大家晚上好!我演講的題目是：學(xué)鐵人，鑄師魂

歷史的塵煙掩蓋不住世紀的風(fēng)雨，時空的變幻阻隔不了精神的傳誦。鐵人王進喜，一個頂天立地的男子漢，一個讓石油人引以自豪的名字，一個讓不同膚色和信仰的人贊嘆佩服的典范。當(dāng)年的艱苦環(huán)境雖已不復(fù)存在，那些能勾起人們回憶的物品也都進了紀念館；但有一種精神卻始終珍藏在人們心中，它不因事物表象的演變而褪色，也不因時代的前進而落伍，那就是鐵人精神。

鐵人精神曾激勵了整整一代中國人。那是一種不畏艱難險阻、戰(zhàn)天斗地的艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)、忘我拼搏精神；

那是一種對技術(shù)精益求精，為事業(yè)練就一身硬工夫、真本領(lǐng)的科學(xué)求實精神；

那是一種不安于現(xiàn)狀，不拘于常規(guī)，奮發(fā)思變的創(chuàng)新精神。今天的我們有著美好舒適的生活，可曾想過建國初期石油工人們的艱苦歲月，他們風(fēng)餐露宿，“天當(dāng)被，地當(dāng)床，”人拉肩扛搬鉆機，破冰取水保開鉆；正是這種以苦為樂，不向困難低頭的勁頭使他們在那種要啥沒啥的環(huán)境下，創(chuàng)造了一個又一個輝煌的業(yè)績，為我們鋪就了今天的幸福。他們，就像一座座豐碑，屹立在人們的心中，成為一種精神的象征，一個時代的榜樣，一支催人奮進的號角，激勵著一代又一代的中國人奮發(fā)圖強，創(chuàng)造輝煌！今天,作為新世紀的一線青年教師,我們?yōu)榧亦l(xiāng)有這樣的英雄感到驕傲和自豪,也在鐵人精神的激勵下勇往直前！

作為一名初涉教師行業(yè)的青年教師，我對自己的職業(yè)也曾有過彷徨和無奈。當(dāng)從科任老師，副班主任走到今天的班主任工作崗位，在接觸了形形色色的學(xué)生以后，深深體會到了教師工作的酸甜苦辣和責(zé)任的重大，卻也更加堅定了我職業(yè)的堅定信念。我深深深地感受到：作為一名教師就必須學(xué)會愛自己的學(xué)生。莊稼毀了可以再種，東西丟了可以再買，春天去了可以再來，可人生沒有輪回，學(xué)生的命運就掌握在我們教師的手中。教師的愛，是照亮學(xué)生心靈窗戶的盞盞燭光；是滋潤學(xué)生心田的滴滴甘露。每個早晨，我常在晨光朦朧中站在操場上默立良久，看著朝氣蓬勃的學(xué)生排著整齊的隊伍沐浴洗禮在初陽下，發(fā)出振奮人心的光亮。透過一排排學(xué)生，一位位老師穿梭于行里列間，伴著冉冉升起的朝陽，健步向前。作為他們中的一員，我是那樣的自豪！任勞任怨、恪盡職守，把愛的陽光灑在每個人的臉上，映進每個人的內(nèi)心，不正是我們鐵人師魂精髓之所在嗎？

鐵人說過：“我學(xué)會一個字，就是翻過一座山，我要翻山越嶺去見毛主席”。字里行間流露出一股子堅忍不拔，迎難而上，更難得的是一種不懈的學(xué)習(xí)勁頭。曾經(jīng)覺得，小學(xué)老師最容易當(dāng)，專業(yè)知識、技能要求不高，面對一群小孩子怎么都能哄得轉(zhuǎn)。可隨著時代的發(fā)展，社會的進步，知識更新越來越快，信息量日益增大，我越來越深切地感受到，若靠啃老本面對今天的教學(xué)工作，已經(jīng)遠遠跟不上時代的節(jié)奏；面對學(xué)生的質(zhì)疑，總覺得捉襟見肘：面對家長的疑惑，總覺得缺少底氣；面對同事的高見，總覺得觀念落伍；面對社會的紛繁，覺得難以融入。學(xué)習(xí)了鐵人事跡，結(jié)合個人實際，我認識到要想工作上得心應(yīng)手，我必須要以鐵人事跡為榜樣，以鐵人精神為動力，用心練就扎實的專業(yè)功底，埋頭苦干，忘我拼搏，不斷學(xué)習(xí)新的教育理念和先進的教學(xué)方法，努力提升業(yè)務(wù)素養(yǎng)，克服各種障礙，堅持學(xué)習(xí)，要有“活到老學(xué)到老”的信念，讓書香浸潤生命，讓知識奠基人生，做一個學(xué)者型的新時代教師，讓鐵人精神在我們身上發(fā)揚光大！

簡析?天堂電影院?里面新舊的對比

張榮晉 政法學(xué)院行政管理1201班 2012003941 ?天堂電影院?是由著名的導(dǎo)演朱賽佩·托納托雷拍攝的，整個電影運用回憶的倒序方式講述主角多多的一生中所經(jīng)歷的親情、友情、愛情。以及多多從一個熱愛放映機的小孩子到成為一個著名的導(dǎo)演，這部懷舊的電影在情節(jié)上的回憶鏈條是連貫的，簡潔干凈的情緒一目了然，導(dǎo)演沒有賣弄令人暈眩的技巧手段，反而在唯美的意境中，將一種鄉(xiāng)愁表達得清雅脫俗，如同細水長流，潤物細無聲，充滿歡笑又讓人不自覺悲傷，整個電影中運用了很多細節(jié)上新與舊的對比，前進的嶄新與過去的溫存不聲不響的便侵入內(nèi)心深處，成功的喚起對曾經(jīng)的追憶，不愧為經(jīng)典佳作。

花開花謝，云卷云舒，散不了的是那片天地

電影中最令人印象深刻的便是破敗的天堂電影院轟然坍塌的震撼，隨著“轟”的一聲，睫毛也早已承受不住眼淚的重量，渾濁的淚水伴著空氣中僅剩的塵埃劃過臉上歲月留下的溝壑，滴落。似乎是曾經(jīng)的歡笑、激情、淚水所組成的回憶就這樣一瞬間被打破成無數(shù)個碎片，撲面而來卻也永遠都無法重新握住，那里承載了太多的過去，有人拋下生病的妻子趕來看一部心儀已久的影片，有人在電影散場后仍然對影中人物命運的浮沉津津樂道，有人一遍一遍地重復(fù)看最愛的那部電影，即使每句臺詞都已深刻記憶，但仍舊無法自拔地陷入其中并一遍遍地淚流滿面，放映員艾佛多從電影中學(xué)習(xí)提煉種種人生感悟……但是相比于老者們的悲傷，另一邊卻是小孩子們的嬉戲打鬧，開心的玩耍，就像這一切的悲傷都與他們無關(guān)，而這一悲一喜從本質(zhì)上則體現(xiàn)了新舊的交替，歷史的車輪無情的碾壓出歲月的痕跡，花開花謝，葉枯又榮，云卷云舒，一切都一樣，這樣的規(guī)律是無法逃避的，舊的事物總是用來懷念，新的事物總會嶄露頭角，行到水窮處，便坐看云起時，悲傷又不會傷心欲絕，歡樂中又帶一絲不舍，如此不和諧的場景在這一刻卻是如此的天衣無縫，既然是定數(shù)，何須悲傷。

舊時照片，當(dāng)年摸樣，再也模仿不出彼時的笑

影片中的火災(zāi)可謂是一個重要的轉(zhuǎn)折，火災(zāi)導(dǎo)致艾佛多雙目失明，而放映電影的任務(wù)也只能交給年幼的多多，對這份工作的熱愛使得多多在未來成為一個著名的導(dǎo)演，同時多多也搖身一變成為艾佛多的救命恩人，兩人的情感迅速加深，成為忘年之交。而導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)的罪魁禍首便是易燃的膠片，電影前一部分也做過很多鋪墊，艾佛多的囑咐，以及多多的妹妹差點葬身于火災(zāi)，舊時的膠片是易燃的，繁重的工作之中也充滿著危險，但小小的膠片也承載著多多對生活的美好向往與熱愛，他一點點的收集著，在昏暗的燈光下念著臺詞，做著動作。新的膠片是安全的，不會輕易被點燃，這時艾佛多說了一句“發(fā)展總是來得太慢”，想想也是，如果當(dāng)時技術(shù)有這么先進，沒有火災(zāi)，艾佛多便不會失明。電影院也不會被燒毀，可是換一個方面思考，如果沒有火災(zāi)，他們的忘年之交還會有嗎，也不會有新的天堂電影院，長大后的多多作為一個導(dǎo)演應(yīng)該也不少和膠片打交道，可是這樣嶄新的膠片是否還能重新察覺到當(dāng)初的味道。

青梅枯萎，竹馬老去，從此我愛的人都像你

“越是煎熬 越刻骨銘心 愛了就要受苦 明知沒有結(jié)果”，這是當(dāng)多多喜歡上 愛蓮娜時艾佛多送給他的一句話，這句話也似乎成為一個不老的詛咒，三十年的等待，結(jié)局卻是我在原地，轉(zhuǎn)身已經(jīng)看不到你。當(dāng)明天變成了今天成為了昨天，最后成為記憶里不再重要的某一天，我們突然發(fā)現(xiàn)自己在不知不覺中已被時間推著向前走，這不是靜止火車里，與相鄰列車交錯時，仿佛自己在前進的錯覺，而是我們真實的在成長，在這件事里成了另一個自己。想想當(dāng)初為愛的那份癡狂，刻意制造出一個個偶遇，雖然只是大風(fēng)的時節(jié)手足無措的說了一句天氣真好，風(fēng)雨無懼的守望陽臺漫長的等待，在絕望之時意外的收獲愛情，有了你，從此便是晴天，就算開著破舊的車，就算吃著粗茶淡飯，看到你笑就是最幸福的事，那時的多多是勇敢的，敢于追求自己的幸福，多年之后呢，正如媽媽所說“你的身邊不停地換著女人，但是從她們的聲音里我聽不到愛情”是時光湮沒了你，還是你藏到了時光里，從前后多多對愛情的不同態(tài)度深刻的感受到時光是多么可怕的東西，也看到了多多對愛蓮娜刻骨銘心的愛戀。

結(jié)局沒有過多的語言，只是一幕幕場景就傳達出無盡的意味，看了四遍天堂電影院，只是想讀懂最后的結(jié)局，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)越來越不懂，多多只身一人坐在豪華的電影院里，看著艾佛多給他留下的東西，那是他曾經(jīng)多么向往的東西，一段段被剪輯下來的吻戲，看著看著多多哭了，哭著哭著又笑了，艾佛多曾對他說不要被愛情蒙蔽了雙眼，世界是你的，呆在這里你就以為這里就是全世界，最后的最后多多成功了，事業(yè)足以讓他引以為豪，可是這樣的他快樂嗎，于是便有人說艾佛多給他留下的這些吻戲表達的是艾佛多終于明白愛情也是生活所需要的，可是我倒覺得這是多多對過去的釋然，執(zhí)著了那么久，而現(xiàn)實卻狠狠的給了你一個耳光告訴你，你是錯的。就像這些過去的吻戲，看著便想起過去，過去是美好的，可逆終究要面對未來。

時光就是釀酒師，它用一雙無形的手，把所有的回憶封存、發(fā)酵、最終釀制出最值得回味的歲月之酒，每一個經(jīng)歷過的人，都會在心的某一處停留、在生命的某一刻回首、翻出發(fā)黃的記憶，品嘗最美的甘醇。劇中的多多就是這樣，三十年不曾回過家鄉(xiāng)的他，在回去后才知道，往事歷歷在目，并且經(jīng)歲月過濾，當(dāng)年的苦澀、沉重早已追尋不到，留下的，卻是色彩最為斑斕的畫面！多多說：“我仿佛覺得我從來沒有離開過。原來我一直屬于這里”。家里的老母親，依然那么慈祥，依然為了等他回家30年沒有鎖門，自己房間依然和30年前一樣，他依然要求別人叫他多多，依然有一群人懷戀著天堂電影院。我們的心如同一個巨大而神奇的布袋，所有的行走腳印都被它容納封存，等待生命的某一刻被隨時提取。感謝記憶，讓我們的人生擁有回味的樂趣、品嘗的樂趣！我們何嘗不像多多一樣，內(nèi)心塵封無數(shù)往事，只等待某一天，這些往事會被回憶之手拉開帷幕，到那時，我們會和多多一樣，演繹一部更溫情的天堂電影院！

what i am aspiring after.g.k.chesterton was absolutely correct, the most plicated part of prehending the world is the study of the somehow smaller world—ourselves.i subsequently realized that growing up is the process of discovering ourselves;we get to know what we truly are, and bee who we dream to be.as we shape ourselves, and as we shape our lives, we gradually bee more aware of our limits and potentials and consequently learn to adjust to what’s out there.and by that, ladies and gentleman, i’m proud to say that i’ve discovered part of myself, still discovering today standing on this stage, and hopefully a lot more in the future.i will always keep this embedded into my heart that things do not change, we do.from all the possible fantasies.flying, for exle, had been a dream to mankind for thousands of years.a hundred years ago, “man could not fly” was still regarded as the “reality”.now if that was really the reality, what did the wright brothers do? how did some of you get to macao? only when we believe that the reality is not real can we soar with our dreams.people say that our future is a battle between the reality and our dreams.and if, unfortunately, mr.reality wins this war, then i see no future of mankind at all.aids will never be curable as this is the reality;people living in the undeveloped countries will suffer form starvation forever as this is the reality;disputes among different countries would never be settled as this misunderstandings and intolerance is the reality.ladies and gentlemen, how many of you have a dream of being able to make a lot of money? please raise your hands.oh, quite a number of you!actually, ladies and gentlemen, this is not a dream, but a task.every one of us has to make a living, right? anyway i hope your task will be acplishes.how many of you think that you have already fulfilled your dream and that you don’t dream anymore? dear adjudicators, what do you think?

a dream deeply rooted in our future.one day, people living in the areas now sweltering with the horror of wars will be able to sit with their families and enjoy their every moment.one day, people from the rich countries are willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries.and those from the poor countries will eventually be able to make their own happy living themselves.one day, different cultures in this age of coexist with tolerance and the unfriendly confrontations among them will be eliminated.one day, the globe will share the dream with me.and we will all contribute to making our dream e true.one day, our dream will defeat the reality!thank you very much.and only a tiny fragment of it at that, it still represents, i believe, the root of a spirit which has been essential to me and to all the people bred by the past 15 years.in my elementary years, there was a little girl in the class who worked very hard but somehow could never do satisfactorily in her lessons.the teacher asked me to help her, and it was obvious that she expected a lot from me.but as a young boy, restless, thoughtless, i always tried to evade her so as to get more time to enjoy myself.one day before the final exam, she came up to me and said, “could you please explain this to me? i want very much to do better this time.” i started explaining, and finished in a hurry.pretending not to notice her still confused eyes, i ran off quickly.nat surprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam.and two months later, at the beginning of the new semester, came of her death of blood cancer.no one ever knew about the little task i failed to fulfill, but i couldn't forgive myself.i simply couldn't forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, “why didn't you do a little more to help me, when it was so easy for you? why didn't you understand a little better the trust placed in you, so that i would not have to leave this world in such pain and regret?” i was about eight or nine years old at that time, but in a way it was the very starting point of my life, for i began to understand the

“responsibility” and to learn to always do my duties faithfully and devotedly, for the implications of that sacred has dawned on me: the mutual need

and trust of people, the co-operation and inter-reliance which are the very foundation of human society.later in my life, i continued to experience many failures.but never again did i feel that regret which struck me at the death of the girl, for it makes my heart satisfied to think that i have always done everything in my power to fulfill my responsibilities as best i can.as i grew up, changed and improved by this incident and many other similar ones, i began to perceive the changes taking place around me and to find that society, in a way, was in its formative years like myself.new buildings, new modities and new fashions appear every day.new ideas, new information, new technologies.people can talk with each other from any corner of the earth in a matter of seconds.society is being more petitive.s like individuality and creativity are getting more emphasis and more people are rewarded for their hard work and efforts.such is the era in which this generation ,grows and matures.such is the era in which this generation will take over the nation from our fathers and learn to run it.yet in the meantime, many problems still exist.we learn that crimes take place in broad daylight with crowds of people looking on and not assisting.we hear that there are still about 1 million children in this country who can't even afford to go to elementary schools while enormous sums of money are being squandered away on dinner

parties and luxury cars.we buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines, that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of morality and responsibility.such an era, therefore, determines that we are a generation with a keener sense of petition and efficiency and a greater readiness to think critically and act creatively.such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clear perception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to take action and solve the problems.history has long been preparing these qualities in this generation and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to our patriotism and heroism towards this nation and all humanity.standing here now, i think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student.probably i'll be an ordinary man for the rest of my life.but this doesn't discourage me any, for i know that with my sense of responsibility and devoted efforts to always strive, for the best, it's going to be a meaningful and worthwhile life that i will be living.standing here now, i think of the past 15 years of this nation, which has achieved greatness that inspired millions of people of my age, most of whom will not attain fame or prestige and only a few of whom will be remembered by posterity.but that doesn't discourage us any, because we know that the world watches, the world listens, the world is waiting to see
