      我們都知道小學(xué)時(shí)期是生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵階段,可是很多同學(xué)都有挑食、偏食、貪食的壞習(xí)慣。很多同學(xué)不懂得珍惜自己的健康,不懂得為自己的健康負(fù)責(zé)。從今天起,我希望各位同學(xué)能夠開始注意自己的這些不良習(xí)慣。

      1、首先,我們要養(yǎng)成不挑食,不偏食的習(xí)慣。在日常生活中要吃各種糧食,水果,蔬菜,魚肉,蛋,奶等。你一旦有偏食,挑食的習(xí)慣了,就容易引起營(yíng)養(yǎng)失調(diào),抗病能力低下,身體發(fā)育不良,影響我們的健康。比如吃太多糖容易引起胃病,皮膚?。蝗獬赃^(guò)多容易導(dǎo)致動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化,冠心病;吃太咸容易使血壓升高等等。

      2、其次在吃飯時(shí)要細(xì)嚼慢咽。吃飯時(shí)千萬(wàn)不要太快,尤其是年齡小的孩子,更應(yīng)該把食物嚼得細(xì)一些,因?yàn)槎嘟烙欣谔岣呤澄锏南屎捅Wo(hù)腸胃。

      3、營(yíng)養(yǎng)飲食還有一個(gè)重點(diǎn)是不吃不潔食品。

      在每天放學(xué)的時(shí)候,很多同學(xué)都會(huì)到學(xué)校外面的露天小攤販那兒買吃的。我們要知道,很多食品成分都十分復(fù)雜,經(jīng)過(guò)日曬,光化,發(fā)熱分解,會(huì)引起內(nèi)部變化而變質(zhì)。特別是到了夏天,食用露天銷售的食品,同學(xué)們就更容易吃到一些變質(zhì)腐壞的食品了。

      確實(shí),同學(xué)們都處于發(fā)育階段,容易饑餓。那么這時(shí),我們可以選擇從自己家里帶一些面包或者餅干來(lái)食用。

      最后,我告訴大家一個(gè)科學(xué)的進(jìn)餐順序:湯——蔬菜——飯——肉——半小時(shí)后吃點(diǎn)水果。
