We've all been taught that we should help people.It is the right thing to do and will make us popular with others.It may even win us favors in return..However, we must be realistic.We can't say yes to every request.We are not super man, even super man can’t meet everyone’s requests and do everything.If we say yes to everyone who asks, we would fail or go crazy for sure.Sometimes we simply don't have the time to help.Sometimes we even don’t know how to help.In this case, let’s say no.Then how can I say no politely, here is one method we can try.First, we should tell the truth.If we really can't do something, we should just say so.Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely.We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic.A true friend will understand.Finally, we must not feel guilty about saying no.Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do.It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble.In short, we cannot please everyone all the time.Refusing favors is a part of life.Let’s say no to some requests.

"扶不扶”英文演講 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)日益發(fā)展，社會(huì)文明建設(shè)引起普遍關(guān)注。比如路人見死不救是否應(yīng)該受到譴責(zé)已經(jīng)成為熱議話題之一。

我們應(yīng)該辯證理性地看待此問題。從社會(huì)角度來看，一方面，我們生活在社會(huì)群體里，享受國家福利和共有財(cái)產(chǎn)，應(yīng)該積極提升自己的社會(huì)責(zé)任心，理所當(dāng)然應(yīng)該幫助受傷的弱勢群體?？墒橇硪环矫?，誠信的日漸缺失同樣困擾著我們，有些人恰恰是在用這種受傷的面具來欺騙大家，甚至訛詐財(cái)產(chǎn)。路人不得不思考自己的安全問題，放棄援助。從心理學(xué)角度來看，我們?nèi)祟愑龅轿ｋU(xiǎn)，都是本能想到自身安危的，這很正常也何以理解?？墒欠催^來想想，難道那些見義勇為，舍己為人的人就不正常了嗎？答案是否定的。因?yàn)槲覀內(nèi)祟悈^(qū)別于動(dòng)物的地方就是除了本能外，還有思想感情。我們不能忘記汶川地震，雅安地震里那些感人的故事，很多人不惜放棄自己的生命去救別人。這正是愛的力量，人格的高尚。

在演講的最后我想提出以下呼吁。首先，政府應(yīng)當(dāng)提高大家的社會(huì)公德意識(shí) ,并對(duì)這種見義勇為的行為給予安全保障,比如嚴(yán)厲懲治這種欺詐行為。其次，媒體，網(wǎng)絡(luò)，和廣大群眾要發(fā)揮監(jiān)督作用，對(duì)于那些袖手旁觀的路人給予譴責(zé)，以此為警戒。最后，讓我們每個(gè)人設(shè)身處地地站在受害者家屬的角度上為其著想，珍惜每一個(gè)生命。讓我們?yōu)闃?gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)做出貢獻(xiàn)。

As the economy grows, building of community civilization caused widespread concern.The passers-by who disregard the injured should be blamed has become one of the hot topics.We should look at this issue in a dialectic and rational angle.As a social point of view, on the one hand, we live in social groups and enjoy State benefits and common property everyday, so we should actively improve our social responsibility to help vulnerable groups especially the injured.But on the other hand, the growing lack of integrity such as the abuse of injured situation, even blackmail property.People have to think about their own security before give assistance.From a psychological point of view, we humans are instinctively thought of his own safety when face dangerous, it's normal understanding.However, in turn, to think of it, are those heroic, sacrificing actions unnormal? The answer obviously is“ No”.Because we are human different from animals besides instincts, and we own thoughts and feelings.It is unforgetable that the tremendous earthquake in WenChuan and YaAn and those moving stories occurred there, a lot of people willing to give up his own liives to save others.This is the power of love, the noble personality.At the end, I wish to appeal for several points as below.First, the Government should improve everybody's sense of social morality and ensure the safety and security of heroic activities.Meanwhile, such fraud should be severely punished.Secondly, media, networks, and the general public will play an oversight role for reprimanding those passers-by with cold-blooded.Finally, let us cherish every life and think ourselves into the victim families’ places for the sake of life is a dear.Let us stand out positively to make a contribution to building a harmonious socialist society.Please bear this famous remark in mind that is “Love is the mother of love.”

Why Do People Want To Have Less Stressed Life

As modorn society is bringing so much strees to people who want to just make a living, more and more people chosed to have less stress than high salery, glamorous life style and sometimes, fame.So, why do people want to have less stressed life? Some may ask.I think the main reason is almost every knows that stress is a great killer to health.Yes, if you are not even healthy, what are thease money for? It doesn't worth it!It is obvious, no one is not clear about that.There are may be other reasons too.Some people who do cares about their families found they have less time to spend wirh people they love because of the work load caused by stress.The complain“ I don't even know since when my little girl can call me dady!Stress has brought too much from my life!”

Of course, there maybe other reason for people getting away from stress, and i guess i don't have make a list of it.Because, each of you here may raise yourself the question: why do i want to have a less stressed life? And different version of the answer will just pop out your mind!

Everyone, please always remember: Seeking for a successful life is not wrong, but you should always judge the the thing you get and the thing you sacraficed.

As you know, there are four kinds of pollution.They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution.But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment.We can ask companies to use modern clean technology.In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars.Secondly, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water.We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers.Thirdly, we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities.We can pick up rubbish if we see it.We can put more rubbish bins in our parks and cities.Fourthly, we can live far from the noise and make the laws to limit the noise.大家都知道，有四種污染：空氣污染、水污染、廢棄物污染、噪音污染。但是，我們要怎么做才能避免這些污染呢?

我認(rèn)為，首先，我們可以讓汽車不再污染環(huán)境。我們可以讓現(xiàn)代的公司使用清潔能源。在大城市，可以限制汽車數(shù)量。

第二，我們可以嘗試節(jié)約用水，并且確保不污染水源。告知工廠，不能將廢水直接傾倒在河流和湖泊。

第三，我們不應(yīng)該隨便亂扔垃圾，看見隨地亂扔的垃圾的時(shí)候，隨手撿起來；并且在我們的城市和公園綠地增設(shè)更多的垃圾箱。

第四，我們可以立法，設(shè)置最小噪音，從而讓我們遠(yuǎn)離噪音。

Jeff Bezos：We are What We Choose

As a kid, I spent my summers with my grandparents on their ranch in Texas.在我還是一個(gè)孩子的時(shí)候，我的夏天總是在德州祖父母的農(nóng)場中度過。
