self-executing;that while freedom is a gift from God, it must be secured by His people here on Earth.(Applause.)The patriots of 1776 did not fight to replace the tyranny of a king with the privileges of a few or the rule of a mob.They gave to us a republic, a government of, and by, and for the people, entrusting each generation to keep safe our founding creed.3.And for more than two hundred years, we have.4.Through blood drawn by lash and blood drawn by sword, we learned that no union founded on the principles of liberty and equality could survive half-slave and half-free.We made ourselves anew, and vowed to move forward together.5.Together, we determined that a modern economy requires railroads and highways to speed travel and commerce, schools and colleges to train our workers.6.Together, we discovered that a free market only thrives when there are rules to ensure competition and fair play.7.Together, we resolved that a great nation must care for the vulnerable, and protect its people from life’s worst hazards and misfortune.8.Through it all, we have never relinquished our skepticism of central authority, nor have we succumbed to the fiction that all society’s ills can be cured through government alone.Our celebration of initiative and enterprise, our insistence on hard work and personal responsibility, these are constants in our character.9.But we have always understood that when times change, so must we;that fidelity to our founding principles requires new responses to new challenges;that preserving our individual freedoms ultimately requires collective action.For the American people can no more meet the demands of today’s world by acting alone than American soldiers could have met the forces of fascism or communism with muskets and militias.No single person can train all the math and science teachers we’ll need to equip our children for the future, or build the roads and networks and research labs that will bring new jobs and truths –-that all of us are created equal –-is the star that guides us still;just as it guided our forebears through Seneca Falls, and Selma, and Stonewall;just as it guided all those men and women, sung and unsung, who left footprints along this great Mall, to hear a preacher say that we cannot walk alone;to hear a King proclaim that our individual freedom is inextricably bound to the freedom of see them stand up and speak out and reach for the ballot.Yes, we can.When there was despair in the Dust Bowl and depression across the land, she saw a nation conquer fear itself with a New Deal, new jobs and a new sense of common purpose.Yes, we can.When the bombs fell on our harbor and tyranny threatened the world, she was there to witness a generation rise to greatness and a democracy was 2011年是適應(yīng)角色轉(zhuǎn)變、思想進(jìn)一步成熟的一年。這一年，自己能夠堅(jiān)持正確的政治方向，緊緊圍繞黨的中心，立足本職崗位，較好地完成本線的工作任務(wù)。自己政治覺悟、理論水平、思想素質(zhì)、工作作風(fēng)等各方面有了明顯的進(jìn)步和提高?？偟膩碚f，收獲很大，感觸頗深。

一、以德為先，進(jìn)一步提升個(gè)人思想素質(zhì)

過去的一年，我以一個(gè)共產(chǎn)黨員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以一個(gè)團(tuán)干部的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己，在個(gè)人的道德修養(yǎng)、黨性鍛煉、思想素質(zhì)上有了很大的進(jìn)步。一是道德修養(yǎng)進(jìn)一步提高。作為一個(gè)團(tuán)干部，我的一言一行、我的自身形象將直接影響到團(tuán)委各成員，甚至更廣大的青少年。因此，在日常的工作和生活中，我每時(shí)每刻提醒自己，從小事做起，注重細(xì)節(jié)問題，做到干凈做人、公正做事，以平常心看待自己的工作，要求自己在工作中誠(chéng)實(shí)、守信、廉潔、自律，起好表率作用。二是黨性鍛煉得到不斷加強(qiáng)。不斷加強(qiáng)自己的黨性鍛煉，我嚴(yán)格按照《黨章》和《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨員紀(jì)律處分條例》來要求和約束自己的行為，牢記黨的宗旨，在團(tuán)的工作中，以廣大青少年的權(quán)益為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，務(wù)求時(shí)效。三是政治思想素質(zhì)不斷提高。一年來，我繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，積極參加理論中心組學(xué)習(xí)，經(jīng)常自發(fā)利用休息時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)，積極參加團(tuán)省委組織赴井岡山革命傳統(tǒng)與理想信念教育專題培訓(xùn)班、區(qū)委區(qū)政府組織赴清華大學(xué)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)培訓(xùn)班，通過“看、聽、學(xué)、思”，進(jìn)一步加深了對(duì)馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個(gè)代表”重要思想的理解，進(jìn)一步系統(tǒng)掌握了黨在農(nóng)村的路線、方針、政策以及對(duì)共青團(tuán)工作的要求。特別是黨的十七屆六中全會(huì)以來，我通過學(xué)習(xí)原文、聽專家講課等，開拓了思想新境界，政治思想素質(zhì)有了新的飛躍。

二、以能為先，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)組織工作能力

在上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任和支持下，我本人也自加壓力，抓住一切機(jī)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)，注重與同事、與兄弟單位團(tuán)委書記的交流，虛心請(qǐng)教，不恥下問，使各項(xiàng)工作都有序地開展。一是工作的統(tǒng)籌安排能力不斷加強(qiáng)。我盡量做到工作提前一步，有計(jì)劃、有安排、有預(yù)見性，保持思路清晰和決策的科學(xué)，力求操作有序，順利開展。二是工作的協(xié)調(diào)能力不斷加強(qiáng)。在工作中，我注重與上級(jí)的及時(shí)銜接、匯報(bào)，同時(shí)也注重與基層的交流溝通，聽取多方意見和建議，從大局出發(fā)，對(duì)上做好配合，對(duì)下做好團(tuán)結(jié)。三是有創(chuàng)新地開展工作。在工作中，我注重不斷創(chuàng)新，使工作保持生機(jī)，使管理不斷趨向人性化、合理化。

三、以勤為先，進(jìn)一步提高團(tuán)的業(yè)務(wù)水平

擔(dān)任團(tuán)委書記以來，認(rèn)真了解情況、掌握知識(shí)，積極向團(tuán)委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、向前任書記學(xué)習(xí)、請(qǐng)教，了解團(tuán)情、團(tuán)史，努力掌握?qǐng)F(tuán)的基本運(yùn)作方式程序，便于更好地開展工作。加強(qiáng)溝通了解，增加感情，深入基層，了解基層團(tuán)組織和團(tuán)員青年的有關(guān)情況，以“活動(dòng)”來強(qiáng)化自己的知識(shí)和水平。一年來，我立足以活動(dòng)來促使自己盡快適應(yīng)角色，迎接挑戰(zhàn)。今年五四，團(tuán)區(qū)委以全區(qū)人居環(huán)境整治為依托，以“五四火炬?zhèn)鞒芯攀d生生不息，鐵東青年投入人居環(huán)境立志強(qiáng)區(qū)”為引領(lǐng)，積極開展了“共青團(tuán)路，紅領(lǐng)巾街”，“鐵東青年林”等一系列活動(dòng)。在活動(dòng)中，增長(zhǎng)了知識(shí)，深化了理解，使自己對(duì)團(tuán)務(wù)工作有了全面的、系統(tǒng)的提高，為今后更好地提高團(tuán)的業(yè)務(wù)水平打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

四、以績(jī)?yōu)橄?，進(jìn)一步完善團(tuán)的組織建設(shè)

把《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步深化“黨建帶團(tuán)建”工作的實(shí)施意見》落到實(shí)處，把黨的要求貫徹落實(shí)到團(tuán)的建設(shè)中去，使團(tuán)的建設(shè)納入黨的建設(shè)的總體規(guī)劃。依托黨建，從政策層面來解決和落實(shí)基層團(tuán)組織存在的問題和困難。一是基層團(tuán)干部的待遇問題。積極爭(zhēng)取黨組織在團(tuán)干部配備上的重視和支持，基層團(tuán)干“轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)”得到了很好的安排（葉赫的榮威，住建局遇良，衛(wèi)生局王國(guó)宴等）；二是解決好基層團(tuán)組織活動(dòng)的經(jīng)費(fèi)問題。積極爭(zhēng)取專項(xiàng)，今年為每個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)街道從團(tuán)省委爭(zhēng)取經(jīng)費(fèi)三千元，共計(jì)三萬六千元；三是團(tuán)的基層組織格局創(chuàng)新工作。按照“1＋4＋N”模式，通過換屆調(diào)整選配了大批鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）團(tuán)干部，變?cè)械摹皥F(tuán)干部兼職”模式為現(xiàn)在的“兼職團(tuán)干部”模式，提升了基層團(tuán)組織的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力。此次工作得到了團(tuán)市委的充分認(rèn)可，2011年四平市組織部班工作會(huì)議在我區(qū)召開。

以服務(wù)青年需求為目的，從單一組織青年開展活動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)到生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)，開展就業(yè)培訓(xùn)、創(chuàng)業(yè)交流、貧富結(jié)對(duì)；以服務(wù)黨政中心為目的，發(fā)揮團(tuán)組織自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，引導(dǎo)青年樹立市場(chǎng)意識(shí)和投資意識(shí)，強(qiáng)化科技意識(shí)和參與意識(shí)，投身知識(shí)化、信息化和現(xiàn)代化、文明創(chuàng)建、環(huán)境整治、植綠護(hù)綠、社會(huì)治安等活動(dòng)，把黨政思路實(shí)踐好。突出做好當(dāng)前新興的農(nóng)村、社區(qū)和非公經(jīng)濟(jì)組織建團(tuán)工作，延長(zhǎng)團(tuán)的工作手臂，豐富團(tuán)的組織形式。先后與農(nóng)聯(lián)社、吉林銀行等多家金融機(jī)構(gòu)積極協(xié)調(diào)，為青年創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)提供幫扶支持。特別是吉林銀行的“吉青時(shí)代”小額貸款項(xiàng)目更得到團(tuán)省委的無償貼息。

五、以廉為先，進(jìn)一步保持清正廉明形象

作為新任職的年輕干部、黨員干部，我既感受到了組織的信任與關(guān)懷，同時(shí)也感受到了責(zé)任重大。我區(qū)在黨委和政府的帶領(lǐng)下，勵(lì)精圖治、奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)，取得了輝煌的成績(jī)。越是這種時(shí)候，就越需要我們這些干部保持清醒的頭腦，保持共產(chǎn)黨員的先進(jìn)本色。深知，作為一級(jí)干部，應(yīng)該努力做到“清正廉潔”。古人說“物必自腐而蟲生”，腐敗現(xiàn)象表現(xiàn)上看來是經(jīng)濟(jì)問題、道德問題，但深層次的原因卻是理想信念出了問題。要不斷加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐鍛煉，要結(jié)合黨的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)、改革開放和社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的實(shí)踐以及自己的工作和思想實(shí)際，來刻苦磨煉自己。勇于剖析自己，積極開展自我批評(píng)，凈化自己的靈魂。不斷增強(qiáng)拒腐防變意識(shí)。在思想上、在行動(dòng)上、生活中爭(zhēng)作表率。在團(tuán)區(qū)委開展“爭(zhēng)做勤廉表率，竭誠(chéng)服務(wù)青年”主題教育,召開機(jī)關(guān)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)宣傳教育活動(dòng)動(dòng)員會(huì)，全面啟動(dòng)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)宣教活動(dòng)。按照學(xué)習(xí)貫徹區(qū)委、區(qū)紀(jì)委關(guān)于黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗工作的部署和要求，學(xué)習(xí)黨的十七屆六中精神，強(qiáng)化組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，制定工作計(jì)劃。我們根據(jù)2011年黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)責(zé)任制考評(píng)要求，為了做好黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗工作，成立了團(tuán)區(qū)委黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，并由我任組長(zhǎng)。按照“一崗雙責(zé)”的責(zé)任要求，明確了單位正職領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作為第一責(zé)任人，每年約談團(tuán)干部一次，就有關(guān)廉潔從政個(gè)人“不準(zhǔn)”和“禁止”行為適時(shí)對(duì)所管的團(tuán)干部進(jìn)行廉政談話。

無論我們把目光投向何處，都有工作在等待著我們。經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)要求我們果敢而迅速地行動(dòng)，我們將不辱使命——不僅要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造新的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，而且要打下新的增長(zhǎng)基礎(chǔ)。我們將建造道路和橋梁，架設(shè)電網(wǎng)，鋪設(shè)承載我們的商務(wù)和把我們緊密相連的電子通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)。我們將恢復(fù)尊重科學(xué)的傳統(tǒng)，利用高新技術(shù)的超常潛力提高醫(yī)療保健質(zhì)量并降低成本。我們將利用太陽能、風(fēng)力和地?zé)釣檐囕v和工廠提供能源。我們將改造我們的中小學(xué)和高等院校，以應(yīng)對(duì)新時(shí)代的挑戰(zhàn)。這一切我們都能做到。這一切我們必將做到。

現(xiàn)在，有人懷疑我們的雄心壯志——他們說我們的體制不能承受太多的宏偉規(guī)劃。他們的記憶是短暫的，因?yàn)樗麄兺浟诉@個(gè)國(guó)家已經(jīng)取得的成就，忘記了一旦共同的目標(biāo)插上理想的翅膀、現(xiàn)實(shí)的要求鼓起勇氣的風(fēng)帆，自由的人民就會(huì)爆發(fā)出無窮的創(chuàng)造力。

那些冷眼旁觀的人沒有認(rèn)識(shí)到他們腳下的大地已經(jīng)移動(dòng)——那些長(zhǎng)期以來空耗我們的精力的陳腐政治觀點(diǎn)已經(jīng)過時(shí)。我們今天提出的問題不是我們的政府太大還是太小，而是它是否行之有效——它是否能夠幫助人們找到報(bào)酬合理的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，是否能夠?yàn)樗麄兲峁┵M(fèi)用適度的醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)，是否能夠確保他們?cè)谕诵莺蟛皇ё饑?yán)。如果回答是肯定的，我們就要向前推進(jìn)。如果回答是否定的，計(jì)劃和項(xiàng)目必須終止。作為公共資金的管理者，我們必須承擔(dān)責(zé)任——明智地使用資金，拋棄壞習(xí)慣，在陽光下履行職責(zé)——因?yàn)橹挥羞@樣我們才能恢復(fù)人民對(duì)政府的至關(guān)重要的信任。

我們提出的問題也不在于市場(chǎng)力量是替天行道還是為虎作倀。市場(chǎng)在生成財(cái)富和傳播自由方面具有無與倫比的力量，但這場(chǎng)危機(jī)提醒我們：沒有嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)督，市場(chǎng)就會(huì)失控——如果一個(gè)國(guó)家僅僅施惠于富裕者，其富裕便不能持久。我們的經(jīng)濟(jì)成功從來不是僅僅依賴國(guó)內(nèi)總產(chǎn)值的規(guī)模，而是還依賴繁榮的普及，即為每一位愿意致富的人提供機(jī)會(huì)的能力——不是通過施舍——因?yàn)檫@才是最可靠的共同富裕之路。至于我們的共同防御，我們決不接受安全與理念不可兩全的荒謬論點(diǎn)。建國(guó)先賢面對(duì)我們難以想見的險(xiǎn)惡局面，起草了一部保障法治和人權(quán)的憲章，一部子孫后代以自己的鮮血使之更加完美的憲章。今天，這些理念仍然照耀著世界，我們不會(huì)為一時(shí)之利而棄之。因此，對(duì)于今天正在觀看此情此景的其他各國(guó)人民和政府──從最繁華的首都到我父親出生的小村莊──我們希望他們了解：凡追求和平與尊嚴(yán)的國(guó)家以及每一位男人、婦女和兒童，美國(guó)是你們的朋友。我們已經(jīng)做好準(zhǔn)備，再一次走在前面?；仡欉^去，幾代人在戰(zhàn)勝法西斯主義和共產(chǎn)主義時(shí)依靠的不僅僅是導(dǎo)彈和坦克，更是牢固的聯(lián)盟和不渝的信念。他們懂得單憑實(shí)力無法保護(hù)我們的安全，實(shí)力也并不賦予我們隨心所欲的權(quán)利。相反，他們知道審慎使用實(shí)力會(huì)使我們更強(qiáng)大；我們的安全源于事業(yè)的正義性、典范的感召力、以及謙卑和克制的平衡作用。

我們是這一傳統(tǒng)的繼承者。我們只要從新以這些原則為指導(dǎo)，就能應(yīng)對(duì)那些新威脅，為此必須付出更大的努力──推動(dòng)國(guó)家間更多的合作與理解。我們將開始以負(fù)責(zé)任的方式把伊拉克移交給伊拉克人民，并在阿富汗鞏固來之不易的和平。我們將與多年的朋友和昔日的對(duì)手一道不懈地努力，減輕核威脅，扭轉(zhuǎn)全球變暖的厄運(yùn)。我們不會(huì)在價(jià)值觀念上退縮，也不會(huì)動(dòng)搖捍衛(wèi)它的決心，對(duì)于那些妄圖以煽動(dòng)恐怖和屠殺無辜的手段達(dá)到其目的的人，我們現(xiàn)在就告訴你們，我們的意志更加頑強(qiáng)、堅(jiān)不可摧；你們無法拖垮我們，我們必將戰(zhàn)勝你們。

因?yàn)槲覀冎?，我們百衲而成的傳統(tǒng)是一種優(yōu)勢(shì)，而不是劣勢(shì)。我們是一個(gè)由基督教徒和穆斯林、猶太教徒和印度教徒、以及無宗教信仰者組成的國(guó)家。我們受惠于地球上四面八方每一種語言和文化的影響。由于我們飲過南北戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和種族隔離的苦水，走出了那個(gè)黑暗時(shí)代并變得更加堅(jiān)強(qiáng)和團(tuán)結(jié)，我們不能不相信昔日的仇恨終有一天會(huì)成為過去；部族之間的界線很快會(huì)消失；隨著世界變得越來越小，我們共同的人性將得到彰顯；美國(guó)必須為迎來一個(gè)和平的新紀(jì)元發(fā)揮自己的作用。

面對(duì)穆斯林世界，我們尋求一條新的前進(jìn)道路，以共同利益和相互尊重為基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)于世界上那些妄圖制造矛盾、將自己社會(huì)的弊端歸罪于西方的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，我們奉勸你們：你們的人民將以你們的建設(shè)成就而不是你們的毀滅能力來評(píng)判你們。對(duì)于那些依靠腐敗、欺騙、壓制不同意見等手段固守權(quán)勢(shì)的人，我們提醒你們：你們站在了歷史錯(cuò)誤的一邊；但只要你們放棄壓迫，我們將伸手相助。

對(duì)于貧困國(guó)家的人民，我們保證同你們并肩努力，為你們的農(nóng)田帶來豐收，讓清潔的用水取之不竭；使饑餓的身體得以飽食，使饑渴的心靈受到滋潤(rùn)。對(duì)于那些象我們一樣比較富裕的國(guó)家，我們要說我們?cè)俨荒軐?duì)他人的苦難無動(dòng)于衷，也再不能肆意消耗世界的資源。世界已經(jīng)改變，我們必須與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。

在思索我們面前的道路時(shí)，我們懷著崇敬的心情感謝此刻正在偏遠(yuǎn)的沙漠和山區(qū)巡邏的英勇無畏的美國(guó)人。他們向我們述說著什么，正如在阿靈頓(Arlington)公墓長(zhǎng)眠的陣亡英雄在漫漫歲月中低淺的吟誦。我們崇敬他們，不僅因?yàn)樗麄兒葱l(wèi)著我們的自由，而且因?yàn)樗麄兇碇I(xiàn)身精神，體現(xiàn)了超越個(gè)人，尋求遠(yuǎn)大理想的意愿。然而，在這個(gè)時(shí)刻，這個(gè)具有劃時(shí)代意義的時(shí)刻，我們大家必須具備的正是這種精神。

雖然政府能有許多作為也必須有許多作為，但最終離不開美國(guó)人民的信仰和決心，這便是我國(guó)的立國(guó)之本。正是因?yàn)槿藗冊(cè)诖蟮瘫懒褧r(shí)接納陌生人的關(guān)愛之情，正是因?yàn)楣と藗儗幵笢p少自己的工時(shí)而不愿看到朋友失去工作的無私精神，才使我們度過了最暗淡的時(shí)光。正是因?yàn)橄狸?duì)員們有勇氣沖進(jìn)濃煙滾滾的樓道，也正是因?yàn)樽龈改傅南Ｍ囵B(yǎng)一個(gè)孩子，我們才能決定最后的命運(yùn)。

我們面臨的挑戰(zhàn)可能前所未聞。我們迎接挑戰(zhàn)的方式也可能前所未有。然而，我們賴以成功的價(jià)值觀──誠(chéng)實(shí)和勤奮、勇氣和公平、寬容心和探索精神、忠誠(chéng)和愛國(guó)──均由來以久。這些價(jià)值觀都是千真萬確的。這些價(jià)值觀是我國(guó)整個(gè)歷史過程中一股無聲的進(jìn)步力量?，F(xiàn)在需要的便是重歸這些真理。我們現(xiàn)在需要做的是開創(chuàng)負(fù)責(zé)任的新時(shí)代──每一位美國(guó)人都需要認(rèn)識(shí)到我們對(duì)自己、對(duì)國(guó)家、對(duì)全世界都承擔(dān)著義務(wù)。對(duì)于這些義務(wù)，我們并非勉強(qiáng)接受，而是心甘情愿主動(dòng)承擔(dān)，同時(shí)堅(jiān)信我們?yōu)槠D巨的使命付出一切，沒有任何事可以如此滿足我們的道義感，也沒有任何事能如此體現(xiàn)我們的特性。

這就是公民的義務(wù)和承諾。

這就是我們自信的來源──認(rèn)識(shí)到上帝呼喚我們?cè)谇巴静幻鞯那闆r下掌握自己的命運(yùn)。

這就是我們的自由和我們堅(jiān)守的信條具有的意義──說明了為什么各種族、各類信仰的男女老少能在這個(gè)雄偉的大草坪上歡聚一堂，也說明了為什么今天有人能站在這里進(jìn)行最莊嚴(yán)的宣誓，但不到60年前他父親在當(dāng)?shù)夭宛^還不能受到接待。

為此，讓我們記住這一天，記住我們是什么樣的人，記住我們已經(jīng)走過了多長(zhǎng)的路。在美利堅(jiān)誕生的年月，在那些最寒冷的日子里，為數(shù)不多的愛國(guó)者聚集在一條冰河的岸邊，身旁的篝火即將熄滅。首都已經(jīng)撤防。敵人正在進(jìn)軍。雪地沾滿了斑斑血跡。在我們的革命何去何從，結(jié)局最難以估計(jì)的時(shí)刻，我國(guó)的開國(guó)元?jiǎng)讻Q定向人民宣讀以下這段話：

“讓我們昭告未來的世界......在這個(gè)酷寒的冬季，萬物蕭蘇，只有希望和美德堅(jiān)忍不拔......這個(gè)城市和這個(gè)國(guó)家，受到共同危難的召喚，挺身而出，奮起迎戰(zhàn)?！?/p>

美利堅(jiān)。在我們面臨共同危難之際，在我們遇到艱難險(xiǎn)阻的冬日，讓我們牢記這些永恒的話語。心懷希望和美德，讓我們?cè)僖淮尾粦謬?yán)寒，勇為中流砥柱，不論什么風(fēng)暴來襲，我們必將堅(jiān)不可摧。今后，讓我們的后代子孫如此評(píng)說：我們?cè)谟龅娇简?yàn)的時(shí)候沒有半途而廢，沒有退縮不前，也沒有絲毫動(dòng)搖；讓我們?nèi)褙炞ⅲ哒斑h(yuǎn)矚，感謝上帝對(duì)我們的恩典，繼承自由這個(gè)寶貴的傳統(tǒng)，平穩(wěn)地世代相傳。
