今天我演講的題目是《打造核心競爭力，你準備好了嗎？》。最近網(wǎng)絡(luò)上特別流行一段視頻，名字叫《有一種愛叫***愛著彭媽媽》，我看到很多人的留言，說男生要爭做***，女生要爭做彭媽媽。就連人民日報這樣的黨煤平臺都刊登了題為《彭麗媛：第一夫人加分軟實力》的文章，文章寫道，***和彭媽媽的組合，把每次外事訪問都演變成一場“習卷當?shù)?，魅麗不減”的中國風。而彭媽媽作為第一夫人，其優(yōu)雅的氣質(zhì)已經(jīng)成為國家軟實力的重要體現(xiàn)。在我們被國家領(lǐng)導人的魅力所震撼的時候，我們不禁在想，作為一個青年人，到底什么才是我們的核心競爭力呢？此時我腦海里會出現(xiàn)很多名詞，比如創(chuàng)新，自律，適應(yīng)力，人際溝通的能力甚至還包括出眾的外貌，殷實的家庭背景等等。但其實我最想說的是以下三種能力，我暫且把他們概括為：無可替代的專業(yè)技力，忍受失敗的能力，和關(guān)心社會的公共精神。猶太民族一直是一個顛沛流離的民族，但依然是世界上富裕的民族，原因之一是他們的孩子在一出生就被告知：這個世界上什么都不屬于你，除了你頭腦中的智慧和創(chuàng)造的才能。中國留學教父俞敏洪奉勸年輕人“一定要掌握一種技能，把它做到極致，做到你所在單位的前十名、中國的前十名，乃至世界的前十名，這樣你就可以憑它去換取世界的財富。來這個學?？烊齻€月了，在適應(yīng)新環(huán)境的同時，驚嘆于這里很多同學和老師優(yōu)秀。這個世界上存在優(yōu)秀的人不可怕，可怕的是那些原本就比你優(yōu)秀的人卻依然比你更努力。我們永遠都在崇拜著那些閃閃發(fā)亮的人。我們永遠覺得他們像是神一樣的存在。但是我們永遠不知道，他們用什么樣的代價，去換來了閃亮的人生。成功大多是寂寞的，不止是顛蜂的寂寞，其實更多是過程的孤獨。也許我們的生活實在太過瑣碎和單調(diào)，單調(diào)是簡單易行的，而堅持單調(diào)卻需要足夠的勇氣與毅力！正如俞敏洪說你有足夠的理由去佩服一個每天堅持早起和每天堅持跑步的人。生活總不會那么輕易地讓人滿意，有的時候我們會覺得難過，無非是因為我們跟想象中的自己，很有距離。比如你很認真的去準備一篇課程論文，結(jié)果老師打分很低；你很積極的去備戰(zhàn)考研，可是依然只能接受被動的調(diào)劑；你每天使勁的記憶英語單詞，可六級單詞表里還是躺著那么多似曾相識的單詞；你努力的準備一篇演講稿，可上臺后發(fā)現(xiàn)還是有點兒緊張；看吧，失望真的無處不在。它摧毀你的耐心和信心。每每這個時候，我總會想起那部經(jīng)典的美國影片《當幸福來敲門》。那是一個普通的美國黑人追逐幸福的故事。主人公無數(shù)次的感到無比的失望和沮喪但仍沒有輕言放棄，抵抗重重壓力，最終叩響幸福的大門。生活真的比你自己更了解你，她只會給你你能邁過的坎，只要你別提前放棄。所以請你永遠熱血方剛，永遠相信夢想，相信努力的意義，相信遺憾比失敗更可怕。當你拼盡全力失敗依舊來臨的時候，請你坦然的接受它，因為在你期待成功的每一天，都充滿了一種叫做忐忑的幸福。

最后，我想說的是青年人核心競爭力中最最重要的部分那就是深厚的社會情懷和強烈的社會責任感。它要求我們除了關(guān)心自己生活中的那些營營小利，比如車子，票子和房子；更重要的是去關(guān)心國家命運，政治改革，生態(tài)環(huán)境，社會公益等等。當然，并不是每一個人都能夠成為那種站在風口浪尖上去把握時代和國家命運的人物，你我都是再普通不過在紅塵世俗中生活的升斗小民，我們甚至還可能充滿了抱怨，我們仇視層出不窮的貪官污吏，不屑于富二代官二代的狂妄放肆，也會因為一個郭美美不想再相信所有的慈善機構(gòu)。可是只要這個國家每天還在進步，都應(yīng)該能讓你原諒整個世界。一位記者在采訪溫總理時問到，“你的一生也經(jīng)歷很多的挫折和磨難，你怎樣依舊保持你年輕時的情懷？”總理淡然的笑笑。給記者講，“有一年我去河北視察，沒有走原定的路線，走到一村口時看見一老農(nóng)蹲在地上，旁邊放著一口棺材，老農(nóng)說家里太窮了，沒法看病，拿棺材板來賣，總理給了他五百塊錢，讓他回家了?！笨偫碇v這個故事是要告訴記者中國大地上的事情是無窮無盡的，不要在乎一城一池的得失，歷史的進步的總是由量變到質(zhì)變的緩慢過程，而我們每個人即使清楚地知道這世界很不完美，但依然愿意不遺余力地為讓她完美那么一點兒而做出自己小小的努力，那么這個過程才會加快。

學習不是一朝一夕的事情，更何況學習語言。它是一個長期的過程，是一個積累的的過程，就像小樹苗長成參天大樹一樣。所以各位家長們務(wù)必對孩子的學習要有耐心，要有信心，要有恒心，要有決心，要有愛心。在家我們應(yīng)多多鼓勵孩子，多多肯定孩子的進步，多多關(guān)注孩子的每一步的成長。我相信在老師和家長的共同幫助下，孩子們會更快更好地成長。以下是我給各位家長的建議：

1，在假期間，家長繼續(xù)督促孩子聽cd，每天10到15分

鐘，跟讀模仿。這樣有助于孩子糾正發(fā)音存在的問題，使其純正地道。2，聽cd重點:第一冊的26個字母本身發(fā)音和其獨立發(fā)音，多聽聽chant部分，旋律強，培養(yǎng)其興趣。第二冊的圖片單詞，跟讀并練習拼讀。3，接下來的第三冊，第四冊是對單詞量的更多的擴充。舉

The topic for my speech today is “Festival.” I would like to talk about my favorite festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival.

In Xiamen, when we celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival, we do not only follow the common practices such as having a big dinner party with our family, eating mooncakes, and appreciating the full moon at night, we also have one unique custom which is only practiced in Xiamen, that is “Bo Bing”.

“Bo Bing” is a very interesting game that almost all Xiamen people play during this festival. so my dear friends, never complain that life is boring and the world is disappointing. if don’t like the taste of your life, change the ingredients. three year ago, i weighed more than 100 hundred kilograms which caused significant embarrassment and frustration in my life. like always failing my p.e examinations, like always being laughed at by girls, like being terrified to speak in public. it was my grandmother’s encouragement that revived from my passive attitude to become confident in myself. she said “ my dear, if you can’t change you figure, why not treat it as your own style. so i began to cautiously employ the new way of thinking. by hoosing to change my outlook on life, i developed the confidence to make a difference and finally i found a totally new world. so my dear friend, if faith, hope, love, endurance are added to your life, you will find the confidence to conquer your limitation and embrace new challenges. and hopefully with my speech included, you will have a fantastic speech contest.

my definition of success

today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. what is success? it is what everyone is longing for.sometimes success would be rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now i am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.

however, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. is fortune success? is fame success? is high social status success? no, i don’t think so. i believe success is the realization of people’s hopes and ideals.nowadays, in the modern society there are many people

who are regarded as the successful. and the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. so most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. but the problem is wether it is real success. we all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. if we keep chasing them, where is the end? what will satisfy us at last? therefore, we can see, to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people’ hopes and ideals.

different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, ause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.
