活動內(nèi)容簡介

一、成立“英語角”

1、活動內(nèi)容：“英語角”的成立主要以鍛煉英文口頭表達(dá)能力，為同學(xué)們提供良好的英語溝通環(huán)境為目的，通過同學(xué)們的交流互動提高口語能力，由輔導(dǎo)老師對語法知識、閱讀能力、解題技巧作專門講解。集學(xué)習(xí)性、交流性于一體，與學(xué)院的外語協(xié)會組織的英語角有所區(qū)別。這個英語角的學(xué)習(xí)性質(zhì)比例較重，為成員營造了濃厚的全英文交流氣氛，促進(jìn)同學(xué)們英語水平的提升。

（2）、每次活動的主題由老師和學(xué)生共同商定，活動內(nèi)容貼近學(xué)生實際和生活。

（3）、主題確定后，通知會員。并以海報的形式進(jìn)行宣傳，吸引學(xué)生參加。

（4）、活動以游戲、對話等形式開展，突出語言的功能性。

（5）、每次活動至少安排兩位英語教師參與設(shè)計和指導(dǎo)。

1、比賽目的：為了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)英語的學(xué)習(xí)和交流，提高同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性，給廣大英語愛好者提供一個展現(xiàn)自我，提升自我的機(jī)會和舞臺，“英語沙龍”決定舉辦一次英語演講比賽。

1、英語學(xué)習(xí)交流會

進(jìn)入大學(xué)后，大家學(xué)習(xí)英語靠的不再是老師的督促和管教，而是自己的自學(xué)能力和一套自創(chuàng)的學(xué)習(xí)方法，但很多同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)英語的求知感淡化，自學(xué)方法不夠強(qiáng)，針對這一問題我們“英語沙龍”決定適時開展英語學(xué)習(xí)交流會。在交流會中由各個同學(xué)談?wù)勛约簩W(xué)習(xí)英語的方法，包括成功經(jīng)驗、失敗教訓(xùn)以及現(xiàn)階段自己學(xué)習(xí)英語面臨的困難。希望在交流中吸取他人學(xué)習(xí)英語的成功之處，不斷的完善自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法。

2、舉辦各類英語游戲

開展多種英語游戲，寓教于樂，可以激發(fā)大家學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，也可以讓自己的英語水平在娛樂中得到提高。例如，我們可以開展以下的此類英語游戲：

（1）瞬時記憶大比拼（游戲）

游戲規(guī)則：推薦1人參加此活動，一輪游戲可分四組同時進(jìn)行。參與者站定后背著觀眾，此時四個工作人員各舉一張卡片上場。卡片上寫有一個句子，工作人員背向觀眾站定。由主持人下令讓參與者同時向后轉(zhuǎn)，此時開始計時，限時5秒鐘。在這5秒鐘內(nèi)參與者可以看卡片上的句子并迅速的記下來。5秒鐘后，工作人員將卡片給觀眾快速看幾遍，然后將卡片扣在地面上。參與者有1分鐘的時間將迅速記下來的句子寫在參與者面前擺放著的黑板上。時間一到，工作人員將卡片舉起面向觀眾，由評委審查參與者寫的句子與題目是否一致。全對者可得滿分，滿分為100分。若參與者寫的句子中有單詞錯誤，錯一個單詞扣10分。

（2）單詞接龍（游戲）

活動安排：一輪游戲可由4個小組同時進(jìn)行。由各班組織推選5個人組成一組參加此游戲。場上放著各寫有一個單詞的4塊黑板。計時開始后，各同學(xué)輪流（依次）上去寫單詞，同學(xué)們所寫的單詞要以黑板上所給單詞的最后一個字母為首字母。按此方法依次接下去，限時3分鐘，時間到最后接單詞最多的小組為優(yōu)勝組。每接對一個單詞加10分，所接單詞不得重復(fù)，重復(fù)的單詞不計分。

3、出版英語刊物

此刊物刊登內(nèi)容主要是學(xué)生的優(yōu)秀英文作品、名家作品賞析以及教師對英語作文的修改原文等。通過這種形式鼓勵大家提高英語寫作興趣和寫作水平。爭取刊物發(fā)行每個月至少一次。

4、欣賞歐美原聲電影 1 知識傳授型活動

專題講座和開設(shè)選修課是該類型活動的主要形式。如舉辦講座，我們邀請嘉賓圍繞異國的社會文化背景知識和東西方文化的差異等主題進(jìn)行介紹，隨后現(xiàn)場解答學(xué)生常感困惑的問題。教師還通過開設(shè)《跨文化交際》、《英美概況》、《英美文學(xué)賞析》等選修課的形式傳授較系統(tǒng)的上述方面知識，幫助學(xué)生克服因缺乏文化背景知識而造成的英語學(xué)習(xí)障礙。2 課堂延伸型活動

學(xué)生利用課外時間瀏覽與教材相配套的教學(xué)光盤或教師在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上發(fā)布的課件等，及時復(fù)習(xí)課堂教學(xué)中的重點，彌補(bǔ)其在某些語言點和知識點上的缺漏。學(xué)生還可以通過訪問專題網(wǎng)頁，閱讀書籍報刊、查看影音資料庫等途徑去擴(kuò)充和深入了解教材里每個單元所設(shè)立的主題。教師可以把要學(xué)生完成的單元測試題等材料放到教師的個人主頁上，師生通過電子郵件或論壇等形式就測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行雙向交流和反饋。3 基本技能培養(yǎng)型活動

在學(xué)院的支持下，我室把數(shù)字化語言實驗室和與之相配套的網(wǎng)絡(luò)軟件等開放給學(xué)生開展自主學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生通過這一學(xué)習(xí)的平臺所提供的課文跟讀、聽力練習(xí)，人機(jī)對話訓(xùn)練、在線閱讀、寫作和測試等功能和資源來提高他們在聽、說、讀、寫、譯等語言基本技能中所欠缺的方面。4 影視欣賞型活動

我們通過定期舉辦外語影視欣賞活動，讓學(xué)生接觸真實地道的語言和感受影視片所反映的特定文化。另外, 我們還就所播放的影視片開展觀感交流、話題討論，影視配音，角色扮演等系列活動，以增加學(xué)生語言輸入和輸出的機(jī)會，提高其語言的表達(dá)技能。5 聽說與交際能力培養(yǎng)型活動

英語角是廣受學(xué)生歡迎又愈久禰新的英語第二課堂活動。英語角由有關(guān)社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)管理，由中外籍教師和聽說能力強(qiáng)的學(xué)生提供協(xié)助并發(fā)揮他們的示范作用。除了自主組合、自由交談方式外，英語角經(jīng)常采取話題討論法，如預(yù)設(shè)一些學(xué)生感興趣的話題或選擇國內(nèi)外近期發(fā)生的熱點事件以供討論，來激發(fā)學(xué)生交流的欲望。此外，我們還在活動進(jìn)行中穿插猜謎、笑話連篇、連句成故事等游戲活躍氣氛，以降低學(xué)生在用英語交際過程中易產(chǎn)生的焦慮緊張等消極情感。

語言能力展示型活動

教師定期組織學(xué)生就某些思辨性強(qiáng)的話題進(jìn)行辯論或演講，又或者組織學(xué)生自編、自導(dǎo)、自演英文短劇。這些活動不僅需要參賽者或演出人員具備較強(qiáng)的語言綜合運用能力，而且鍛煉他們的邏輯思維、應(yīng)變能力和包含表情、手勢在內(nèi)的非言語交際能力等。這一類型的活動還包括英文歌曲、英語寫作、翻譯等比賽。7 網(wǎng)絡(luò)輔助型活動

期末考試前一天，她來求我說“請你給我講解一下行嗎?這次我很想考得好一點?！蔽议_始給她講解，不一會兒便草草收場，假裝沒有察覺她迷茫的眼神，一溜煙兒地跑開了。不出所料，這次她又考砸了。兩個月后，新學(xué)期依始，傳來她死于血癌的消息。我沒有完成那項小小的任務(wù)，無人知曉。但我卻不能原諒自己。她的眼睛令我難以忘懷，仿佛在責(zé)問我，“你為什么不愿多幫助我呢?這對于你來說，并不費事。你為什么不能理解我對你的信賴，而讓我?guī)е纯嗪瓦z憾離開這個世界?”

我當(dāng)時才八九歲。但從某種意義上講，這件事成了我生活的新起點。因為我開始體會到“責(zé)任”二字的意義，并盡心盡力地學(xué)著完成自己的義務(wù)。我也逐漸領(lǐng)會了這個神圣字眼的深刻內(nèi)含:人與人之間的彼此需要和信任、合作和依賴正是人類社會存在的基礎(chǔ)。

之后，我在生活中又經(jīng)受過多次失敗，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里卻不曾再現(xiàn)。想到自己做每一件事都能盡職盡責(zé)，一種滿足之感便油然而生。

此事及類似的多起事件改變了我，完善了我。當(dāng)我長大成人，我開始領(lǐng)悟周圍發(fā)生的一切變化。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，從某種意義上說，社會跟我一樣，正處在一個自我完善的時期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一個樣。新思維、新信息、新技術(shù)層出不窮。即便萬里相隔，人們在轉(zhuǎn)瞬之間即可相互交談。社會競爭越演越烈。

人們越來越強(qiáng)調(diào)個性和創(chuàng)造性。越來越多的人因工作努力而受到獎賞。這就是當(dāng)今的時代，一代新人由成長邁入成熟的時代。這是我們這一代人接替父輩治國安邦的時代。然而，我們也面臨很多間題。

據(jù)悉，壞人在光天化日之下作惡，周圍的群眾居然袖手旁觀，無動于衷。我還聽說，目前我國尚有100萬兒童連小學(xué)也上不起，而巨額資金卻拿去舉辦奢侈的宴會和購置豪華的轎車。

我們常常買的是劣質(zhì)藥品，或名曰藥品實為一文不值的廢物，非但不能除病去痛，反而會使

病情加重。在某些人看來，世上金錢最寶貴，只要能賺錢，不惜犧牲道德和責(zé)任。

因而，這個時代賦予我們的是更強(qiáng)烈的競爭和效率意識，使我們更善于批判性地思考和創(chuàng)造性地行動。

此外，這個時代要求我們這一代人必須認(rèn)清自己肩負(fù)的歷史重任，下定決心，采取行動，解決上述問題。長期以來，歷史一直在我們這一代人身上培養(yǎng)著這些品質(zhì)?，F(xiàn)在，歷史呼喚我們挺身而出，以實際行動向全民族及全人類證實我們的拳拳愛國之心和大無畏的英雄主義。

此刻，我站在講臺上回顧15年來的學(xué)生生活。今后的歲月，我很可能平平淡淡地度過。但這絲毫不會讓我心灰意冷。因為我知道，憑借強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感和精益求精的不懈奮斗，我將追求一種有意義的生活，一種不枉此生的生活。

1.大學(xué)教育的意義

大學(xué)教育最獨特的功能在于，通過教育和輔導(dǎo)，開啟年輕人的思維能力，是他們能夠廣納新知，思維活躍，同時能夠利用自己的才智和心思為自己的人生目標(biāo)服務(wù)。同時，年輕人從大學(xué)教育中獲得一種知識創(chuàng)造的力量，這種力量包括思考問題的能力與堅定的意志力?？梢哉f大學(xué)教育是一個轉(zhuǎn)變的開始。

2.社團(tuán)的定義種類作用（1）定義

教育部學(xué)生司關(guān)于學(xué)生社團(tuán)的解讀是：“高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)是學(xué)生自愿組成，為實現(xiàn)會員的共同愿望，按照其章程開展活動的非盈利性群眾組織。”

中國中等學(xué)校和高等學(xué)校學(xué)生在自愿基礎(chǔ)上自發(fā)組織而成、按照章程自主開展活動的學(xué)生群眾組織。這些社團(tuán)可打破年級、系科以及學(xué)校的界限。團(tuán)結(jié)興趣愛好相近的同學(xué)，發(fā)揮他們在某方面的特長，開展有益于學(xué)生身心健康的活動。

理工類高校因其獨特的學(xué)科配置，男生比例明顯居多，在高校思想政治教育方面工作較為困難，高校理論性社團(tuán)就在某一程度上改善了這一狀況。隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，利己主義等價值觀念動搖、弱化著大學(xué)生的核心價值觀，高校的思想政治教育工作面臨著嚴(yán)峻的考驗，而高校理論性社團(tuán)作為思想政治教育的一條新途徑，在大學(xué)生價值觀培育過程中有著深刻的影響與作用。

第一，理論性社團(tuán)可以堅定大學(xué)生正確的價值觀念與價值取向理論性社團(tuán)引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生堅持用科學(xué)理論武裝自己，以辯證唯物主義與歷史唯物主義的世界觀與方法論為自己的邏輯起點，正確地對待個人與他人，個人與集體，個人與社會的價值關(guān)系，不會因為個人主義等狹隘的價值觀的沖擊，而陷入懷疑與否定的境地

第二，理論性社團(tuán)可以提高大學(xué)生明辨是非的能力與時俱進(jìn)是理論性社團(tuán)的鮮明特色，社團(tuán)關(guān)注的內(nèi)容多是反映社會現(xiàn)象的焦點問題，與大學(xué)生生活息息相關(guān)一正因為其生活性是思想政治課堂所不具有的，因此理論性社團(tuán)更能夠引發(fā)大學(xué)生對現(xiàn)實問題的冷靜思考。

第三，理論性社團(tuán)可以增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生踐行核心價值觀的能力理論性社團(tuán)注重理論與實踐相結(jié)合，豐富的活動形式為大學(xué)生提供了實踐機(jī)會一在社會實踐中檢驗個人價值觀的正確性，走出課堂，進(jìn)入社會，將抽象的理論外化為具體的實踐行動。理論性社團(tuán)利用實踐活動的優(yōu)勢，讓大學(xué)生意識到正確價值觀的形成是一個克服外部不利環(huán)境，戰(zhàn)勝自我的漫長的過程。

5.理論性社團(tuán)的作用意義

高校理論性社團(tuán)主要是指由學(xué)生基于共同的信念自發(fā)建立而成的有較強(qiáng)理論性、思想性、政治性的學(xué)生組織社團(tuán)秉持的理念，構(gòu)建的社團(tuán)文化與其他性質(zhì)社團(tuán)存在的根本差異決定了理論性社團(tuán)在培育大學(xué)生價值觀方面的獨特作用理論性社團(tuán)培育大學(xué)生價值觀的特點主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾點。

第一，指導(dǎo)思想具有科學(xué)性。高校理論性社團(tuán)以馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想、中國特色社會主義理論體系作為指導(dǎo)思想，深入貫徹總書記系列重要講話精神，自覺踐行社會主義核心價值觀。馬克思主義理想信念是經(jīng)過實踐檢驗的真理，通過歷史唯物主義與辯證唯物主義的世界觀與方法論對大學(xué)生實踐活動和認(rèn)識括動進(jìn)行規(guī)范與引導(dǎo)，塑造大學(xué)生改造主客觀世界的行為方式，幫助大學(xué)生把握科學(xué)的價值觀，選擇正確的人生道路。

第三，活動形式具有多樣性.理論性社團(tuán)文化都是通過多樣的活

動呈現(xiàn)出來的，體現(xiàn)出寓教于樂的特點在活動過程中，原來的受教育者角色轉(zhuǎn)換為了教育主體，實現(xiàn)了自我教育。多樣活動形式讓大學(xué)生內(nèi)化于心的價值觀得到生動地診釋，改變了傳統(tǒng)課堂的教學(xué)模式，創(chuàng)新思想政治教育方法。

6.馬會在我校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀

7.對馬會發(fā)展的建議

在當(dāng)前形勢下，馬會的發(fā)展情況不容樂觀，出現(xiàn)了參與熱情不足，人員流動性大；活動形式單一，創(chuàng)新力度不足；社團(tuán)經(jīng)費不足，深度發(fā)展受阻等問題。在以后的工作中要多方面協(xié)調(diào)，完善各項制度，革

新研究內(nèi)容和形式，加快馬會的發(fā)展。

Without stress , they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things.Too much satisfaction result in nothing except a countermarch of the society.No stress , no development.So a certain amount of stress is good.It can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness.And our answer to stress is another vital problem.How to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ?
