“People are becoming more and more rational and cautious in taking part in the civil service exam,” said Zhang Hongjun, a civil service exam training expert with Beijing Offcn Future Education Consulting Co.,Ltd.“人們參加公務(wù)員考試越來(lái)越理性和謹(jǐn)慎，”張紅軍說(shuō)，他是中公未來(lái)教育咨詢(xún)有限公司教育專(zhuān)家，中公教育是北京一家專(zhuān)門(mén)從事公務(wù)員培訓(xùn)課程的輔導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)。

對(duì)于剛畢業(yè)的年輕人來(lái)說(shuō)，選擇基層職位可以是一個(gè)好的開(kāi)始。公務(wù)員的職業(yè)生涯也給人提供了從最初的小角色成長(zhǎng)為高級(jí)公務(wù)員的可能性。

“If I fail this year, I will continue next year because I want a Beijing hukou(household registration)so badly, and I think many of people who take part in the national civil service exam do so for the same reason,” said Yang, who can receive a hukou through a job as a civil servant.“如果今年我失敗了，明年我還會(huì)繼續(xù)，因?yàn)槲姨貏e想要一個(gè)北京戶(hù)口，而且我認(rèn)為很多人參加國(guó)家公務(wù)員考試都是為了同樣的理由，”楊說(shuō)。如果她能成為公務(wù)員，就能得到一個(gè)戶(hù)口。

“I myself don't have any noble goals such as devoting my whole life to the nation or the people,” said Yang.“我沒(méi)有將我的一生都獻(xiàn)給國(guó)家或人民這么高尚的目標(biāo)”楊說(shuō)。
