我垂頭喪氣地回到家，不知該怎樣面對爸爸媽媽，如何抬起頭，害怕、擔心一起向我襲來，惶恐不安。我推開家門，一股香氣撲鼻而來。是什么？哦，是我最愛吃的菜——咸蛋南瓜。原來，爸爸媽媽早就從老師口中得出我的英語成績。不過，他們并沒有責罵我，爸爸還鼓勵我：“孩子呀，這一次沒有沒有關系，主要原因在于你的不仔細，只要你改掉這個壞習慣，一定能的。你說呢？”我懂事地點點頭。爸爸意味深長的一番話，使我幼小的心靈得到安撫。

簡易天氣預報器

各位領導、老師、同學們大家好！我是西海小學四年級學生王雪揚。我今天展示的是我們制作的簡易天氣預報器。

這個創(chuàng)新設計得益于教科書第一單元20頁的資料庫的內容——松果的開合。我們學習了第一單元——天氣后，我們怎樣自己預報天氣呢？

我們利用鹽的吸水性，杠桿平衡的原理來制作的。實驗操作步驟是：

1.用高濃度鹽水浸泡棉花，然后將棉花自然涼干。2.一頭用細繩穿過乒乓球；另一頭用細繩拴著棉花球。3.利用杠桿原理，將乒乓球與棉花球調節(jié)平衡，掛在無風的陽臺上，以便觀察。

下雨前，空氣濕度會增加，被鹽水浸泡過的棉花球就會吸收水分。因為鹽水浸泡過的棉花晾干后含有鹽，鹽是很容易受潮的——受潮就是吸收空氣中的水蒸氣，棉花球吸收水分后會加重自身的重量，此時，杠桿天平會傾向有棉花球這一邊，這就預示著天要下雨了。
