項目的請示

發(fā)展改革委員會: 我單位申請的年產(chǎn)200萬立方米預應(yīng)力混凝土空心板項目，于2011年7月開始施工，計劃竣工時間為2013年5月。現(xiàn)已完成總建筑面積58180平方米,新建生產(chǎn)車間和庫房52820平方米,辦公樓和宿舍樓4160平方米,其他附屬設(shè)施1200平方米。以下原因?qū)е马椖繜o法按計劃實施：

（1）項目預算和實際投入較大。項目投資預算是***********萬元，而實際已投入金額已超過******萬元，預算的差距致使公司在資金籌集上無法按計劃完成；

（2）人員原因。項目研發(fā)因為經(jīng)濟危機的影響，導致了部分研發(fā)人員的流失；

（3）產(chǎn)品在研發(fā)過程中，遇到了很多困難，經(jīng)過公司的各方努力，產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)才得以繼續(xù)，從而導致了產(chǎn)品的銷售滯后，無法達到預期目標。
