2016年6月8日,公安部發(fā)出B級(jí)通緝令,公開(kāi)對(duì)“2.26”荊門(mén)市掇刀區(qū)七里鋪命案犯罪嫌疑人孫超展開(kāi)通緝。
據(jù)悉,2016年2月26日19時(shí)許,孫超于掇刀區(qū)七里鋪居民點(diǎn)將其女友殺死后逃竄。3月11日,湖北省公安廳已在全省范圍內(nèi)發(fā)布對(duì)孫超的協(xié)查通告。
此前,荊門(mén)市公安局掇刀分局也發(fā)出懸賞通告:請(qǐng)廣大群眾積極協(xié)助。提供線索對(duì)抓獲犯罪嫌疑人起到重大作用的,給予現(xiàn)金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)叁萬(wàn)元,對(duì)提供線索直接抓獲犯罪嫌疑人的,給予現(xiàn)金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)伍萬(wàn)元。聯(lián)系人:程警官,電話:***;柴警官,電話:***。

公安部對(duì)重大在逃人員實(shí)行“A、B級(jí)通緝令”于2000年2月份開(kāi)始實(shí)行,“B級(jí)”是公安部應(yīng)各省級(jí)公安機(jī)關(guān)的請(qǐng)求而發(fā)布的緝捕在逃人員的命令?!癆級(jí)”懸賞金不少于5萬(wàn)元且不封頂,“B級(jí)”賞金不少于1萬(wàn)元。
在獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方式上,兩種通緝令也略有不同:對(duì)抓獲《公安部通緝令》(A)級(jí)被通緝?nèi)嘶蛘咛峁╆P(guān)鍵線索的有功單位或個(gè)人,由公安部給予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì);對(duì)抓獲《公安部通緝令》(B)級(jí)被通緝?nèi)嘶蛘咛峁╆P(guān)鍵線索的有功單位或個(gè)人,則申請(qǐng)發(fā)布通緝令的省級(jí)公安機(jī)關(guān)給予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

中秋節(jié)臨近,公安部交通管理局今天發(fā)出節(jié)日出行交通安全提示,提醒廣大交通參與者合理安排出行,乘坐正規(guī)客車(chē),防范交通事故以及酒駕等交通違法犯罪行為。
據(jù)公安部交管局預(yù)計(jì),9月10日至12日中秋小長(zhǎng)假前后,道路交通出行將大幅增加,特別是中短途探親出行、自駕出游增加明顯。建議廣大市民出行時(shí)盡量選擇公共交通工具,特別是去商場(chǎng)周邊,前往機(jī)場(chǎng)、火車(chē)站、長(zhǎng)途汽車(chē)站等交通出行熱點(diǎn)區(qū)域。
近5年中秋節(jié)期間道路交通事故情況顯示,節(jié)日期間,受道路交通流量增加等因素直接影響,發(fā)生重特大道路交通事故的幾率增加,平均每1萬(wàn)起事故中有63起一次死亡3人以上道路交通事故、12起1次死亡5人以上道路交通事故,高出全年平均水平13起、2起。從事故特點(diǎn)看,后半夜間至晨間事故較多,每一起事故都與車(chē)輛超員、疲勞駕駛、陌生路段操作不當(dāng)?shù)刃袨橛嘘P(guān)。
公安部交管局提示廣大交通參與者,中短途出行如果選擇公路客運(yùn),應(yīng)去正規(guī)客運(yùn)場(chǎng)站乘坐具有合法運(yùn)營(yíng)資質(zhì)的車(chē)輛,切勿在站場(chǎng)外、高速公路旁攔截車(chē)輛上車(chē),遠(yuǎn)離道路交通安全隱患,保護(hù)自身生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。
節(jié)假日前后是酒后駕駛違法行為的相對(duì)高發(fā)期,公安部交管局提示,駕駛?cè)艘喂虡?shù)立“酒后不開(kāi)車(chē)”的法律意識(shí)、安全意識(shí),一同就餐的親朋好友也應(yīng)主動(dòng)勸阻司機(jī) “開(kāi)車(chē)不喝酒”,共同維護(hù)良好的交通環(huán)境,度過(guò)一個(gè)和諧的中秋佳節(jié)。
據(jù)了解,醉駕入刑4個(gè)多月,警方查處的酒后駕駛行為同比去年大幅減少。截至8月31日,醉駕案件全國(guó)共立案17627件,其中,法院已審理判決3304件,全部為有罪判決。
