兒童英語演講比賽 2010年12月30日北京兒童醫(yī)院第六屆英語演講比賽圓滿成功，護(hù)理部劉麗麗及特需門診的王歡經(jīng)過激烈的角逐，進(jìn)入到了決賽環(huán)節(jié)。

本次比賽圍繞《醫(yī)院就是我的家》的主題，各位選手進(jìn)行了精彩的演講展示。比賽當(dāng)天，賽場氣氛熱烈，每位選手的拉拉隊也是異彩紛呈、各盡其能。比賽期間，還安排了趣味性很強(qiáng)的小游戲，讓每位觀賽的人也積極參與其中。

經(jīng)過評委的仔細(xì)斟酌，評選出一等獎一名，二等獎兩名，三等獎三名。護(hù)理部劉麗麗獲得三等獎。

賽后,大家紛紛表示此次演講比賽是一屆好聽、好看、好玩的比賽，此次比賽也激發(fā)了他們學(xué)英語,講英語的興趣,今后將更加主動地把英語應(yīng)用到工作和生活中。篇二：英語演講比賽

懷抱夢想，暢抒百家之言 腳踏實地，細(xì)數(shù)檢驗風(fēng)采

二、活動背景： “中國夢”是中華民族的復(fù)興之夢,是十三億中華兒女共同擁有的偉大夢想。作為一名中國青年，我們都有自己心中的“中國夢”，在夢中融入自己的理想，激情與執(zhí)著，用雙手書寫我們的構(gòu)想，用青春歌頌我們的未來，用“青春夢”托起“中國夢”。轉(zhuǎn)眼間，檢驗醫(yī)學(xué)院走過了30年的風(fēng)雨。從成立到發(fā)展，檢驗醫(yī)學(xué)院的每一步都凝聚著每個檢驗人的心血，也是檢驗醫(yī)學(xué)院見證了我們的成長。在院慶30周年到來之際，讓我們用自己的方式表達(dá)對她的感恩與思索。

三、活動目的：

本次英語演講比賽的順利開展，可以豐富我學(xué)辦同學(xué)的校園文化生活，增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的愛國情懷，進(jìn)一步提高大學(xué)生個人道德水平修養(yǎng)，在校內(nèi)先行，弘揚中國夢想。與此同時，堅定對自己的專業(yè)的認(rèn)識與感悟，思索自己的未來。在此期間，同學(xué)們能夠大膽表達(dá)自己的想法，從中鍛煉自己的英語口語應(yīng)用及表達(dá)能力，培養(yǎng)正確的人生觀和價值觀。

七、活動內(nèi)容

命題演講（兩個主題任選其一）： 1 dream of china dream of the youth 2 laboratory medicine of chongqing medical uniwersity and i ? 活動前期 1.班級內(nèi)評選

（1）在每個班中先選出參賽選手，要求參賽選手具有較高的英語應(yīng)用能力和表達(dá)能力以及演講風(fēng)范，在兩個主題間任選其一進(jìn)行演講，演講時間不得超過3分鐘，演講稿自行準(zhǔn)備，要求緊緊圍繞主題，必須原創(chuàng)，不得抄襲。并以此為契機(jī)，在班級強(qiáng)調(diào)英語學(xué)習(xí)的重要性，鼓勵大家積極學(xué)習(xí)英語。2.團(tuán)總支學(xué)生會

（1）宣傳：比賽倡議書發(fā)至各班，要求班長支書在班上積極動員。宣傳部出一張宣傳海報。

（2）根據(jù)主持人公開選拔選出兩名主持人主持當(dāng)日活動（3）提前借好教室，并通知各個班長支書比賽的時間和地點，確定好活動嘉賓及評委。（4）主持人串詞審核，各演講選手賽前彩排并抽簽決定比賽先后順序。（5）ppt備份，最終演講稿備份，評分表制定，（6）禮儀準(zhǔn)備、獎品和獎狀的準(zhǔn)備，布置好教室及ppt拷貝。? 活動當(dāng)天 1.主持人致開幕詞并且介紹到場的評委、嘉賓。2.主持人介紹比賽的規(guī)則評分細(xì)則。3.比賽開始，選手根據(jù)比賽前的抽簽順序進(jìn)行比賽，中間穿插一支英文歌曲表演。4.待所有的選手演講完后，工作人員統(tǒng)分。5.評委點評，嘉賓上臺宣布比賽結(jié)果。6.嘉賓為獲獎同學(xué)頒獎并合影留念。7.主持人宣布比賽結(jié)束，觀眾有序離場 8.附一院實習(xí)生面試。? 活動細(xì)節(jié)

1.活動過程中編輯部負(fù)責(zé)拍照 2.評委成員：院方嘉賓、學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及8名大眾評審。3.素拓部負(fù)責(zé)計時、計分。其中一名計時員負(fù)責(zé)卡表時間（從演講選手在電腦上打開ppt開始計時），另一名計時員則在用時為三分鐘的時候舉牌提示選手注意把握時間。在每一位選手報告完畢下臺后，其中一名計分員負(fù)責(zé)將所有評委的評分表依次收集，交給另外兩名計分員，由這兩名計分人員計算出該選手的語言表達(dá)能力得分、作品（ppt或其他）得分以及綜合得分（二者之和）。4.評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：各評委將對每一位選手作出語言表達(dá)能力得分、作品（ppt或其他）得分的評估，其中語言表達(dá)能力、作品均為10分制，評委的每一項的分必須精確到0.01，例如：xx選手的語言表達(dá)能力得分為：9.23分，作品得分為：9.46分 5.計分原則：去掉一個最高分，去掉一個最低分，算出選手的最終平均得分，其中語言表達(dá)能力占60%，作品得分占40%。計算公式如下：選手最終得分= ?所有評委作品得分之和-最高分-最低分

評委人數(shù)-2 ×40%＋

×60%，每超時1分鐘（不足一分鐘按

5.遵守比賽紀(jì)律及比賽規(guī)則，服從組織安排，尊重評委評判。

中國傳媒大學(xué)政法學(xué)院第二屆法律英語比賽競賽規(guī)則

一、目的2009年中國傳媒大學(xué)政治與法律學(xué)院法律系成功舉辦了首屆法律英語比賽，并從中推薦了四位優(yōu)秀選手參加第二屆全國法律英語比賽，取得了論文比賽一等獎和二等獎各一名、兩名演講比賽二等獎的優(yōu)異成績。為了進(jìn)一步提高其我系學(xué)生的法律英語寫作和演講水平，為第三屆全國高校法律英語大賽選拔優(yōu)秀選手，特舉辦法律系第二屆法律英語比賽。

法律系全體本科生和研究生

本比賽設(shè)評審委員會，由王四新教授擔(dān)任主席，鄭寧、劉文杰、何勇、戚春華、彭珂老師擔(dān)任評審委員會委員。評審委員會的評審遵循公開、公平、公正原則。

四、比賽要求

本比賽分為法律英語論文比賽和法律英語演講比賽，兩項比賽可以同時參加。

1．法律英語論文大賽要求：

（1）選題有一定的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義，可以是原創(chuàng)論文或調(diào)研報告；

（2）論證層次清晰，分析較為深入，研究方法合理、文字規(guī)范流暢，注釋規(guī)范；

（3）字?jǐn)?shù)在5000單詞以內(nèi)；

（4）一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)抄襲、剽竊行為，將取消參賽資格。

2．法律英語演講比賽要求：

（1）選題較為新穎，具有現(xiàn)實價值；

（2）演講稿規(guī)范；

（3）論證清晰，表達(dá)流暢，富有感染力和表現(xiàn)力。

（4）時間為5分鐘。

演講結(jié)束后參賽選手需當(dāng)場回答評委提出的一至二個問題。

五、比賽安排

1．7月18日-7月23日，填寫報名表（英文），報名表包括個人信息、選擇參賽的種類、參賽題目、選題意義、寫作計劃、寫作提綱、參考資料等內(nèi)容。評審委員會將指派教師對報名的選手進(jìn)行專門指導(dǎo)，并舉行專門的培訓(xùn)講座；

2．8月20日，提交論文或演講稿的定稿；

3．9月8日，公布法律英語論文比賽評選結(jié)果，共設(shè)：

一等獎1名

二等獎2名

三等獎3名

獲獎?wù)呔色@得榮譽(yù)證書和精美禮品，優(yōu)秀者將被推薦參加全國比賽，參

賽費用由法律系承擔(dān)。

4．9月15日下午，舉行演講比賽，并公布評選結(jié)果，共設(shè)：

全國高校法律英語大賽已經(jīng)在北京第二外國語學(xué)院成功舉辦了兩屆（2008年、2009年）。比賽期間，來自全國近200所高校的近500名法律專業(yè)本科生和研究生聚集北京二外，交流法律思想，切磋英語技能，傳遞學(xué)術(shù)友誼。大賽以“用英語表達(dá)你的法律觀點”為主題，本著促進(jìn)中外法律文化交流與融通、檢驗我國法律英語教學(xué)水平、推動國內(nèi)高校法科學(xué)生法律英語學(xué)習(xí)的宗旨，由北京第二外國語學(xué)院法政學(xué)院發(fā)起并具體組織實施。歷屆比賽都得到國內(nèi)高校法律院系的積極響應(yīng)和大力支持，很多學(xué)校高度重視，在參加決賽之前還組織了本校預(yù)選賽，大賽的舉辦對國內(nèi)高校法律英語的學(xué)習(xí)起到積極的促進(jìn)作用?！稒z察日報》主辦的《法學(xué)院》專刊在2008年5月8日第3期以“法律英語進(jìn)行時”為題，用兩個整版對全國首屆高校法律英語大賽進(jìn)行了專題報道，報道稱：“首屆全國法律英語大賽”引發(fā)高校法律英語熱。大賽也得到國家有關(guān)部門的高度評價，國家法制局原局長孫琬鐘先生親臨現(xiàn)場，對首屆高校法律英語大賽的舉辦表示祝賀并參加頒獎，同時期望法律英語大賽越辦越好。

在總結(jié)兩屆法律英語大賽經(jīng)驗，并征詢有關(guān)法律英語領(lǐng)域?qū)＜覍W(xué)者的意見和建議基礎(chǔ)上，今年將舉辦全國高校第三屆法律英語大賽。本屆大賽由北京第二外國語學(xué)院法政學(xué)院、法律英語證書（LEC）全國統(tǒng)一考試委員會和法律出版社聯(lián)合主辦，大賽的主題不變、形式不變。參賽獲獎?wù)撐膶⒂捎嘘P(guān)出版社擇優(yōu)出版（此前兩次大賽的優(yōu)秀論文已如期出版）。參賽獲獎演講辭將擇優(yōu)在《二十一世紀(jì)英文報》上予以刊登或摘登。在演講決賽階段的比賽結(jié)束后，將一并

舉辦論文比賽和演講比賽的頒獎儀式。組委會將邀請中央電視臺、北京電視臺、《法制日報》、《檢察日報》、《人民法院報》、《法制晚報》、《二十一世紀(jì)英文報》以及有關(guān)網(wǎng)站的記者進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場采訪和報道。

論文大賽設(shè)一等獎10名、二等獎20名、三等獎30名、優(yōu)秀論文獎若干名。評委由北京第二外國語學(xué)院法政學(xué)院和其他有關(guān)院校的法律英語專家與部分外國專家組成，實行匿名評審，每篇論文由三位專家獨立分別打分，最后分?jǐn)?shù)由組委會加權(quán)平均核定。

演講比賽分為預(yù)賽和決賽兩個階段，均在北京第二外國語學(xué)院現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行。演講題目自定，時間為5分鐘左右，演講結(jié)束后參賽選手需當(dāng)場回答評委提出的一至二個問題，然后由評委分別當(dāng)場打分，并在去掉最高分和最低分后核定選手的總得分。演講大賽設(shè)一等獎5名，二等獎10名，三等獎20名，優(yōu)秀獎若干名。評委由組委會聘請中國社科院和國內(nèi)知名院校的法律英語專家及外籍人士組成。

Today I’m going to talk about discover yourself.Ever since the accelerated development of human civilization, perpetual scientific discovery of nature have companied mankind all along the journey.It was by discovering the around us that human beings have been able to live a more sophisticated life.However, as G.K.Chesterton once said “one may understand the cosmos, but never the ego, the self is more distance than any star.Thus, a life is a journey of unrelenting offers to discover more of ourselves.When I was six, I constantly picture myself as an elegant and skilled pianist rendering Xiao Bang’s nocturnal beautifully on the stage, receiving award and applause after my performance.However, as I further my piano lessons, it was hard to be oblivious of my non-gifted skills.Sometimes I couldn’t help but have this feeling of despair, when I woke up to the reality and discover that my goal was unrealistic.Brutal but real.It was the first time;I had discovered that I couldn’t have it at all, when I was twelve.I thought the coolest job in the entire universe was to be a surgeon.I spent hours and hours watching the drama Grey's Anatomy and couldn’t help falling in love with the kind of live those doctor lead on the scream.I was utterly mesmerized by the scalpel and all those fancy medical terms that use.However, I stop to dream about being a surgeon when I discover that it was the idea of being a surgeon that appeal to me, not what it truly was.As a result, the dream ended and I discovered some more about myself.This year, I turned sixteen and I could proudly say I do not dream to be, but ascertain to peruse being a lower in the future.Since junior high school I had always been awarded the most eloquent debater in every single debater participated in.I can not only think logically, but also deliver my thought promptly.My huge interest in philosophy also acts my reason in whenever I tried to argue with something equivocal.Being aware of the obstacles and the hardships on the way becoming a great lawyer never panics me, for the simple reason that I have this faith and passion in what I am aspiring after.G.K.Chesterton was absolutely correct;the most complicated part of comprehending the world is the study of somehow smaller world, ourselves.I subsequently realized that growing up is a process that discover yourselves.We got to know what we truly are and become who we dream to be.As we shape ourselves and as we shape of our lives.We gradually become more aware of limits and potentials, and consequently learn to adjust learn what’s out there, and by that ladies and gentlemen I’m proud to say that I have discovered part of myself, sue to discovering today and definitely a lot more in the future.I would always keep this in embedded in my heart.Things do not change, we do!
