新華社華盛頓１２月２０日電（記者劉陽 徐劍梅）美國庫克政治報(bào)告網(wǎng)２０日發(fā)表報(bào)告說，在１１月舉行的美國總統(tǒng)選舉中，民主黨候選人希拉里·克林頓領(lǐng)先選舉最終獲勝者共和黨人唐納德·特朗普２８６．５萬張選票，成為美國歷史上第五位普選票數(shù)領(lǐng)先、但因選舉人票數(shù)落后而競選失敗的候選人。

庫克政治報(bào)告網(wǎng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示，希拉里獲得約６５８４．４６萬票選票，特朗普獲得約６２９７．９６萬票選票，兩者的支持率分別為４８．２％和４６．６％。報(bào)告說這些數(shù)據(jù)得到了美國５０個(gè)州及首都華盛頓哥倫比亞特區(qū)政府的證實(shí)。

Round One: Achieving Prosperity 第一輪：實(shí)現(xiàn)繁榮

The question is about putting more money into the Americans’ pockets.問題是：如何讓美國人的錢包鼓起來？

簡單講，這一輪是關(guān)于：誰是美國的敵人，我們?cè)趺磳?duì)抗。

I think cyber security, cyber warfare will be one of the biggest challenges facing the next president because clearly we are facing at this point 2 different kinds of adversaries.我認(rèn)為，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和網(wǎng)絡(luò)戰(zhàn)爭將是下一個(gè)總統(tǒng)所面對(duì)的最棘手的挑戰(zhàn)之一，因?yàn)椋@然我們正面對(duì)著兩種不同的敵人。

I think cyber security, cyber warfare will be one of the biggest challenges facing the next president because clearly we are facing at this point 2 different kinds of ad versaries.There are the independent hacking groups that do, mostly, for commercial reasons to try to steal information that they can use to make money.But increasingly we are seeing cyber attacks coming from states, all kinds of states.The most recent and troubling of these are from Russia.There's no doubt now that Russia has used cyber attacks against all kinds of organizations in our country and I am deeply concerned about this.I know Donald' s, very, paise-worthy of Vladimir Putin.But Putin is playing a really tough long game here.And one of the things he's done is to let loose cyber attackers to hack into government files, to hack into personal files, hack into the Democratic National Committee.And we recently have learnt that, you know, this is one of their preferred methods of trying to wreak havoc and collect information.We need to make it very clear, whether it's Russia, China, Iran or anybody else.The United States has a much greater capacity and we are not gonna sit idly by and permit state actors to go after our information, our private sector information and our public sector information.And we are going to have to make it clear that we don' t want to use the kinds of tools that we have to engage in a different kind of warfare.But we will defend the citizens of this country.And the Russians need to understand that.I think they' ve been treating it as it is almost a probing.Howfar will we go? How much will we do? And that's why I was so, I was so shocked when Donald publicly invited Putin to hack into Americans.That is just unacceptable.That’s onereasonsofthewhy 15 national security officials who serve in Republican Information Administration have said that Donald is unfit to be the commander in chief.There’s comments like that really worry people who understand the threats that we face.Trump：
