其次，要有耐心。既然用戶咨詢問題，就是對我們的信任。也許，我們的工作太細(xì)微，遇到的問題不一定每一個(gè)都很重要，但我們決不能輕視這些小問題，事無巨細(xì)，我們都應(yīng)該耐心的給予解答和解決。

還有一點(diǎn)那就是細(xì)心。整天與電話號(hào)碼、話費(fèi)以及能精確到幾分幾秒的通話菜單打交道，如果不能做到心細(xì)如絲，那就可能“失之毫厘，謬以千里”。任何一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤，都會(huì)給用戶和各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的工作帶來不必要的麻煩。只有捧出一棵真心，用戶才會(huì)信任你。在“用心服務(wù)”的同時(shí)，帶上我們真誠的微笑，給用戶留下溫馨美好的印象。版權(quán)所有

一、選手比賽方式

★復(fù)賽

正式比賽時(shí)間8：30分，選手按已經(jīng)抽簽的組和順序在休息室等待。

第一名選手在7：55分進(jìn)入備賽室，抽取即興演講題目，準(zhǔn)備定題演講題目和即興演講題目，準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間30分鐘，8：25分在比賽場外等候比賽，每位選手的比賽時(shí)間約15分鐘，以此類推。

選手進(jìn)行5分鐘定題演講，回答提問（1.5分鐘，不含提問時(shí)間），然后進(jìn)行即興演講（3分鐘），回答提問（1.5分鐘，不含提問時(shí)間）。

復(fù)賽每組前兩名進(jìn)入決賽，在11月16日中午復(fù)賽結(jié)束后立刻到對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)誠信樓313教室抽簽確定順序，選手按已經(jīng)抽簽的順序午飯后到圖書館報(bào)告廳休息室（化妝室）等候備賽，未進(jìn)入決賽選手午飯后到圖書館報(bào)告廳二層領(lǐng)取參賽紀(jì)念品，并到?jīng)Q賽賽場觀摩學(xué)習(xí)決賽演講。

★賽場要求

定題演講和即興演講內(nèi)容不能透露個(gè)人和學(xué)校信息，否則取消比賽資格。

定題演講和即興演講結(jié)束前30秒有提示，不允許超時(shí)。

定題演講少于規(guī)定時(shí)間30秒扣分。

二、注意事項(xiàng)

1.著裝整潔，大方得體；

2.所有參賽選手須攜帶學(xué)生證和身份證，在11月16日上午7：30分之前到達(dá)各組指定休息室。

3.手機(jī)等通訊設(shè)備不得帶入備賽室，如帶入備賽室，應(yīng)立即交給備賽室負(fù)責(zé)人老師代為保管，或關(guān)機(jī)放在書包中，自行保管，否則開機(jī)按照作弊論處。指導(dǎo)老師不能進(jìn)入備賽室。

4.上場選手提前30分鐘到備賽室，進(jìn)入備賽室的選手不得離開備賽室，否則取消比賽資格。

5.進(jìn)入備賽室25分鐘后，經(jīng)工作人員提醒，準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)入比賽現(xiàn)場。6.每組第六名選手結(jié)束后，賽場休息10分鐘。
