一、不同地方的人結(jié)婚在女方戶口所在地領(lǐng)證的流程

1、要求結(jié)婚登記的男女雙方持所需證件共同到一方常住戶口的區(qū)、縣級市民政局(或鎮(zhèn)人民政府)的婚姻登記機(jī)關(guān)提出申請。

2、雙方當(dāng)事人親自到婚姻登記機(jī)關(guān)提出申請，各填寫一份《申請結(jié)

3、雙方當(dāng)事人必須在婚姻登記員面前親自在《申請結(jié)婚登記聲明書》中“聲明人”一欄簽名或按指印。

4、婚姻登記機(jī)關(guān)對雙方提交的證件、聲明進(jìn)行審查，符合結(jié)婚登記條件的，準(zhǔn)予登記。

二、結(jié)婚登記需要什么證件

1.中國公民在中國境內(nèi)申請結(jié)婚的必須雙方親自到一方戶口所在地的婚姻登記機(jī)關(guān)申請結(jié)婚登記，申請時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)持下列證件和證明：

(1)戶口證明;

(2)居民身份證;

(1)中國公民須持有：

①本人戶籍證明;

②本人戶口所在地的縣級人民政府或工作所在單位的縣級以上機(jī)關(guān)、學(xué)校、事業(yè)、企業(yè)單位出具的本人姓名、性別、出生年月、民族、婚姻狀況(未婚、離婚、喪偶)、職業(yè)、工作性質(zhì)、申請與何人結(jié)婚的證明。

(2)外國僑民須持有：

三、辦理結(jié)婚證的流程

男女雙方符合婚姻法的規(guī)定，結(jié)婚證辦理的程序，可分為申請、審查、登記三個(gè)步驟：

(一)申請。要求結(jié)婚的男女雙方，須持本人戶口證明、居民身份證，本人無配偶以及與對方當(dāng)事人沒有直系血親和三代以內(nèi)旁系血親關(guān)系的簽字聲明。共同到一方戶口所在地的婚姻登記機(jī)關(guān)申請結(jié)婚登記。申請登記的時(shí)候男女雙方必須同時(shí)在場。如果是離過婚的還應(yīng)當(dāng)持離婚證。在實(shí)行婚前檢查的地方還應(yīng)該持有醫(yī)院的婚前檢查證明。
