早在20xx年時(shí)我就曾有過思考移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的重要意義。當(dāng)時(shí)3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)將要普及的消息炒得很熱，可是后來牌照遲遲發(fā)不下來。我想：3G到底用來干嘛的?如果帶寬提速，到底會(huì)對哪個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來最為重大的影響?

分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)主要用戶群體，大致可以分為專業(yè)工作者和普通老百姓。對于后者而言，手機(jī)會(huì)比電腦更方便，移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對于后者的意義就更為重大。我們不能因?yàn)橄扔辛穗娔X，就覺得電腦好，大家有沒有想過，當(dāng)初我們初學(xué)電腦時(shí)，要記住那么多鍵盤位置，是多么痛苦的事情。

當(dāng)時(shí)我對移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)還完全不理解，就通過各種渠道在市場上打聽，（雷軍說：只要想飛，豬也能飛起來）誰在做移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。那時(shí)，做移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的公司都還很小，不少公司都只有幾名員工。我找的第一家做移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的公司是3G門戶，但最終張向東選擇了IDG，于是我投資了當(dāng)時(shí)同樣位處行業(yè)前列的深圳樂訊。我的觀點(diǎn)是，不管你干啥，你做不做移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，你做，我就投。

移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的三主力

投了樂訊之后我逐漸理解，使用移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的主力人群包括三個(gè)：學(xué)生、軍人和打工族。因?yàn)檫@三類人群沒有電腦，上不了網(wǎng)，只要手機(jī)能上網(wǎng)，再難也會(huì)用。在樂訊之后，我投資了第二個(gè)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目——UCWEB，當(dāng)時(shí)我只是UCWEB的'用戶，是YY的李學(xué)凌向我推薦的。雖然UCWEB的用戶體量還不大，只有幾萬人，但我相信在帶寬不足的情況下，UCWEB這類導(dǎo)航類應(yīng)用會(huì)顯得特別重要。

20xx年，蘋果公司發(fā)布第一代iPhone，對于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)來說是一件里程碑式的事件。我一口氣在國外買了30多臺(tái)iPhone，不僅自己用，還贈(zèng)送給身邊的朋友。為了體驗(yàn)iPhone，我們克服了各種困難。比如，第一代iPhone不支持中文，我們就把所有的聯(lián)系人都改成拼音，發(fā)短信也用拼音。體驗(yàn)之后我的感受是：雖然iPhone有許多問題，但依然是個(gè)劃時(shí)代作品，因?yàn)樗呀?jīng)在用一部分電腦的思維做手機(jī)。20xx年底，我開始做一個(gè)大膽的嘗試：盡量不用電腦，只用手機(jī)，甚至出差也不帶電腦。

那時(shí)我也已經(jīng)基本確定了一個(gè)理念：手機(jī)會(huì)替代電腦，成為大眾最常用的計(jì)算機(jī)終端。當(dāng)年的全球移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)上，我在主題發(fā)言中表達(dá)了這個(gè)觀點(diǎn)，講完以后有很多人罵我天真。但到了20xx年情況就不一樣了。先是孫正義也發(fā)表了類似觀點(diǎn)，后來IBM的PC發(fā)明人馬克·迪恩也表達(dá)了“PC時(shí)代即將結(jié)束，PC終將被手機(jī)取代”的觀點(diǎn)。

手機(jī)將是世界的中心

現(xiàn)在手機(jī)的重要性當(dāng)然毋庸置疑了。但我還堅(jiān)持另一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)——未來手機(jī)會(huì)是這個(gè)世界的中心。

我認(rèn)為，假如你只用手機(jī)的話，就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)所有的環(huán)節(jié)都需要重新思考、重新構(gòu)造。當(dāng)我開始做小米之后，對智能手機(jī)的理解發(fā)生了一些變化。我覺得其實(shí)不是手機(jī)替代了電腦，而是手機(jī)變成了電腦。最初，我也是PC時(shí)代的軟硬件分離的思維，想能不能做一個(gè)MIUI系統(tǒng)，跑在大部分手機(jī)上，所以我們就開始做了MIUI，當(dāng)MIUI成功了以后我開始思考做硬件，也就是小米手機(jī)，軟硬件結(jié)合之后，我們再把云服務(wù)整合在MIUI里。

整合在智能手機(jī)領(lǐng)域具有非常重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。三星整合的包括芯片、生產(chǎn)制造、核心元器件，這些是產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的前端，而小米是整合了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的后端，包括設(shè)計(jì)、品牌、市場、銷售、軟件、服務(wù)。整合的意義在于，降低渠道成本，增加用戶黏性。所以我們不惜做云服務(wù)，當(dāng)用戶發(fā)現(xiàn)存在這里的幾千張照片，搬走是個(gè)累活、很辛苦的話，黏性就產(chǎn)生了。

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)手機(jī)模式

過去三年我所做的事情，其實(shí)就是把互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的基因注入手機(jī)行業(yè)，我們管這個(gè)叫互聯(lián)網(wǎng)手機(jī)模式，說出來挺簡單的。第一，就是通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的形式，做一個(gè)好用易用的MIUI系統(tǒng)。第二，做一款高品質(zhì)、高效能的手機(jī)，然后通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的形式零售，把價(jià)格控制在同類產(chǎn)品一半不到的價(jià)格，來完成這個(gè)商業(yè)閉環(huán)。PC時(shí)代的思路是軟硬件分離，但智能手機(jī)時(shí)代，你不僅僅要有能力做軟件，也要有能力做硬件，還要有能力通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電商的方式形成營銷、市場和渠道的全閉環(huán)。

幾周前，我和一些移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)圈的朋友交流這個(gè)話題，他們持有相反的看法，他們認(rèn)為，十年之后，手機(jī)作為入口的重要性會(huì)下降。我并不同意這個(gè)觀點(diǎn)，如果放在十年這個(gè)時(shí)間段，手機(jī)肯定不會(huì)消失，而且是最核心的東西。

手機(jī)的移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)比起PC互聯(lián)網(wǎng)其實(shí)有很多特色。第一，它實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)網(wǎng);第二，它可以感知聲音、照片和視頻。比如大家都說輸入難，你很快發(fā)現(xiàn)米聊具有直接語音對講機(jī)功能，后來又增加了視頻對講機(jī)，聊天比從前更方便。起初，手機(jī)輸入是個(gè)大問題，但是搖一搖方式的發(fā)明，也使得手機(jī)上的輸入變得更靈活了。

對于手機(jī)而言，最大的問題是顯示，于是我就想到做小米盒子，要把電視屏變成顯示器，這也是我做小米盒子的初衷。想象一下，以后我們的辦公室里可能沒有白板了，我們辦公室桌上放兩個(gè)大顯示器，全是60寸的大彩電，把手機(jī)一擱，所有設(shè)備都自動(dòng)連上了。我可以通過這個(gè)屏幕播放我的PPT，當(dāng)我開始講解時(shí)，既有聲音，也有視頻同步?，F(xiàn)在有些功能實(shí)際我們已經(jīng)做到了，但中間還有些環(huán)節(jié)需要理順。我相信，未來手機(jī)會(huì)是電視機(jī)的搖控器，而電視機(jī)是手機(jī)的顯示器。

移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的機(jī)會(huì)可能比大家想象得多太多了。因?yàn)樗且苿?dòng)的，所以跟生活越來越接近，關(guān)鍵看你做出來的東西是否適合手機(jī)使用。很多人把移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用理解成入口，我覺得關(guān)鍵是要解決用戶需求。如果你打車，你一等半小時(shí)，你需不需要一個(gè)打車軟件，通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)把司機(jī)連起來;如果你需要一個(gè)訂餐，你需不需要一個(gè)應(yīng)用囊括周圍所有的訂餐電話。

比如說大眾點(diǎn)評(píng)網(wǎng)，在PC時(shí)代遠(yuǎn)沒有移動(dòng)時(shí)代火。我們過去出去吃頓飯，還搞個(gè)電腦查一查，但如果你現(xiàn)在打不到車，再回家用電腦搞一下，這完全不靠譜吧?所以，移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)帶來了大量與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活更接近的服務(wù)和應(yīng)用。因此，我覺得移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以銜接到每個(gè)東西里面去，當(dāng)你覺得現(xiàn)在用手機(jī)解決問題不方便的地方都是商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。

發(fā)現(xiàn)問題一直是我解決問題的動(dòng)力。比如當(dāng)時(shí)我發(fā)現(xiàn)手機(jī)QQ不好用，它還是一個(gè)從PC上直接移植過來的產(chǎn)品，交互界面雖然變了，但不適合手機(jī)使用，我們內(nèi)部成立了一個(gè)小組叫做小米通，開始研究移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代手機(jī)如何做IM。我說，其實(shí)手機(jī)就是個(gè)大號(hào)的QQ啊，信息就是短信嘛，VOIP就是電話嘛，其實(shí)手機(jī)就是IM。后來，我們參考了國外很多idea，整合起來就成了米聊。雖然騰訊有優(yōu)勢，最后它贏了，但我當(dāng)初的一整套思考邏輯是這么來的。

現(xiàn)在，也有很多人很悲觀，覺得移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)沒有什么商業(yè)模式，我覺得這有點(diǎn)杞人憂天，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)多少年才有商業(yè)模式?今天有任何一個(gè)人懷疑互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的商業(yè)模式嗎? 移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)找到模式只是時(shí)間早晚的問題，不要著急。等電子商務(wù)、游戲、廣告業(yè)務(wù)等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展起來，廣告商認(rèn)可移動(dòng)廣告的價(jià)值，移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)生態(tài)就活躍了。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的核心商業(yè)模式，說到底就是兩件事情：第一個(gè)是游戲，第二個(gè)是廣告。在這一點(diǎn)上，移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)并沒有大的改變，只要手機(jī)上的游戲興起，它就有錢去轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，所有的商業(yè)模式都迎刃而解了。而廣告，因?yàn)槭謾C(jī)屏幕比較小，需要考慮展示效果，如果把展示效果問題解決了，我相信廣告也會(huì)大幅度興起。

外企英語面試啥樣子?

各外企的英語面試形式各異，但基本流程是差不多的。

人們一直在試圖尋找一個(gè)概念，解釋清楚“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)”和“傳統(tǒng)媒介技術(shù)”之間的差異。在傳統(tǒng)媒體與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的關(guān)系上，出現(xiàn)過兩種思維：第一種是用“傳統(tǒng)媒體思維”辦互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，把互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視為傳統(tǒng)媒體的延伸和補(bǔ)充；第二種是用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維”改造傳統(tǒng)媒體，在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)框架下重新尋找傳統(tǒng)媒體的社會(huì)價(jià)值。從“傳統(tǒng)媒體思維”到“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維”，這是傳統(tǒng)媒體在生存危機(jī)上做出的前瞻性變革探索。

首先是組織機(jī)構(gòu)變革，從“內(nèi)容為王”到“網(wǎng)絡(luò)為王”。傳統(tǒng)媒體的運(yùn)作思維是“內(nèi)容為王”，其生存邏輯是建立在大眾媒介技術(shù)上的。大眾媒介技術(shù)的渠道稀缺性和傳播單向性，使得大眾媒體成為社會(huì)信息流動(dòng)的神經(jīng)中樞，媒體代表政府、企業(yè)和公眾行使傳播權(quán)。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)，嚴(yán)重沖擊了傳統(tǒng)媒體的生存邏輯?；ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)有三個(gè)特征：第一是傳播渠道不再稀缺，“自媒體”被廣泛應(yīng)用，傳統(tǒng)媒體的代表性被削弱；第二是內(nèi)容不再稀缺，無限豐富的信息稀釋了傳統(tǒng)媒體的價(jià)值；第三是傳播的雙向性，使得用戶更傾向于雙向?qū)υ?，而不是單向傳播。因此，“?nèi)容為王”的邏輯受到挑戰(zhàn)，這也是“報(bào)業(yè)危機(jī)”“電視危機(jī)”產(chǎn)生的技術(shù)根源。媒體需要打破“內(nèi)容為王”思維的拘囿，用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維”思考互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的價(jià)值。從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)變遷來看，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的價(jià)值在每個(gè)階段有不同體現(xiàn)，包括“內(nèi)

容為王”、“平臺(tái)為王”、“關(guān)系為王”、“數(shù)據(jù)為王”、“智慧為王”等不同內(nèi)涵，“內(nèi)容為王”只是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)商業(yè)化的一次成功嘗試，并不能代表互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的全部價(jià)值，媒體融合的本質(zhì)是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)兼容傳統(tǒng)媒體，而不能再簡單地把互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視為傳統(tǒng)媒體價(jià)值的延伸。

其次是傳播體系變革，從行政體系到公眾體系。傳統(tǒng)媒體對現(xiàn)實(shí)空間有著嚴(yán)重的依賴性，距離、交通、地形、民族、宗教語言等空間性因素嚴(yán)格限定了傳統(tǒng)媒體的空間布局。雖然從紙質(zhì)媒體到電子媒體，傳統(tǒng)媒體一直在嘗試打破現(xiàn)實(shí)空間限制，但是收效甚微。傳統(tǒng)媒體所形成的傳播體系深受行政體系的影響，形成了“分立化”的傳播體系：內(nèi)宣與外宣分立、不同部門之間分立、不同層級(jí)之間分立。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)造了前所未有的虛擬空間，打破了現(xiàn)實(shí)空間對傳統(tǒng)媒體的限制，傳統(tǒng)媒體時(shí)期所形成的“分立化”的傳播體系受到嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上，全球一體化正在成為現(xiàn)實(shí)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)正在不斷摧毀國家、民族、種族、階層、宗教等之間的界限，甚至是語言障礙也正在不斷被技術(shù)打破。因此，傳播體系的構(gòu)建，應(yīng)該突破行政體系的限制，以公眾需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，重新塑造“一體化”的傳播體系。

最后是管理體制變革，從“辦媒體”到“管媒體”。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上，各類社會(huì)主體都獲得了均等的話語權(quán)，各種利益訴求層出不窮，都試圖占據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的主導(dǎo)地位。在這種輿

論格局下，傳統(tǒng)媒體的話語權(quán)被削弱，政府“辦媒體”的思路也亟須轉(zhuǎn)變，應(yīng)該積極鼓勵(lì)各級(jí)政府和部門通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的官方網(wǎng)站、官方博客、政務(wù)微博、公共賬號(hào)等“自媒體”，直接與公眾溝通，變“宣傳思維”為“對話思維”和“服務(wù)思維”?；ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)，正在動(dòng)搖傳統(tǒng)媒體的生存基礎(chǔ)，造成了傳統(tǒng)媒體集體性的行業(yè)危機(jī)。它所引發(fā)的傳統(tǒng)媒體變革，不同于以往的漸進(jìn)式變革，而是爆發(fā)式變革。用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維”改革傳統(tǒng)媒體的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、傳播體系和管理體系，搶占技術(shù)發(fā)展先機(jī)，成為傳統(tǒng)媒體變革不容置疑的一個(gè)重要方向。
