鉆柱通常的組成部分有：鉆頭、鉆鋌、鉆桿、穩(wěn)定器、專用接頭及方鉆桿。鉆柱的基本作用是：(1)起下鉆頭；(2)施加鉆壓；(3)傳遞動(dòng)力；(4)輸送鉆井液；(5)進(jìn)行特殊作業(yè)：擠水泥、處理井下事故等。

鉆井液的性能及作用

鉆井液的性能主要有：(1)密度；(2)粘度；(3)屈服值；(4)靜切力；(5)失水量；(6)泥餅厚度；(7)含砂量；(8)酸堿度；(9)固相、油水含量。鉆井液是鉆井的血液，其主作用是：

1)攜帶、懸浮巖屑；2)冷卻、潤(rùn)滑鉆頭和鉆具；3)清洗、沖刷井底，利于鉆井；4)利用鉆井液液柱壓力，防止井噴；5)保護(hù)井壁，防止井壁垮塌；6)為井下動(dòng)力鉆具傳遞動(dòng)力。 常用的鉆井液凈化設(shè)備

鉆開油氣層過程中，鉆井液對(duì)油氣層的損害

主要有以下幾種損害：(1)固相顆粒及泥餅堵塞油氣通道；(2)濾失液使地層中粘土膨脹而堵塞地層孔隙；(3)鉆井液濾液中離子與地層離子作用產(chǎn)生沉淀堵塞通道；(4)產(chǎn)生水鎖效應(yīng)，增加油氣流動(dòng)阻力。

預(yù)測(cè)和監(jiān)測(cè)地層壓力的方法

(1)鉆井前，采用地震法；(2)鉆井中，采用機(jī)械鉆速法，d、dc指數(shù)法，頁巖密度法；(3)完井后，采用密度測(cè)井，聲波時(shí)差測(cè)井，試油測(cè)試等方法。

鉆井液靜液壓力和鉆井中變化

靜液壓力，是由鉆井液本身重量引起的壓力。鉆井中變化，巖屑的進(jìn)入會(huì)增加液柱壓力，油、氣水侵會(huì)降低靜液壓力，井內(nèi)鉆井液液面下降會(huì)降低靜液壓力。防止鉆井液靜液壓力變化的方法有：有效地凈化鉆井液；起鉆及時(shí)灌滿鉆井液。

噴射鉆井

噴射鉆井是利用鉆井液通過噴射式鉆頭噴嘴時(shí)，所產(chǎn)生的高速射流的水力作用，提高機(jī)械鉆速的一種鉆井方法。

影響機(jī)械鉆速的因素

(1)鉆壓、轉(zhuǎn)速和鉆井液排量；(2)鉆井液性質(zhì)；(3)鉆頭水力功率的大小；(4)巖石可鉆性與鉆頭類型。

鉆井取心工具組成(1)取心鉆頭：用于鉆取巖心；(2)外巖心筒：承受鉆壓、傳遞扭矩；(3)內(nèi)巖心筒：儲(chǔ)存、保護(hù)巖心；(4)巖心爪：割斷、承托、取出巖心；(5)還有懸掛軸承、分水流頭、回壓凡爾、扶正器等。

取巖心

取巖心是在鉆井過程中使用特殊的取心工具把地下巖石成塊地取到地面上來，這種成塊的巖石叫做巖心，通過它可以測(cè)定巖石的各種性質(zhì)，直觀地研究地下構(gòu)造和巖石沉積環(huán)境，了解其中的流體性質(zhì)等。

平衡壓力鉆井

在鉆井過程中，始終保護(hù)井眼壓力等于地層壓力的一種鉆井方法叫平衡壓力鉆井。 井噴

是地層中流體噴出地面或流入井內(nèi)其他地層的現(xiàn)象。引起井噴的原因有：(1)地層壓力掌握不準(zhǔn)；(2)泥漿密度偏低；(3)井內(nèi)泥漿液柱高度降低；(4)起鉆抽吸；(5)其他措施不當(dāng)?shù)?。軟關(guān)井

就是在發(fā)現(xiàn)溢流關(guān)井時(shí)，先打開節(jié)流閥，后關(guān)防噴器，再試關(guān)緊節(jié)流閥的一種關(guān)井方法。因?yàn)檫@樣可以保證關(guān)井井口套壓值不超過允許的井口套壓值，保證井控安全，一旦井內(nèi)壓力過大，可節(jié)流放噴。

鉆井過程中溢流顯示

(1)鉆井液儲(chǔ)存罐液面升高；(2)鉆井液出口流速加快；(3)鉆速加快或放空；(4)鉆井液循環(huán)壓力下降；(5)井下油、氣、水顯示；(6)鉆井液在出口性能發(fā)生變化。

溢流關(guān)井程序

(1)停泵；(2)上提方鉆桿；(3)適當(dāng)打開節(jié)流閥；(4)關(guān)防噴器；(5)試關(guān)緊節(jié)流閥；(6)發(fā)出信號(hào)，迅速報(bào)告隊(duì)長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)員；(7)準(zhǔn)確記錄立柱和套管壓力及泥漿增量。

鉆井中井下復(fù)雜情況

鉆進(jìn)中由鉆井液的類型與性能選擇不當(dāng)、井身質(zhì)量較差等原因，造成井下遇阻、遇卡、以及鉆進(jìn)時(shí)嚴(yán)重蹩跳、井漏、井噴等，不能維持正常鉆井和其他作業(yè)的正常進(jìn)行的現(xiàn)象。鉆井事故

是指由于檢查不周、違章操作、處理井下復(fù)雜情況的措施不當(dāng)或疏忽大意，而造成的鉆具折斷、頓鉆、卡鉆及井噴失火等惡果。

井漏

井漏主要由下列現(xiàn)象發(fā)現(xiàn)，(1)泵入井內(nèi)鉆井液量＞返出量，嚴(yán)重時(shí)有進(jìn)無出；(2)鉆井液罐液面下降，鉆井液量減少；(3)泵壓明顯下降。漏失越嚴(yán)重，泵壓下降越明顯?？ㄣ@及造成原因

卡鉆就是在鉆井過程中因地質(zhì)因素、鉆井液性能不好、技術(shù)措施不當(dāng)?shù)仍?，使鉆具在井內(nèi)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不能自由活動(dòng)，這種現(xiàn)象叫卡鉆。主要有黏附卡鉆、沉砂卡鉆、砂橋卡鉆、井塌卡鉆、縮徑卡鉆、泥包卡鉆、落物卡鉆及鉆具脫落下頓卡鉆等。

處理卡鉆事故的方法

(1)泡油解卡；(2)使用震擊器震擊解卡；(3)倒扣套銑；(4)爆炸松扣；(5)爆炸鉆具側(cè)鉆新眼等。

固井

固井就是向井內(nèi)下入一定尺寸的套管串，并在其周圍注入水泥漿，把套管固定的井壁上，避免井壁坍塌。其目的是：封隔疏松、易塌、易漏等復(fù)雜地層；封隔油、氣、水層，防止互相竄漏；安裝井口，控制油氣流，以利鉆進(jìn)或生產(chǎn)油氣。

井身結(jié)構(gòu)

包括：(1)一口井的套管層次；(2)各層套管的直徑和下入深度；(3)各層套管相應(yīng)的鉆頭直徑和鉆進(jìn)深度；(4)各層套管外的水泥上返高度等等。

套管柱下部結(jié)構(gòu)

(1)引鞋：引導(dǎo)套管入井，避免套管插入或刮擠井壁；(2)套管鞋：引導(dǎo)在其內(nèi)部起鉆的鉆具進(jìn)入套管；(3)旋流短節(jié)：使水泥漿旋流上返，利于替泥漿，提高注水泥質(zhì)量；(4)套管回壓凡爾：防止水泥漿回流，下套管時(shí)間阻止泥漿進(jìn)入套管；(5)承托環(huán)：承托膠塞、控制水泥塞高度；(6)套管扶正器：使套管在鉆井中居中，提高固井質(zhì)量。

注水泥施工工序

下套管至預(yù)定深度→裝水泥頭、循環(huán)泥漿、接地面管線→打隔離液→注水泥→頂膠塞→替泥漿→碰壓→注水泥結(jié)束、候凝。

完井井口裝置

(1)套管頭--密封兩層套管環(huán)空，懸掛第二部分套管柱和承受一部分重量；(2)油管頭--承座錐管掛，連接油層套管和采油樹、放噴閘門、管線；(3)采油樹--控制油氣流動(dòng)，安全而有計(jì)劃地進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)，進(jìn)行完井測(cè)試、注液、壓井、油井清蠟等作業(yè)。

尾管固井法

尾管固井是在上部已下有套管的井內(nèi)，只對(duì)下部新鉆出的裸眼井段下套管注水泥進(jìn)行封固的固井方法。尾管有三種固定方法：尾管座于井底法；水泥環(huán)懸掛法；尾管懸掛器懸掛法。試油

在鉆井發(fā)現(xiàn)油、氣層后，還需要使油、氣層中的油、氣流從井底流到地面，并經(jīng)過測(cè)試而取得油、氣層產(chǎn)量、壓力等動(dòng)態(tài)資料，以及油、氣、水性質(zhì)等工作，稱做試油(氣)。射孔

鉆井完成時(shí)，需下套管注水泥將井壁固定住，然后下入射孔器，將套管、水泥環(huán)直至油(氣)層射開，為油、氣流入井筒內(nèi)打開通道，稱做射孔。目前國內(nèi)外廣泛使用的射孔器有槍彈式射孔器和聚能噴流式射孔器兩大類。

井底污染

井底污染又稱井底損害，是指油井在鉆井或修井過程中，由于鉆井液漏失或水基鉆井液的濾液漏入地層中，使井筒附近地層滲透率降低的現(xiàn)象。

誘噴

射孔之前，為了防止井噴事故，油、氣井內(nèi)一般灌滿壓井液。射孔后，為了將地層中液體導(dǎo)出地面，就必需降低壓井液的液柱，減少對(duì)地層中流體的壓力。這一過程是試油工作中的一道工序，稱為誘噴。誘噴方法有替噴法、抽吸法、提撈法、氣舉法等。

鉆桿地層測(cè)試

鉆桿地層測(cè)試是使用鉆桿或油管把帶封隔器的地層測(cè)試器下入井中進(jìn)行試油的一種先進(jìn)技術(shù)。它既可以在已下入套管的井中進(jìn)行測(cè)試，也可在未下入套管的裸眼井中進(jìn)行測(cè)試；既可在鉆井完成后進(jìn)行測(cè)試，又可在鉆井中途進(jìn)行測(cè)試。

電纜地層測(cè)試

在鉆井過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)油氣顯示后，用電纜下入地層測(cè)試器可以取得地層中流體的樣品和測(cè)量地層壓力，稱做電纜地層測(cè)試。這種測(cè)試方法比較簡(jiǎn)單，可以多次地、重復(fù)地進(jìn)行。油管傳輸射孔

油管傳輸射孔是由油管將射孔器帶入井下，射孔后可以直接使地層的流體經(jīng)油管導(dǎo)致地面，不必在射孔時(shí)向井內(nèi)灌入大量壓井液，避免井底污染的一種先進(jìn)技術(shù)。

巖石孔隙度

巖石的孔隙度是指巖石中未被固體物質(zhì)充填的空間體積Vp與巖石總體積Vb的比值。用希臘字母Φ表示，其表達(dá)式為：Φ=V孔隙 / V巖石×100%=Vp / Vb×100%

地層原油體積系數(shù)

地層原油體積系數(shù)βo，又稱原油地下體積系數(shù)，或簡(jiǎn)稱原油體積系數(shù)。它是原油在地下的體積(即地層油體積)與其在地面脫氣后的體積之比。原油的地下體積系數(shù)βo總是大于1。

流體飽和度

2.SAFETY INFORMATION 安全注意事項(xiàng)

1)Ensure that escape routes(doors, stairs樓梯, etc.)are accessible，at all times and are not obstructed阻擋，妨礙。by hoses, Tools, etc.隨時(shí)保證逃生路線可以使用（門，梯子等），不被管線、工具所阻擋。

(3)The air winch Operator shall ensure that the winch wire is moving freely in the derrick(possibly guided by pulleys)to avoid any damage to the steel structure, especially the fingerboard.氣動(dòng)絞車操作者要確認(rèn)氣動(dòng)絞車鋼絲繩和井架不干涉(可以用滑輪導(dǎo)向)，以避免損傷井架的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，特別是指梁。

(4)Ensure that the correct grade of pipe is being picked up.確認(rèn)吊起的鉆桿級(jí)別是正確的。

(5)When installing the lifting cap, ensure it is tight.一定要旋緊提升提絲。

(6)Before and after operation, count the drillpipe(DP)on the pipe rack to verify tally figures.操作前后，數(shù)一下鉆桿架上的鉆桿數(shù)量，和鉆桿記錄表核實(shí)。

(7)Any damaged DP is to be painted red(highlighting the damage)and reported to the Toolpusher for change of inventory status and transport back to base / warehouse.任何損傷的鉆桿要噴上紅漆，并報(bào)告帶班隊(duì)長(zhǎng)變換鉆具庫存記錄，運(yùn)回基地或庫房

(8)When singling in, ensure pipe tally is updated as DP is being picked up.Number as per GWDC DP numbering system.當(dāng)逐根下入鉆具單根時(shí)，鉆桿記錄表要更新，并根據(jù)GWDC的程序進(jìn)行編號(hào)。

(9)If pipe is 5" in diameter or greater, tail the pipe using a rope as it clears the top of the V-door and enters the rig floor.The use of a rope to tail in pipe of a smaller diameter is at the Toolpusher's discretion.直徑是或大于5〞的鉆桿，從坡道見到鉆臺(tái)上時(shí)，要拴牽引尾繩；直徑5〞以下的鉆桿，由帶班隊(duì)長(zhǎng)決定是否拴尾繩。

(10)When singling out, ensure pipe tally is adjusted to reflect the pipe being laid down.當(dāng)逐根甩掉單根時(shí)，確認(rèn)鉆桿記錄表經(jīng)過調(diào)整并反映出被甩的鉆桿

4.INSTRUCTIONS 指令 4.1.Singling In 吊拉單根

(1)Verify the size and current colour coding of the lifting cap.核實(shí)提絲的大小和顏色編碼。

(2)Clean and examine the threads and shoulders on box and pin ends, and inform the Driller of any damage.清洗和檢驗(yàn)公、母扣的絲扣、臺(tái)肩，發(fā)現(xiàn)損傷報(bào)告司鉆

(3)Verify the grade of the drillpipe, measure length, record and inform the Driller.驗(yàn)證鉆桿的等級(jí)，測(cè)量長(zhǎng)度，記錄并報(bào)告司鉆

(4)Remove the protector from the box end, apply dope(thread compound), and install the drift and lifting cap, ensuring the lifting cap is tight.卸掉母扣護(hù)絲，抹上絲扣油，裝上通徑規(guī)和提絲，確保上緊提絲。

(5)Attach the air tugger to the lifting cap and lift the pipe off the catwalk.掛上提絲把鉆桿吊離貓道。

(6)Tail the drillpipe with a rope as it swings through the V-door.因?yàn)殂@桿經(jīng)過井架大門坡道時(shí)來回?cái)[動(dòng)，要在鉆桿上拴上尾繩。

(7)Remove the pin protector and retrieve the drift, keeping feet well clear.卸掉公扣護(hù)絲，取出通徑規(guī)，保持腳下利索。

(8)Lower the drillpipe joint into the mouse hole, and remove air tugger and lifting cap.下放單根進(jìn)小鼠洞，摘掉氣動(dòng)絞車和提絲。

(9)If the rig is equipped with a top drive, the Driller activates the linktilt towards the joint in the mouse hole and the Floormen latch the elevators.如果鉆機(jī)配備了頂驅(qū)，司鉆打前伸按鈕使吊卡靠近小鼠洞中的單根，鉆工扣上吊卡。

4.2.Singling Out 甩掉單根

(1)After the connection has been broken out the Floormen pull the single over the mouse hole.卸開扣后，鉆工把單根推向小鼠洞。

(2)The Floormen dope the pin and install a pin thread protector.鉆工給公扣抹上絲扣油，戴上護(hù)絲

(3)If a top drive is used, after the single has been broken out, the Driller uses the linktilt to move the single towards and into the mouse hole.如果配備了頂驅(qū)，卸開扣后，司鉆打前伸按鈕，并把單根推向、放入小鼠洞。

(4)The elevators are opened when the joint stands up and then are held back from swinging across the rig floor.下放吊卡，單根接頭離開吊卡時(shí)，打開吊卡并后擺。

The Floormen dope the box and install the lifting cap, attach the air tugger and lift the joint clear of the mouse hole.鉆工給母扣抹上絲扣油，帶上護(hù)絲，掛上氣動(dòng)絞車把單根提離小鼠洞。

Note: The drillpipe can be cleaned and doped after it has been rolled off the catwalk.注意：鉆桿被滾離貓道后要清潔絲扣和涂抹絲扣油。

Tail / push pipe out of the V-door keeping feet well clear.Winch operator must ensure that the last joint laid down is no longer on the catwalk and that the catwalk is clear of personnel before slowly lowering the pipe out of the V-door.保持腳下利落，把鉆桿推出或用繩子牽引出大門坡道。氣動(dòng)絞車操作者在慢放鉆桿出大門坡道前，要確認(rèn)貓道上沒有鉆具和人員。

Note: When running in or laying down a large amount of drillpipe, special attention must be paid while working around the mouse hole.The Mouse hole shall be covered at all times when not in use.注意：當(dāng)?shù)趵蛩Φ舸罅裤@桿時(shí)，在小鼠洞周圍工作時(shí)要特別注意，小鼠洞不用時(shí)要一直蓋著。

(7)Remove the lifting cap, install the box protector and roll the joint onto the pipe rack.卸掉提絲，帶上母扣護(hù)絲，把鉆桿滾到管排架上。

4.3.Special Considerations 特殊事項(xiàng)

(1)When breaking out singles, any problem connection must be marked, recorded in the Tally Book and reported to the Toolpusher.當(dāng)卸扣時(shí)，有問題的接頭要?jiǎng)澤嫌浱?hào)，記錄在鉆具記錄本上，并向帶班隊(duì)長(zhǎng)匯報(bào)。

2.SAFETY INFORMATION 安全事項(xiàng)

The Driller must ensure that the Floormen are outside the area of the tongs before pulling on the tongs, if an abnormal amount of torque is to be applied during make up or break out.當(dāng)上、卸扣扭距異常時(shí)，司鉆拉大鉗前必須確認(rèn)鉆工站在大鉗區(qū)域之外。

Snub lines for the rig tongs must be inspected and be in good working order.鉗尾繩必須檢查并狀態(tài)良好。

Hanging lines for the rig tongs must be inspected and be in good working order

吊繩必須檢查并狀態(tài)良好。

The Floormen must be instructed on proper placement of hands while operating the rig tongs.操作大鉗時(shí)，必須教導(dǎo)鉆工把手放在正確位置。

3.STANDARD OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS(DO’S AND DON’TS)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作注意事項(xiàng)

(1)Always use two sets of rig tongs of the proper size to break out or make up connections.要使用合乎標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸的雙鉗上、卸扣。

(2)The Floormen must lubricate rig tongs at regular intervals, and always before and after each trip

鉆工必須定期保養(yǎng)大鉗，如起鉆前和下鉆后。

(3)The slack in the rig tong safety line must be sufficient for the tong to obtain full benefit from the pull of the cathead, but short enough to prevent half rotation of the rig tong

鉗尾繩的長(zhǎng)度長(zhǎng)短合適，足夠長(zhǎng)以滿足大鉗施加足夠的拉力，足夠短以避免大鉗的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度不夠。

(4)Ends of the braided safety lines should be secured by thimbles which are properly cast, spliced or talurit-clamped to prevent unravelling.安全繩的末端使用心環(huán)，心環(huán)要正確的鑄造，壓制或者用卡子以避免散開。

(5)Rig tongs must be kept clean to ensure proper operation.大鉗必須保持清潔確保正確操作。

(6)Rig tong dies must be inspect regularly and must be replaced when worn or damaged.Ensure that the tong dies are secured with safety pins.鉗牙必須定期檢查，磨損和損壞的鉗牙一定要更換，要使用鉗牙安全銷。

(7)Rig tong line pulleys and counterbalances must be inspected at regular intervals.大鉗的懸掛滑輪和平衡配重必須定期檢查

(8)Rig tong pins and hinges must be inspected regularly for wear and replaced if any wear is observed.大鉗銷子和鉸鏈必須定期檢查磨損情況，如果磨損嚴(yán)重要更換。

(9)Rig tong pins, shackle pins and bolts must be secured with the proper size split pins.大鉗銷子，卸扣的銷子和螺栓必須配有合適尺寸的開口銷。

4.INSTRUCTIONS 指令

4.1.Breaking Out Connections with the Rig Tongs 用大鉗卸扣(1)The Floormen remove the safety latch springs and the tong pins and change the tong jaws to match the size of the pipe or tubular to be broken out.鉆工打開安全彈簧和取下大鉗銷子，換上合適尺寸的鉗頭以匹配鉆桿或管子的尺寸

(2)The Driller ensures that the safety latch springs are replaced on the tong pins.司鉆要確保大鉗銷子上的安全鎖定彈簧被放到原位。

(3)The Floormen set the slips, or where applicable, the Driller sets the automatic slips.鉆工卡上卡瓦（如果有的話，司鉆卡上自動(dòng)卡瓦）。

(4)The Floormen engage the rig tongs on the drillpipe or tubular tool joint.(The breakout tong is placed on the top tool joint and the makeup tong is placed on the bottom tool joint).鉆工在鉆桿或管子接頭上上打上大鉗（內(nèi)鉗打在上方接頭上，外鉗打在下方接頭上）。

Note: Special attention must be made to ensure the rig tongs are placed above the hard facing on the tool joint.注意：大鉗必須打在接頭耐麼層之上。

(5)The Floormen make the rig tongs bite by pulling on the tong jaw and pushing on the tong arm.鉆工通過拉鉗頭、推鉗柄使鉗子咬緊。

Note: The Floorman must properly place their hands on the rig tongs to prevent injury.注意：鉆工必須正確放置手的位置以免受到傷害

The Driller engages the breakout cathead and pulls on the breakout tong.This will cause the breakout tong to bite on the upper tool joint.At the same time, the makeup tong bites on the bottom tool joint.The connection is then broken.司鉆操作卸扣貓頭拉動(dòng)卸扣大鉗，這會(huì)使卸扣大鉗咬緊上部接頭，同時(shí)上扣大鉗咬緊下方接頭 扣被卸開。

Note: The Driller must ensure that the cathead line is at right angle(90 degrees)to the tong arm.The Driller must note the breakout torque and mark the joints for further inspection if the breakout torque is not equal to or within less than 10% of the makeup torque.注意： 司鉆必須確認(rèn)貓頭繩與鉗柄之間的角度垂直（90·），如果卸扣扭距不等于或小于上扣扭距的10％，司鉆必須留意卸扣扭距并作好

第五篇：石油鉆井工作總結(jié)

請(qǐng)欣賞：石油鉆井工作總結(jié)范文 2016年轉(zhuǎn)瞬即逝，回首過去這一年有辛酸、有成績(jī)、有很多很多美好的回憶。在川慶整合的第二個(gè)年頭隨著我們大家相互信任、互相融合、和諧發(fā)展，在土庫曼工作的這一年里面我學(xué)到了很多很多，在不斷提升自我業(yè)務(wù)水平的同時(shí)還學(xué)到了很多關(guān)于土庫曼斯坦的人文風(fēng)情，進(jìn)一步了解了土庫曼這個(gè)民族。全年我隊(duì)兩開兩完總進(jìn)尺5928米，全年無一例事故，井身質(zhì)量全優(yōu)。現(xiàn)將全年的工作總結(jié)如下：

一、工作簡(jiǎn)介 2016年 12月29日開鉆在ccdc-16隊(duì)擔(dān)任鉆井工程師以111天建井周期完成完成了土庫曼斯坦阿姆河右岸項(xiàng)目歷史上第一口水平井sam35-1h井井深3333米最大井斜92.04°水平位移1210.60米填補(bǔ)了土庫曼斯坦沒有水平井的空白；接著調(diào)至ccdc-15隊(duì)擔(dān)任平臺(tái)副經(jīng)理兼鉆井工程師完成了土庫曼斯坦第一口大斜度井sam36-1d井該井吸取了sam35-1h井施工過程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足完善了技術(shù)措施以106天安全快速優(yōu)質(zhì)的完成了該井3028米的井尺最大井斜83.16°水平位移926.52米；然后借調(diào)到ccdc-12隊(duì)參了土庫曼斯坦第二口水平井sam3-1h井三開增斜段尋找b點(diǎn)的復(fù)雜施工，該井三開施工中井下出現(xiàn)脫壓憋泵增斜率不夠等復(fù)雜情況我迅速結(jié)合井下情況組織開會(huì)重新修改制定應(yīng)對(duì)和處理復(fù)雜的技術(shù)措施并上報(bào)，在第一時(shí)間消除了井下復(fù)雜情況重新修復(fù)了井眼滿足了水平井鉆井的要求，該井水平位移長(zhǎng)達(dá)1412.39米是一口難度很大的水平井。水平井施工結(jié)束后我回到ccdc-15隊(duì)開始承鉆met23井，該井是直井設(shè)計(jì)2760米，我回到隊(duì)上后做了分段的技術(shù)措施并且多次召開技術(shù)會(huì)議，認(rèn)真的落實(shí)技術(shù)措施。最終met23井以42天18小時(shí)的好成績(jī)完成了2900米的井尺，該井最大井斜1.4°井身質(zhì)量100%固井質(zhì)量100%安全快速優(yōu)質(zhì)的完成了該井的全井施工作業(yè)，刷新了土庫曼斯坦最短鉆完一口3000米左右天然氣井的新紀(jì)錄，為土庫曼項(xiàng)目下一步提速施工奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

二、安全管理 安全是保證生產(chǎn)的前提條件，我們從事的石油鉆井又是高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的戶外行業(yè)。危險(xiǎn)和隱患隨時(shí)都有可能出現(xiàn)發(fā)生，為了降低安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提高安全意識(shí)，我們必須從細(xì)節(jié)入手，通過設(shè)備的整改，環(huán)境的改變，屬地化的推行，我們改變員工的工作環(huán)境，使每位員工都能在安全的工作環(huán)境里面安全的工作；通過職工培訓(xùn)，九項(xiàng)文件的學(xué)習(xí)，杜邦公司九項(xiàng)體系化推進(jìn)，我們的員工從思想上改變了自己以前很多不安全行為和習(xí)慣性違章，使操作正規(guī)化，安全化，大大降低了隱患的發(fā)生杜絕了事故；通過每周的安全例會(huì)，每月的安全總結(jié)我們大力推行‘反違章樹規(guī)范’的小型安全競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)，大大鼓舞了員工的積極性，提高了職工的整體素質(zhì)為安全營(yíng)造了和諧發(fā)展的有效空間，使我們的安全工作走向了良性循環(huán)。

三、技術(shù)管理 技術(shù)是生產(chǎn)的推動(dòng)力，只有不斷的完善技術(shù)管理，創(chuàng)新技術(shù)，發(fā)展技術(shù)，科學(xué)的運(yùn)用技術(shù)于實(shí)踐才能優(yōu)質(zhì)高效低耗的完成每口井的施工任務(wù)，在土庫曼斯坦的三口定向井水平井施工過程中我們堅(jiān)持每天下午4點(diǎn)開一次技術(shù)交流會(huì)，總結(jié)前一天施工過程中的不足和下一步施工中需要注意的事項(xiàng)，特別是sam35-1h井的施工過程中，由于該井是土庫曼斯坦的第一口水平井，沒有可參考的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我們只能結(jié)合國內(nèi)水平井施工和塔指鉆遇巖膏層施工的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，再不斷的嘗試和摸索過程中我們和各專業(yè)公司緊密配合最終以111天完成sam35-1h井的全井施工任務(wù)，填補(bǔ)了土庫曼斯坦沒有水平井的空白。隨后承鉆的sam36-1d井我們就成功的借鑒了san35-1h井的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)特別是在滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)向鉆進(jìn)方面運(yùn)用的比較成熟井眼軌跡控制的非常好得到了甲方和分公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度好評(píng)。sam3-1h井的施工過程中就遇到了前兩口井從未遇到的問題在三開尋找b點(diǎn)的時(shí)候出現(xiàn)了井下復(fù)雜，我們根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況重新制定了相應(yīng)的技術(shù)措施，破壞了井下出現(xiàn)的小臺(tái)階和砂床以及修復(fù)了欠井斜井段，使施工中的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到了水平井施工的要求，克服了地質(zhì)原因、工具原因、泥漿原因等多方面的外來不利因素，最終再我們和各專業(yè)公司的不懈努力下完成了這口特殊的水平井。水平井施工結(jié)束后我認(rèn)真總結(jié)了施工過程中的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，匯編出了土庫曼斯坦薩曼杰佩區(qū)塊定向井水平井施工技術(shù)報(bào)告，并在met23井的施工過程中將鉆遇巖膏層技術(shù)措施運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐，該井最終僅僅用了42天就鉆完了2900米進(jìn)尺，又一次刷新了土庫曼斯坦的鉆進(jìn)新指標(biāo)。
