自己這段時(shí)間也沒少search這方面的訊息,自認(rèn)為也找到了些有用的訊息,這里綜合整理一些朋友的分享,我現(xiàn)在的一個(gè)教授給我的意見(他去過法國(guó)留學(xué),我決定去法國(guó)留學(xué)就是被他影響的)和自己的想法,以下這篇文章就誕生了.這里有必要再啰嗦的是，以下的內(nèi)容抖只是小的我的片面的想法，免不了有些局限性，望各位在法國(guó)留學(xué)的前輩不吝補(bǔ)充糾正.當(dāng)然我也希望借這篇貼文起個(gè)頭，愿景于這個(gè)主題的前輩或者過來人多提供信息，豐富關(guān)于這個(gè)主題的訊息。

動(dòng)機(jī)信其實(shí)可以說是個(gè)人名片或履歷的「申論題」，除了看看遞來的身份證件和履歷證明，學(xué)校方面更有興趣知道，這個(gè)學(xué)生為什么要申請(qǐng)這個(gè)學(xué)位?這學(xué)生到底為什么想念我這學(xué)位？這也許也可以說是法國(guó)學(xué)院和臺(tái)灣學(xué)生熟悉的英美系統(tǒng)之間其中一項(xiàng)差異。因此，在法國(guó)大學(xué)系統(tǒng)里（較具國(guó)際化傾向的工商學(xué)院就不得而知了），動(dòng)機(jī)信的地位可以說比推薦信還重要一點(diǎn)，那是學(xué)校認(rèn)識(shí)一個(gè)學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)，也是他們確認(rèn)這學(xué)生是否和自己對(duì)位的起點(diǎn)。

寫這封信之前，可以先想想下面幾個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的問題：

一、為什么想念這門學(xué)科或?qū)I(yè)？

二、為什么想申請(qǐng)這個(gè)學(xué)位？

三、為什么老遠(yuǎn)跑到法國(guó)來念這學(xué)位？

四、想從這學(xué)位里獲得什么？

五、念完以后想做什么？(這點(diǎn)很重要)

由于我們是留學(xué)生，因此不少系主任或是指導(dǎo)教授會(huì)很好奇想要了解，我們大老遠(yuǎn)飛到法國(guó)來找他們拿學(xué)位的動(dòng)機(jī)與目的。說穿了，一封中國(guó)大陸學(xué)生或者說有其他國(guó)家和地區(qū)的學(xué)生申請(qǐng)法國(guó)學(xué)校的動(dòng)機(jī)信，大概就是在回答上面五個(gè)問題。

所以呢 我們的動(dòng)機(jī)信也要根據(jù)以上五個(gè)基本的問題來guide...信的開頭，通常是兩句簡(jiǎn)單的自我介紹（像名片上印的那樣簡(jiǎn)單，比如目前正在念什么什么學(xué)校的的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè))，加上「我是怎么知道這個(gè)學(xué)位的」（學(xué)位名稱記得要完整寫出來）。至于怎么知道這個(gè)學(xué)校專業(yè)的途徑 可以是例如：透過網(wǎng)絡(luò)search、經(jīng)過教授推薦、學(xué)校聲譽(yù)響亮,等等。

例如：

-經(jīng)過四年的市場(chǎng)學(xué)的學(xué)士高等教育，我希望有這個(gè)榮幸能夠進(jìn)入本人景仰的貴校攻讀專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。

-在各市場(chǎng)學(xué)研究期刊上拜讀貴校研究所或者教授于某方面的杰出論述后，我這個(gè)目前正在修讀市場(chǎng)學(xué)學(xué)士的學(xué)生，非常希望能夠在貴校上述教授的指導(dǎo)下攻讀碩士學(xué)位。-在仔細(xì)研讀過校詳細(xì)簡(jiǎn)介(好像很矛盾)后，本人希望能獲得貴校青睞，獲許入學(xué)，以便繼續(xù)發(fā)展個(gè)人在市場(chǎng)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究生涯。

要攻讀的科目專業(yè)交代清楚以后，就要開始自我闡揚(yáng)了。

以我個(gè)friend要報(bào)讀的奢侈品管理為例,可以先說說是怎么或者什么時(shí)候?qū)ι鲜鰧I(yè)產(chǎn)生濃厚的熱誠(chéng),并且在自己多方尋找資料或者更深入的了解之后,就下訂決心要修讀了,而法國(guó)又是世界著名品牌囤積(當(dāng)然不能用這個(gè)詞啦)的國(guó)家.總之，這段開始，可以簡(jiǎn)短講些初階的，很原始的觸發(fā)。這個(gè)觸發(fā)同樣很重要，總不好單純只是興趣，而是伴隨著相當(dāng)?shù)挠?xùn)練和后天背景，或是成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境的助長(zhǎng)。好比申請(qǐng)藝術(shù)管理，單只說我很喜歡看畫展，卻沒有舉出自己到底有多喜歡，又接觸過多少藝?yán)缺澈蟮男了嵫獪I，老師可能會(huì)請(qǐng)這位同學(xué)繼續(xù)看畫展，愛看多少看多少，不必刻意申請(qǐng)藝術(shù)經(jīng)理學(xué)位。

接著要展現(xiàn)個(gè)人實(shí)力，這個(gè)就比前一段實(shí)際許多了。

豐功偉業(yè)盡量寫，申請(qǐng)電影理論，除了學(xué)校的專業(yè)課程的成績(jī)吹噓一下，還可以盡管把自己曾經(jīng)在相關(guān)刊物出版單位做實(shí)習(xí)，或是在學(xué)校社團(tuán)的框架下辦過多少大小影展活動(dòng)，甚至曾經(jīng)在什么機(jī)緣下發(fā)表過頗受好評(píng)的著作等等，全部論析一次。有人可能會(huì)覺得，這不是在履歷上都有嗎？不過，這里當(dāng)然是比履歷會(huì)精采許多，履歷上通常只是一個(gè)名詞組，而不會(huì)告訴評(píng)審委員自己當(dāng)時(shí)如何被這些經(jīng)歷所影響。重點(diǎn)也許就在，我從這些經(jīng)歷與訓(xùn)練中，篤定了些什么志向，確定了些什么人生規(guī)劃。又比方，研究生物化學(xué)的朋友，甚至直接把自己參加過的研究計(jì)劃，以及發(fā)表過的研究報(bào)告，洋洋灑灑用比較詳盡的方法說一次，這些經(jīng)歷和目前研究主題的關(guān)系，這就可以讓未來指導(dǎo)教授看得頻頻點(diǎn)頭了。

再來一段，可以延續(xù)前段，開始把個(gè)人經(jīng)歷與該校教學(xué)研究方向開始做來嫁接，說難聽是攀親搭戚，講好聽就是「吾人個(gè)人生涯與貴科系學(xué)位之休戚相關(guān)」。這段也是要告訴該校該科目該專業(yè)的老師，自己到底想從該科系學(xué)些什么，拿這學(xué)位又對(duì)自己的進(jìn)修有什么意義。

比方說，來法國(guó)念區(qū)域政治，可以選的科系不只一個(gè)吧？為什么要申請(qǐng)這家呢？總不好說，每家都試試看，上哪家就念哪家。所以就得開始說，貴系所在南亞區(qū)域政治研究上享譽(yù)學(xué)界，特別是某某觀點(diǎn)，似乎非常能夠提供個(gè)人研究方向一個(gè)有力的支持等等。稍微申論一下中間的關(guān)聯(lián)，也可以說明自己要從這科系的教學(xué)中汲取些什么樣的教育資源。又比方說，自己因?yàn)橄霃氖潞笾趁裎膶W(xué)批評(píng)，已經(jīng)拜讀該系所許多大師著作，深深感到個(gè)人研究與該系所頗具共鳴。換個(gè)比較務(wù)實(shí)的科系，像是申請(qǐng)人力資源管理科系吧，直接說自己是為了要在企業(yè)工作上有所突破，經(jīng)過老板推薦，認(rèn)為該企業(yè)應(yīng)該參考法國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)（什么樣的法國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，還可以多講兩句），在法國(guó)某管理學(xué)院中接受一年培訓(xùn)是最精明的選擇之類的。

最后一段，差不多該談?wù)勛约耗钔赀@學(xué)位想做什么了。

讀完想回內(nèi)地某機(jī)構(gòu)就業(yè)、讀完想在法國(guó)繼續(xù)念博士、讀完想在某領(lǐng)域中創(chuàng)業(yè)、讀完想透過實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)參與某類型研究組織工作，讀完想到美國(guó)某實(shí)驗(yàn)室去進(jìn)修博士后等等?？傊?，這段就是簡(jiǎn)單的個(gè)人未來生涯規(guī)劃與該學(xué)位之相關(guān)性申論題。而且法國(guó)也不是個(gè)提倡移民的國(guó)家，萬一你給他們個(gè)一名傾向，你是跳進(jìn)黃河也洗不清啊。

還有一段，可以看文章結(jié)構(gòu)靈活插入，算是留學(xué)生動(dòng)機(jī)信寫作自定義選項(xiàng)：為什么要來法國(guó)留學(xué)？原因可能很多，也很個(gè)人，所以不用獨(dú)立一段也無所謂，但是建議提一下。例如，來法國(guó)念古物修復(fù)或是核能電力，應(yīng)該沒什么好爭(zhēng)議的，這方面的確是有那種「來來來，來法國(guó)」的說服力；反之，來法國(guó)念傳播，那就不是那么一定了，畢竟傳播好像也不是法國(guó)的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)。這時(shí)，就得講些機(jī)緣、情緣、孽緣…甚至如果聽說該科校風(fēng)格開明，還可以在這方面展現(xiàn)一點(diǎn)幽默，博君一笑，也許也會(huì)讓系上老師為了不想當(dāng)被好奇宰掉的貓，忍不住把寫信的這家伙喊來面試一下，這下機(jī)會(huì)就來啦！

林林總總講了許多，只是一種可能性，順序可以彈性調(diào)整，內(nèi)容也可以依照個(gè)人的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)發(fā)揮。當(dāng)然，開頭和結(jié)尾的敬語少不了，架構(gòu)上的問題，前輩也提供分享了很多范本可以參考。

第五篇：申請(qǐng)信

）申請(qǐng)信；個(gè)人背景及參與這項(xiàng)計(jì)劃的目的；-誰會(huì)與您一同申請(qǐng)前來（單身或與家人）；-大概闡述您如何維持在馬來西亞生活（財(cái)務(wù)能力）；指出您想要采用的財(cái)務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；定期存款或每月國(guó)外收入（只供年齡50歲或以上者）。

2）個(gè)人工作履歷，學(xué)歷與經(jīng)驗(yàn)表一份。

3）三張馬來西亞IM.12表格（社交訪問準(zhǔn)證表格）

4）一份馬來西亞第二家園MM2H 表格。

5）四張護(hù)照相片。

6）公證屬實(shí)的整本護(hù)照復(fù)印件（復(fù)印每一頁(yè)並公正蓋章有個(gè)人資料與照片的那一頁(yè)）。如果新護(hù)照的日期還沒超過一年，必須吧舊護(hù)照每一頁(yè)復(fù)印并公證屬

7）公證屬實(shí)的結(jié)婚證書（攜同配偶者）
