2011-2011學(xué)年上學(xué)期英語(yǔ)教師工作總結(jié)

教師：岳英

本學(xué)期我承擔(dān)的三到六年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。面對(duì)這些基礎(chǔ)參差不齊的小學(xué)生，我憂(yōu)慮重重。如何做好他們初學(xué)英語(yǔ)的領(lǐng)路人，為他們創(chuàng)設(shè)好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，培養(yǎng)他們養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是我本學(xué)期教學(xué)工作的重中之重。

萬(wàn)事開(kāi)頭難。剛剛開(kāi)始教學(xué)工作，我開(kāi)展了以下幾方面工作。1.教學(xué)進(jìn)度的加快和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的精簡(jiǎn)。

（1）教學(xué)進(jìn)度根據(jù)實(shí)際情況科學(xué)的制定和有效執(zhí)行從一個(gè)側(cè)面反映著教學(xué)效果的好壞。三四年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)進(jìn)度教材規(guī)定的是一周三課時(shí)，完成全書(shū)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容共48課時(shí)。而三四年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)實(shí)際是一周兩課時(shí)。根據(jù)目前的實(shí)際教學(xué)進(jìn)度不可能在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成教材學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。需要考慮到的是我至少要留出兩周的時(shí)間進(jìn)行總復(fù)習(xí)。所以我的教學(xué)進(jìn)度必須要快，可以用刻不容緩來(lái)形容。按照教學(xué)進(jìn)度和現(xiàn)課時(shí)安排我從新制定了教學(xué)進(jìn)度，每課完成3課時(shí)的任務(wù)量，每周必須完成一單元的教學(xué)任務(wù)。

（2）隨著每節(jié)課教學(xué)量的增加，每節(jié)課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容也必須要取其精華。我分析了新起點(diǎn)這套教材，第一層次是以學(xué)習(xí)基本單詞和句子為主，第二層次是在學(xué)習(xí)第一層次內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上，適量擴(kuò)展話(huà)語(yǔ)、平行學(xué)科知識(shí)和雙向文化等內(nèi)容。每個(gè)單元的前三課時(shí)為教材第一層次學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。后三課時(shí)是第二層次學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。學(xué)生對(duì)基本單詞和句型掌握的越牢，對(duì)后面內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí)就越輕松。根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況，第一課時(shí)我把最基礎(chǔ)和最重要的句子和單詞放在課堂教學(xué)的首位。通過(guò)各種有趣的課堂活動(dòng)提供真實(shí)自然的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境，讓學(xué)生感知、模仿、交流、改進(jìn)。第二課時(shí)我通常把舊知識(shí)的回顧復(fù)習(xí)放在一個(gè)重要的位置。通過(guò)多種教學(xué)手段和各種課堂活動(dòng)鞏固舊知，為接下來(lái)的拓展環(huán)節(jié)做好準(zhǔn)備。同時(shí)完成教學(xué)各環(huán)節(jié)任務(wù)的時(shí)間在課前我都有一個(gè)整體的預(yù)設(shè)。每節(jié)課都在爭(zhēng)取更多的時(shí)間來(lái)讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行練習(xí)鞏固。

2.課堂教學(xué)方式手段多樣化。

（1）課堂教學(xué)的方式。對(duì)于年齡較小剛接觸英語(yǔ)的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，他們活潑好動(dòng)，注意力難以恒久，是否對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生興趣，關(guān)鍵是讓他們?cè)谡n堂上帶著輕松愉快的感覺(jué)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。課堂上我采用了大量的TPR教學(xué)法來(lái)進(jìn)行教學(xué)活動(dòng)，通過(guò)大量的英語(yǔ)指令讓學(xué)生聽(tīng)后做，做中說(shuō)，說(shuō)中做，調(diào)動(dòng)他們的多種感官進(jìn)行單詞句型的記憶。這樣的課堂學(xué)習(xí)氣氛較為熱烈，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情緒高漲，注意力較為集中，收到了很好的教學(xué)效果。同時(shí)，在TPR中加入了大量簡(jiǎn)單通俗的歌曲歌謠，學(xué)生邊表演邊演唱的形式鞏固了他們對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的認(rèn)知，提高了他們對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。情景教學(xué)法是在教學(xué)的起始階段我運(yùn)用比較多的一種方法。其中之一是先創(chuàng)設(shè)一個(gè)情景，比如播放一段城市生活的錄像，讓學(xué)生猜出這是哪個(gè)城市，這不僅集中了他們的注意力，而且調(diào)動(dòng)了他們積極思考大膽發(fā)言的熱情。學(xué)生猜出是北京這個(gè)城市之后，我隨即引出本單元的課題Beijing，從而讓學(xué)生掌握這一單詞的詞型和讀法，并為他們初步感知本單元學(xué)習(xí)的有關(guān)內(nèi)容做好了鋪墊。游戲是學(xué)生們最喜愛(ài)的活動(dòng)，所以我在課堂活動(dòng)中運(yùn)用的最多，但這些活動(dòng)是否適合一二年級(jí)的小學(xué)生參與，是否能調(diào)動(dòng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)熱情，并能讓學(xué)生在愉快的游戲中真正學(xué)到有用的知識(shí)是最最關(guān)鍵的問(wèn)題。所以游戲活動(dòng)我本著面向全體、趣味性與實(shí)效性相結(jié)合的要求來(lái)創(chuàng)設(shè)。在課堂實(shí)踐中可以說(shuō)游戲活動(dòng)的教學(xué)效果是喜憂(yōu)參半，喜的是一部分活動(dòng)真正達(dá)到了我課前預(yù)想的效果，比如在看水果猜單詞小組競(jìng)賽中學(xué)生表現(xiàn)踴躍，小組之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)提高了他們進(jìn)行活動(dòng)的熱情，在每次猜水果單詞的過(guò)程中就是對(duì)該單詞的一次或多次鞏固記憶。憂(yōu)的是一部分游戲還不適合一二年級(jí)的小學(xué)生參與，比如書(shū)上54頁(yè)的BINGO游戲，雖然課前覺(jué)得自己設(shè)想很充分，課上已講好游戲規(guī)則，但大部分學(xué)生還是理解不了游戲怎么玩兒，以至于在活動(dòng)中浪費(fèi)了很多的時(shí)間。這需要我必須做好每節(jié)課課前的備課環(huán)節(jié)，對(duì)課堂上各種活動(dòng)可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題有一個(gè)整體的預(yù)知，找到較好的解決辦法，同時(shí)每節(jié)課課后要求我對(duì)課上存在的問(wèn)題必須要有反思，及時(shí)調(diào)整教學(xué)策略，制定出有效解決問(wèn)題的辦法，提高課堂游戲活動(dòng)的實(shí)效性。

（2）多種教學(xué)手段的運(yùn)用。來(lái)到埔尾小學(xué)，這里的教學(xué)設(shè)施為我的課堂教學(xué)提供了很大的幫助。從剛開(kāi)始接觸多媒體不會(huì)制作課件，到業(yè)余時(shí)間的探索學(xué)習(xí)，我已掌握了如何使用多媒體教學(xué)，初步學(xué)會(huì)了如何制作簡(jiǎn)單的課件，并能把它運(yùn)用到實(shí)際教學(xué)中去，同時(shí)收到了一定的教學(xué)效果。這對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)是本學(xué)期的一個(gè)小小的收獲。每節(jié)課課前我都根據(jù)課堂學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)精心的準(zhǔn)備教具。比如單詞卡片、實(shí)物和課件不單單是要求美觀還必須醒目，最重要的是他們必須能為本節(jié)課的教學(xué)提供有效的幫助。為了不耽誤時(shí)間，每節(jié)課課前我都提前幾分鐘到教室，把本節(jié)課的教具準(zhǔn)備妥當(dāng)，需要的幻燈、電視和課件提前打開(kāi)等等。這些看似小小的事情，卻恰恰加快了英語(yǔ)課的教學(xué)節(jié)奏，為課堂活動(dòng)的準(zhǔn)時(shí)完成做好了充分的準(zhǔn)備。

3.加強(qiáng)寫(xiě)字教學(xué)。我想我們教師的責(zé)任就是培養(yǎng)孩子從小就養(yǎng)成一種做事認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的好習(xí)慣，寫(xiě)字教學(xué)就是我們養(yǎng)成他們這種習(xí)慣的最好手段之一。我想這不僅僅是班主任老師的責(zé)任，更是我們課任老師的一種責(zé)任。

（1）規(guī)范自己的書(shū)寫(xiě)，給學(xué)生做示范。說(shuō)實(shí)話(huà)自己很多時(shí)候是一個(gè)比較粗心大意的人，認(rèn)真起來(lái)寫(xiě)得還可以，但不認(rèn)真起來(lái)就寫(xiě)得很亂，為了讓我的學(xué)生寫(xiě)好字，養(yǎng)成良好的書(shū)寫(xiě)習(xí)慣和做事認(rèn)真的態(tài)度，我正在努力的做到不論寫(xiě)什么都認(rèn)真，爭(zhēng)取改正自己寫(xiě)字亂這一毛病。首先是板書(shū)。課前我要求自己對(duì)本課的板書(shū)有一個(gè)大概的設(shè)想，有時(shí)候我根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容提前設(shè)計(jì)好板書(shū)，做到心中有數(shù)。在課上我的板書(shū)努力做到工整、清楚、規(guī)范和美觀。在平時(shí)的教案、聽(tīng)課筆記、教師業(yè)務(wù)和政治學(xué)習(xí)筆記甚至是會(huì)議記錄中我也一筆一劃認(rèn)認(rèn)真真的書(shū)寫(xiě)，爭(zhēng)取做到自己滿(mǎn)意，檢查的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)滿(mǎn)意。

（2）規(guī)范學(xué)生的書(shū)寫(xiě)，及時(shí)給予正確的評(píng)價(jià)。本學(xué)期不論是在學(xué)生課堂的書(shū)寫(xiě)、上交的作業(yè)還是在期中、期末考試的卷子中我都要求學(xué)生盡全力做到書(shū)寫(xiě)認(rèn)真、規(guī)范、美觀，并及時(shí)給以檢查總結(jié)和指導(dǎo)。一二年級(jí)的學(xué)生剛剛接觸英文字母書(shū)寫(xiě)，尤其是一年級(jí)小學(xué)生很容易和剛學(xué)的拼音混淆，針對(duì)這一情況，我專(zhuān)門(mén)用一節(jié)課時(shí)間來(lái)教字母書(shū)寫(xiě)的筆順、格式。為他們做好示范。平時(shí)課堂教學(xué)遇到愛(ài)混淆的字母，我運(yùn)用多種教法來(lái)讓學(xué)生在音型意上對(duì)其進(jìn)行感知體會(huì)。在學(xué)生練寫(xiě)的環(huán)節(jié)我注重對(duì)他們?cè)谡n上和課后的書(shū)寫(xiě)態(tài)度和書(shū)寫(xiě)成果給以及時(shí)的評(píng)價(jià)，樹(shù)立書(shū)寫(xiě)較好的學(xué)習(xí)典型，帶動(dòng)全班共同進(jìn)步。平時(shí)落筆的英語(yǔ)作業(yè)不多，主要是練習(xí)冊(cè)里的習(xí)題，在上交練習(xí)冊(cè)過(guò)程中我不但要記下答案準(zhǔn)確的學(xué)生名單還要記下那些書(shū)寫(xiě)較好的學(xué)生名單，在糾正練習(xí)冊(cè)錯(cuò)誤時(shí)給以粘貼獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和表?yè)P(yáng)。在總結(jié)學(xué)生的書(shū)寫(xiě)任務(wù)時(shí)，我關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)，比如要求學(xué)生寫(xiě)錯(cuò)了改正時(shí)需要用橡皮蹭干凈，做書(shū)上和練習(xí)冊(cè)中的連線(xiàn)題時(shí)必須用格尺等等。這些看似很羅嗦的要求，時(shí)刻都在提醒著所有學(xué)生必須認(rèn)真完成任務(wù)，爭(zhēng)取做到最好。4.加強(qiáng)課堂紀(jì)律管理。有心理學(xué)家研究認(rèn)為，正常情況下，教師會(huì)因?yàn)閷W(xué)生的違紀(jì)失去50%的課堂教學(xué)時(shí)間。這可見(jiàn)課堂紀(jì)律對(duì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)是否有意義是多么的至關(guān)重要。我所教的的小學(xué)生很聰明，模仿能力強(qiáng)，接受新知識(shí)較快，但很多學(xué)生意志力薄弱，自制力差，課堂上愛(ài)分心，需要成人監(jiān)督。這就需要我對(duì)學(xué)生在課堂上的紀(jì)律加以調(diào)控。

要使紀(jì)律有保障，最重要的是備好課，讓教學(xué)活動(dòng)具有吸引力。備課環(huán)節(jié)我必須考慮到要增強(qiáng)教學(xué)各環(huán)節(jié)的趣味性和節(jié)奏感，面向全體，將任務(wù)型教學(xué)貫徹始終，不給愛(ài)分心愛(ài)搞小動(dòng)作的學(xué)生分散注意力的機(jī)會(huì)。對(duì)于可能在某個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)不守紀(jì)律的現(xiàn)象，比如做游戲的時(shí)候只能部分學(xué)生活動(dòng)，其它未參與者應(yīng)該如何做，我都在課前已做好安排，活動(dòng)前提出具體要求，這樣就能保證學(xué)生活而不亂。

在平日教學(xué)中我總愛(ài)穿插一些小故事講給孩子們聽(tīng)。這些故事也許是我以前經(jīng)歷的，也許是剛剛發(fā)生的，都很有教育意義。比如課上有的孩子愛(ài)拿著鉛筆回頭，這樣做很不安全，也影響后面同學(xué)聽(tīng)課。隨即我就把自己親身經(jīng)歷的小故事講給他們聽(tīng)。這些故事都不會(huì)很長(zhǎng)，也不會(huì)具體告訴他們必須怎樣做，但是往往這些小故事能讓他們集中精神，引起他們的思考，指導(dǎo)他們?cè)谡n堂上應(yīng)該怎樣做。起到了一定的效果。還有就是對(duì)課堂紀(jì)律表現(xiàn)較好的部分集體給以較高的評(píng)價(jià)。幫助一部分學(xué)生做出正確的選擇，帶動(dòng)其他的學(xué)生一起遵守紀(jì)律，這也是我在課堂紀(jì)律管理中常用的策略之一。其實(shí)如何管好課堂紀(jì)律上目前我還是處在摸索中，自己確實(shí)存在著很多的不足。很幸運(yùn)的是本學(xué)期許多班主任老師給予了我積極的支持和幫助?？梢哉f(shuō)我的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作能有效順利的進(jìn)行是和很多班主任老師井井有條的班級(jí)管理分不開(kāi)的，在此我要謝謝班主任老師們對(duì)我教學(xué)工作的關(guān)心、支持和幫助。
