從學(xué)生的家庭作業(yè)來(lái)看，我們的家長(zhǎng)都非常重視孩子們的英語(yǔ)研究。大家都意識(shí)到英語(yǔ)研究不論是對(duì)我們的日常生活還是升學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)，都產(chǎn)生著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們初中階段的教學(xué)目的在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的研究興趣、良好的語(yǔ)言慣、運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交際的能力以及跨文化意識(shí)。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)幾個(gè)方面對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行操練和運(yùn)用。通過(guò)這兩個(gè)月的教學(xué)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這一屆八年級(jí)的班主任都特別負(fù)責(zé)，班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)也很好，最重要的是絕大多數(shù)的同學(xué)自尊心強(qiáng)，上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)，這使我對(duì)他們充滿信心。但同樣也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問(wèn)題：

1、研究態(tài)度不夠端正。部分學(xué)生對(duì)于學(xué)英語(yǔ)是抱著無(wú)所謂的態(tài)度，甚至?xí)f(shuō)“只要語(yǔ)文數(shù)學(xué)好就行了”，還有拖欠作業(yè)的情況。

2、研究慣不夠好。我要求學(xué)生在學(xué)英語(yǔ)的時(shí)候要大聲的讀單詞和句子，有利于對(duì)單詞的記憶，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒(méi)有這種慣，聲音很小，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學(xué)邊發(fā)呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒(méi)有效果。還存在著嚴(yán)重的畏難情緒，我給的問(wèn)題或是閱讀材料還剛出來(lái)就有人抱怨“我不會(huì)做”、“這么難”、“看不懂”，我會(huì)反問(wèn)他們“你還沒(méi)看題怎么知道不會(huì)做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問(wèn)題而是逃避，那么你永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)進(jìn)步”。這幾天這種情況已經(jīng)減少了很多。

3、少數(shù)同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)不好。到現(xiàn)在26個(gè)字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問(wèn)題。

4、閱讀本領(lǐng)欠佳。閱讀在今后的升學(xué)考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)考試中都占據(jù)很大的分值。但我們的學(xué)生對(duì)于閱讀暫時(shí)還沒(méi)有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是欣賞;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來(lái)，根據(jù)上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍回答題目，可是很少有同學(xué)可以嚴(yán)厲按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。

針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長(zhǎng)的配合和支持。

1、督促學(xué)生在家聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)磁帶，每周不少于1小時(shí)，最好能每天堅(jiān)持聽(tīng)10——15分鐘，這將對(duì)孩子的研究有很大幫助。

2.督促學(xué)生在家背英語(yǔ)單詞、短語(yǔ)及課文，因?yàn)樵谛W(xué)生的背書(shū)時(shí)間太少，所以家長(zhǎng)要配合老師在家里聽(tīng)寫(xiě)孩子的單詞和短語(yǔ)。

3、爭(zhēng)取消化當(dāng)天所學(xué)的單詞，不要積壓任務(wù)。我會(huì)在每單元結(jié)束的`時(shí)候組織一次聽(tīng)寫(xiě)，并要肄業(yè)生帶回家給家長(zhǎng)過(guò)目。

4、請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)催促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來(lái)學(xué)校在匆忙之中相互抄襲。有時(shí)的默寫(xiě)作業(yè)我也會(huì)煩請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)簽字，這也是為了給學(xué)生一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)壓力，讓他們知道父母會(huì)經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認(rèn)真寫(xiě)才行。家長(zhǎng)可以讓學(xué)生自己默寫(xiě)或者報(bào)中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學(xué)生默完后，催促他們對(duì)著書(shū)本更正。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，八年級(jí)的很多家長(zhǎng)都非常負(fù)責(zé)，他們?cè)?jīng)在這么做了，而且做得很好! 4、每一個(gè)單元都有閱讀的部分，并且附有課后題。如果你的孩子英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)不是很好，可以督促他們先在家查字典，做適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)。

It takes relatively less time and pains to learn or accept new things in a world full of changes and rapid developments. In addition，one is less likely to be under great pressure from career，family and health problems when young. Therefore，a fresh mind plus enormous energy will ensure success in different aspects of life. Of course，we all know：no pains，no gains.
