在新課程改革之際，農(nóng)村的教育教學(xué)也在跟著課改的步伐不斷前進(jìn)。在新課標(biāo)實(shí)施中，把以往的聽話、說話改為口語(yǔ)交際，著實(shí)體現(xiàn)了時(shí)代的需求，語(yǔ)言交際能力是21世紀(jì)人才必備的，是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求?？墒窃诮虒W(xué)中，許多學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力甚差，作為一名語(yǔ)文教師，如何從小培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽說態(tài)度和語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣，提高口語(yǔ)交際能力，是一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)的內(nèi)容，需要在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中不斷探索、總結(jié)。因此我在運(yùn)用目標(biāo)的教學(xué)中，結(jié)合多種復(fù)制教學(xué)，注重學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)交際和想象力的培養(yǎng)。

一、誘發(fā)學(xué)生說話的興趣

新課程倡導(dǎo)課程同兒童生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)的聯(lián)結(jié)，讓兒童在日常生活情景

和周圍環(huán)境中積極的建構(gòu)知識(shí)，使課程具有一點(diǎn)生活化和情趣化的色彩，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)，激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)興趣。因此，我在教學(xué)中通過創(chuàng)設(shè)情境，欣賞歌曲、講故事的方法誘發(fā)學(xué)生說話的興趣，激發(fā)交際的欲望。如教學(xué)《春天里的發(fā)現(xiàn)》時(shí)，我先讓孩子欣賞歌曲《找春天》，然后讓他們回顧春景，感受春天，同時(shí)播放一段春景錄像，最后交流贊美春天。

二、激發(fā)學(xué)生交際的欲望

學(xué)生的思維總是由問題開始的，并在解決問題中得到發(fā)展。因此，教師要善于為學(xué)生提供“有結(jié)構(gòu)的交際材料“，才能使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生認(rèn)知沖突，引發(fā)學(xué)生交際的興趣，激發(fā)學(xué)生交際的欲望，促使學(xué)生利用已有的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，調(diào)動(dòng)自己的思維去積極、主動(dòng)地進(jìn)行交際。如：教學(xué)《小兔運(yùn)南瓜》。先指導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)真觀察圖：一個(gè)又大又圓的南瓜被小兔運(yùn)回家了。師相機(jī)誘導(dǎo)：小兔到底是用什么辦法把它運(yùn)回家的呢？學(xué)生通過自己的觀察，結(jié)合生活實(shí)際，大膽展開想象。再通過小組討論、交流，把自己想到的辦法能具體地、完整地說出來(lái)。教師在學(xué)生說的時(shí)候相機(jī)糾正語(yǔ)病，規(guī)范其語(yǔ)言。在老師的鼓勵(lì)、啟發(fā)下，學(xué)生興趣盎然，積極發(fā)言，使交際活動(dòng)達(dá)到了應(yīng)有的效果。

三、拓展學(xué)生的思維

一堂成功的交際課，應(yīng)使學(xué)生的自我學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)更具有探索性，應(yīng)帶給學(xué)生廣闊的思維空間，為學(xué)生提供展示自我的舞臺(tái)。可以讓學(xué)生續(xù)編故事，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的思維能力和創(chuàng)造能力。如：在學(xué)完《狼和小羊》之后，我讓學(xué)生續(xù)編故事：狼剛說完，就撲向小羊，結(jié)果怎么樣呢？

學(xué)生展開豐富的想象和幻想，能不拘形式的、自由地說出來(lái)，學(xué)生的思維能力和創(chuàng)造力就能得到發(fā)展。

總之，要提高農(nóng)村孩子的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力，是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的、艱巨的任務(wù)。但教師只要在雙向互動(dòng)的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐中，積極培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)交際能力，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生無(wú)拘無(wú)束地進(jìn)行交際，并在日常生活中積極主動(dòng)地鍛煉口語(yǔ)交際能力，給學(xué)生營(yíng)造一個(gè)寬松、愉悅、和諧的交際氛圍，喚起學(xué)生交際的內(nèi)在需要，處處使學(xué)生處于一種主動(dòng)、活躍的能動(dòng)狀態(tài)，積極進(jìn)行師生、生生的互動(dòng)，就會(huì)達(dá)到學(xué)生自主交際的目的，從而提高農(nóng)村孩子的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力。
