Hi, everybody.As President and Commander in Chief, my greatest responsibility is the safety of the American people.And in our fight against terrorists, we need to use every effective tool at our disposal--both to defend our security and to protect the freedoms and civil liberties enshrined in our Constitution.大家好！作為總統(tǒng)和最高統(tǒng)帥，我最重要的責(zé)任就是保護(hù)美國人民的安全。在我們跟恐怖分子斗爭(zhēng)的過程中，我們需要利用我們可以利用的每一種有效工具，在保護(hù)我們安全的同時(shí)保護(hù)憲法賦予人們的自由權(quán)利。
