（3）會議報告。是指召開大中型會議時，有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)代表一定的機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)行中心發(fā)言時所使用的文稿。

（4）動員講話。是指在部署重要工作或活動的會議上，有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所使用的用于鼓勵人們積極開展此項工作或參加此項活動的文稿。

（5）總結(jié)性講話。是指某一事項，或某一活動結(jié)束后、有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對其進(jìn)行回顧、概括時所使用的文稿。

（6）指示性講話。是指有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對特定的機(jī)關(guān)和人員布置的工作、任務(wù)、指出希望和要求并規(guī)定某些指導(dǎo)原則時使用的文稿。

（7）紀(jì)念性講話。是指有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在追憶某一特殊的日子、事件或人物時，所使用的文稿。

講話稿的特點(diǎn)有：

（1）有強(qiáng)烈的針對性。

（2）有較大的鼓動性。

（3）有一定的通俗性和條理性。

（4）有特定的對象。

開場白的主要技術(shù)

1、楔子。用幾句誠懇的話同聽眾建立個人間的關(guān)系，獲得聽眾的好感和信任；

2、銜接。直接

地反映出一種形勢，或是將要論及的問題，常用某一件小事，一個比喻，個人經(jīng)歷，軼事傳聞，出人意外的提問，將主要演講內(nèi)容銜接起來；
