在一個(gè)國家中個(gè)人是主體。對于個(gè)人來說什么最重要呢？我想首先應(yīng)該是具備文明素質(zhì)，只有當(dāng)每一個(gè)人都具備了文明素質(zhì)，那么這個(gè)國家的整體素質(zhì)才能提高。不久前，曾看到這樣一則報(bào)道，說的是新加坡，新加坡是一個(gè)通用英語的國家，這個(gè)國家的公共場所的各種標(biāo)語大多是用英語書寫。但其中的一些文明禮貌的標(biāo)語，如“不準(zhǔn)隨地吐痰”、“禁止吸煙”、“不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入草坪”等卻用中文書寫。為什么呢？人家回答：“因?yàn)橛羞@些不文明行為的大多數(shù)是中國大陸的游客?！睘榇?，到新加坡考察的一位中學(xué)校長語重心長地說：“不文明行為也是國恥?！?不知大家是否記得，中央電視臺(tái)曾經(jīng)報(bào)道，國慶節(jié)后的天安門廣場，隨處可見口香糖殘跡，40萬平方米的天安門廣場上竟有60萬塊口香糖殘?jiān)?，有的地方不到一平方米的地面上，竟?塊口香糖污跡，密密麻麻的斑痕與天安門廣場的神圣和莊嚴(yán)形成了強(qiáng)烈反差。
