fù)接地。

2）設(shè)置漏電保護(hù)器，應(yīng)堅(jiān)持三級(jí)保護(hù)和“一機(jī)一閘、一漏一箱”的原則。施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的總配電箱和分配電箱應(yīng)至少設(shè)置兩級(jí)漏電保護(hù)器，而且兩級(jí)漏電保護(hù)器的額定漏電動(dòng)作電流和額定漏電動(dòng)作時(shí)間應(yīng)合理配合，使之具有分級(jí)保護(hù)的功能。漏電保護(hù)器應(yīng)裝設(shè)在配電箱電源隔離開(kāi)關(guān)的負(fù)荷側(cè)和分配電箱電源隔離開(kāi)關(guān)的負(fù)荷側(cè)。設(shè)備的機(jī)旁開(kāi)關(guān)箱內(nèi)的漏電保護(hù)器其額定漏電動(dòng)作電流應(yīng)不大于30mA，額定漏電動(dòng)作時(shí)間應(yīng)小于0.1s。使用潮濕和有腐蝕介質(zhì)場(chǎng)所的漏電保護(hù)器應(yīng)采用防濺型產(chǎn)品。其額定漏電動(dòng)作電流應(yīng)不大于15mA，額定漏電動(dòng)作時(shí)間應(yīng)小于0.1s。且與其控制的固定式用電設(shè)備的水平距離不宜超過(guò)3m。

3）特殊場(chǎng)所應(yīng)根據(jù)有關(guān)要求使用相應(yīng)安全電壓等級(jí)供電。安全

電壓指不戴任何防護(hù)設(shè)備，接觸時(shí)對(duì)人體各部位不造成損害的電壓。

4）電氣設(shè)備的制造、安裝及防護(hù)、安裝位置、配電分級(jí)、導(dǎo)線(xiàn)選擇及布線(xiàn)、接線(xiàn)等均要符合臨時(shí)用電規(guī)范要求。電氣設(shè)備應(yīng)由專(zhuān)人操作及負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)檢查。并留有記錄。

5）電氣設(shè)備的操作與維修人員必須由經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)后取得上崗證書(shū)的專(zhuān)業(yè)電工完成。各類(lèi)用電人員均應(yīng)掌握安全用電基本知識(shí)和所用設(shè)備的性能及操作規(guī)程。

總之，隨著建筑智能化的發(fā)展，電氣工程在建筑工程中將占有越來(lái)越重要的地位，涉及專(zhuān)業(yè)及領(lǐng)域更多，技術(shù)更新更快，也將更加復(fù)雜，要想把此項(xiàng)工作做好管好，電氣工程師需要不斷地積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)和學(xué)習(xí)，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。

電氣工程師崗位職責(zé)

1.負(fù)責(zé)工程前期工程臨時(shí)用電以及正式用電的報(bào)審、安裝工作。

2.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)單位與政府部門(mén)（供電局、電信局、等）確定供電、電視、電話(huà)的進(jìn)戶(hù)線(xiàn)位置以及容量。

再者，供電工作是甲方電氣工程師最重要的一塊工作。涉及供電方案確定、供電圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)、報(bào)審、委托招標(biāo)、施工、驗(yàn)收發(fā)電，外電源還涉及規(guī)劃審批，整個(gè)過(guò)程極其復(fù)雜，稍有疏漏就會(huì)對(duì)工期和最終造價(jià)造成重大影響，所以也是開(kāi)發(fā)商最關(guān)注的一塊。

其次，開(kāi)發(fā)商對(duì)工程造價(jià)最為敏感，你必須對(duì)如何降低成本有自己的思路。這需要你對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)條件的提出、方案的選定、圖紙的審核、招標(biāo)技術(shù)條件和設(shè)備選擇，以及如何應(yīng)對(duì)洽商變更有自己的思路，這也是主考官最容易提到的問(wèn)題。

最后，你應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)協(xié)調(diào)管理有較為深刻的理解，并能熟練的掌握規(guī)程規(guī)范。甲方現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的管理就是平衡總包、甲直分包及監(jiān)理的關(guān)系，其中的管理也很微妙，協(xié)調(diào)不力會(huì)直接影響工程進(jìn)度。同時(shí)，做為甲方電氣工程師不能熟練的掌握規(guī)程規(guī)范，也就難以保證工程最終的質(zhì)量，還會(huì)讓監(jiān)理和總包輕視，也會(huì)影響工作的開(kāi)展。在面試時(shí)，對(duì)主考官這方面的問(wèn)題也應(yīng)由所注意。

第五篇：電氣工程師

電氣工程師 電氣工程師是指從事電氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)人員，是一種職業(yè)稱(chēng)呼，也是一種職業(yè)技術(shù)等級(jí)。如果是操作工那就稱(chēng)為電工。

該認(rèn)證主要面向物業(yè)管理、工程設(shè)計(jì)、工程監(jiān)理、電氣生產(chǎn)、房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)、建筑施工、消防工程、電梯安裝、電力及電信的從業(yè)人員，以及物業(yè)管理公司、建筑弱電施工企業(yè)、消防工程公司、電氣安裝公司等企業(yè)從事電氣智能及相關(guān)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)（如電氣運(yùn)行與維護(hù)、樓宇自控BAS、軟件開(kāi)發(fā)、辦公自動(dòng)化、音視頻設(shè)備管理、安全防范、通信、有線(xiàn)電視、綜合布線(xiàn)、消防、電梯、計(jì)算機(jī)管理與維護(hù)、暖通空調(diào)運(yùn)行與維護(hù)）的從業(yè)人員。

專(zhuān)業(yè)方向二個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)：發(fā)輸變電、供配電

考試分為基礎(chǔ)考試和專(zhuān)業(yè)考試。參加基礎(chǔ)考試或?qū)I(yè)考試的考生應(yīng)分別在當(dāng)次考試內(nèi)通過(guò)全部應(yīng)試科目。

基礎(chǔ)考試分2個(gè)半天進(jìn)行，各為4小時(shí)；基礎(chǔ)考試上午為統(tǒng)一試卷，下午為分專(zhuān)業(yè)試卷。
