What are you going to do and how to do it, this is the point!Here I’d like to take MADONNA’s success story for example, where I saw on the BEC textbook on page 96.That includes five dimensions, no matter you are going to work or continue you study, it is vital, for you, for me, for all of us.The first dimension is Vision Think over and over again, where you want to go and how to get there, do not try to copy other’s story, it is a daydream.So set up your own vision.Otherwise success will never be a possibility.Then is to Understand the Industry Investigate and develop a keen understanding of the job or subject needs and your boss wants, that’s a really effective way to your work or subject.So no matter what you are engaged in, try to understand the industry.The third one is to Exploit Your Competences and Address Your Weaknesses

Recognize your own competences and your weaknesses.Then maximize your competences and minimize your weaknesses in your work or study.Or you choose to fell into the ditch.Then is the Consistent Implementation

As we all know, it is easy to draw the plan, but the difficulty is how to implement it.So along your success way, ultimate aim is vital, but also the stage goals, implement them one by one, such as some of our fellows who are going to pursue a master’s degree, do not put it on your mouth day to day, instead, quantification your preparing work to weeks, even to days.So that’s the consistent implementation.While the last one is Cntinuous Rewal The frequent reinvention of the world and ourselves is very important, that so called always on line.In other words, we should be connected with the changing world and make some change of our own.Otherwise we will be out of the world.And that’s so called 你out了 in Chinese.So do not complain anymore, about the world, the unfair society and our misfortune(adversity).On the stage of a university student，we can choose the path where we want to go, we can make that happen, and we can choose that future.Yes, the path is harder, but at least a better place, Yes, the road is longer, but at least a brighter future.Thank you and thanks for listening.
