一個(gè)常規(guī)的面試，寒暄之后面試官提出的第一個(gè)問(wèn)題幾乎千篇一律：“請(qǐng)您簡(jiǎn)單地做一下自我介紹”。有些被面試者都會(huì)問(wèn)：簡(jiǎn)歷中情況已經(jīng)寫(xiě)得很清楚了，這是否多此一舉

要回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題，首先搞清楚為什么面試官要請(qǐng)你做自我介紹面試官通過(guò)自我介紹想考察被面試者什么只有了解面試官的目的，被面試者才能做好自我介紹。

面試官通過(guò)被面試者自我介紹要考察以下五方面內(nèi)容：

第一，考察自我介紹內(nèi)容和遞交簡(jiǎn)歷內(nèi)容是否相沖突如果簡(jiǎn)歷是真實(shí)的，口述自我介紹就不會(huì)有明顯出入。如果簡(jiǎn)歷有假，自我介紹階段一般就會(huì)漏馬腳。如被面試者反問(wèn)：“我的經(jīng)歷在簡(jiǎn)歷里都寫(xiě)了”，面試官會(huì)認(rèn)為這人個(gè)色，印象分一下子降為負(fù)數(shù)。

第二，考察被面試者基本的邏輯思維能力、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力，總結(jié)提煉概括能力。

第三，考察被面試者是否聚焦，是否簡(jiǎn)練和精干，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的感知能力與把控能力。

第四，考察被面試者初步的自我認(rèn)知能力和價(jià)值取向。因?yàn)楸幻嬖囌咭獢⑹雎殬I(yè)切換關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)處的原因，尤其要考察最近職業(yè)變動(dòng)的原因。

第五，考察被面試者是否聽(tīng)明白了面試官的話(huà)以及時(shí)間的掌控能力。有時(shí)面試官給出的問(wèn)題是“請(qǐng)您用3到5分鐘做一自我介紹”，被面試者有時(shí)一介紹就超過(guò)10分鐘，甚至20分鐘，逼得面試官不得不多次提醒引導(dǎo)。

所以說(shuō)，自我介紹是被面試者在紙面之外最能夠呈現(xiàn)能力的一個(gè)地方。一般情況下，也是被面試者在整個(gè)面試過(guò)程中惟一一次主動(dòng)展示自我的機(jī)會(huì)。如果還有一次，那就是面試官最后一個(gè)問(wèn)題：“您還有什么問(wèn)我的”但這個(gè)問(wèn)題通常只是面試官認(rèn)為被面試者基本靠譜了，才會(huì)留下這個(gè)問(wèn)題。

自我介紹和簡(jiǎn)歷有何區(qū)別

面試和簡(jiǎn)歷還有兩個(gè)重要區(qū)別：第一，面試是一個(gè)雙向互動(dòng)的過(guò)程，簡(jiǎn)歷是單方向呈現(xiàn)。有些人可能工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)很豐富，專(zhuān)業(yè)能力很突出，但是面試的經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足，所以面對(duì)面試官敘述吞吞吐吐，抓不住要點(diǎn)。
