大家好！

我是客房部服務(wù)員紀(jì)娜, 非常高興今天可以在這里跟大家一起交流關(guān)于正能量的感悟，今天我演講的題目是《如果不能成為大樹，就做棵小草》。

記得小時(shí)候,如果能吃上一顆糖果,心里就會(huì)開心;如果能穿上一件新衣服，心里就是快樂的；如果能看上一部電影，即使是露天的，甚至還要步行十幾里地，心里也是幸福的。那時(shí)候，生活雖然艱苦，但簡(jiǎn)單而又快樂。

隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)，不知從什么時(shí)候起，我們的耳邊充滿抱怨，抱怨房?jī)r(jià)高漲，抱怨食品安全，抱怨工作不順,甚至抱怨他人的一個(gè)眼神，我們的生活因?yàn)楦鞣N抱怨而變得復(fù)雜，我們的心情因患得患失而變得沉重??，我不禁思考，究竟為什么，我們會(huì)如此抱怨？

前不久，公司組織我們一起學(xué)習(xí)了《卡耐基正能量》一書，書中有這么一句話，如果上帝給我一個(gè)檸檬，我就把它做成一杯檸檬汁，讀后讓我想起上學(xué)時(shí)老師給我們講的一個(gè)故事：從前，有一個(gè)老太太，她有兩個(gè)女兒，大女兒嫁給一個(gè)賣傘的，小女兒嫁給一個(gè)賣鞋的。天晴時(shí)，老太太愁眉不展，擔(dān)心她大女兒的傘賣不出去；天陰時(shí)，老太太依然唉聲嘆氣，擔(dān)心她小女兒的鞋賣不出去，年復(fù)一年，老太太的眼

睛都快哭瞎了。后來(lái)，有個(gè)聰明人勸她說(shuō)：天晴時(shí)，你小女兒的鞋肯定賣的不錯(cuò)，你應(yīng)該為她高興；天陰時(shí)，你大女兒的傘肯定賣的不錯(cuò)，你仍然應(yīng)該為她高興。無(wú)論晴天還是陰天，你都應(yīng)該感到高興才對(duì)?。∵@個(gè)故事讓我懂得一個(gè)道理：如果我們改變不了環(huán)境，我們就改變心境，一味的抱怨只會(huì)讓我們更加沮喪！

俗話說(shuō):“人生不如意事常八九”。世事豈能盡如人意，不如意的時(shí)候，我們要換個(gè)角度去思考：如果我們不能成為大樹，就做一顆小草，如果我們不能成為老板，就做好一名員工，如果只有一個(gè)檸檬，就將它做成一杯可口的檸檬汁。最重要的就是做好自己，做好自己當(dāng)下的事，如果做不到最好，就力爭(zhēng)做得更好。

生活因?yàn)闊釔鄱S富多彩，生命因?yàn)樾判亩錆M希望。辛棄疾曾說(shuō)：我看青山多嫵媚，料青山見我應(yīng)如是。正所謂相由心生，境由心造，唯有心中充滿正能量，才能感受到人生的美好。讓我們喚醒每個(gè)人內(nèi)心向善向上的正能量，用我們的正能量去滋養(yǎng)生命、去感染他人，去建筑屬于自己的幸福生活。

在生活中，總會(huì)有些時(shí)候，我們預(yù)想豐滿，滿心期待，換來(lái)的卻是現(xiàn)實(shí)骨感，大失所望。我們也曾雄心勃勃地規(guī)劃人生藍(lán)圖，最終卻曇花一現(xiàn)，不由自主地被自己的行為所背叛。我們同樣想過(guò)抵制誘惑，挑戰(zhàn)自我，可一次又一次地自我妥協(xié)，讓我們的心靈習(xí)慣了屈從于身體。當(dāng)我們?yōu)榇硕馐軆?nèi)心的譴責(zé)時(shí)，總會(huì)有一個(gè)聲音，清晰耳間：再一次 正能量。

那么什么是正能量？

在我看來(lái)，它是功成名就卻毫不自居的虛懷若谷；它是深陷低谷卻毫不言棄的堅(jiān)持不懈；它是使我們看清現(xiàn)實(shí)的殘酷卻仍舊熱愛生活的豁達(dá)樂觀；它亦是面對(duì)不公卻并不怨天尤人的勇往直前。只有我們胸懷正能量，才可能在瞬息萬(wàn)變的人生路上順?biāo)浦?，無(wú)往不利。

生活就像飛行棋，我們永遠(yuǎn)不知道人生的下一步將會(huì)遭遇何種境地，但最明智的選擇是用胸中的正能量為每一步打下堅(jiān)實(shí)不屈的腳印。

肯尼迪說(shuō)過(guò)：人最大的危險(xiǎn)是無(wú)所行動(dòng)。而關(guān)于正能量，不在能知，乃在能行。接下來(lái)，我就如何胸懷正能量與大家分享三個(gè)方面。

首先，我們每個(gè)人都有潛在的正能量，只是很大一部分容易被周圍的負(fù)能量所影響削弱，我們無(wú)法使身邊的負(fù)能量失去蹤影，但我們可以用理智的態(tài)度審判它。無(wú)論你遇到什么不公的事，難以接受的事，你都要心如止水，用一顆百毒不侵的內(nèi)心去捍衛(wèi)正能量。有一年，溫總理來(lái)河北視察，沒有走當(dāng)?shù)匕才诺穆肪€，他在路邊發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)老農(nóng)民，旁邊放著一副棺材，他下車去看，那個(gè)老農(nóng)民說(shuō)因?yàn)樘F了，沒錢治病，才把自己的棺材板拿出來(lái)賣，于是溫總理給了他五百塊錢拿回家了。事后溫總理與大家談起這個(gè)故事時(shí)說(shuō)：中國(guó)大地上的事情是無(wú)窮無(wú)盡的，不要在乎一時(shí)的得失，要執(zhí)著。在我們身邊的負(fù)能量，同樣是無(wú)窮無(wú)盡的，今天你的朋友背棄了你，明天你競(jìng)選干部又被潛規(guī)則所傷，后天你又在網(wǎng)上淘到了劣質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，如果面對(duì)身邊的負(fù)能量，我們總是耿耿于懷地以憤青的心態(tài)去對(duì)待，那么我們將終日懊惱，逡巡不前。因此我們不要在乎一時(shí)一事的得失，要堅(jiān)定讓心中的那份正能量始終巋然不動(dòng)，波瀾不驚。

吳斌是杭州長(zhǎng)運(yùn)客運(yùn)公司的司機(jī)。5月29日中午，他駕駛著客車從無(wú)錫返回杭州，在車行駛至在錫宜高速公路時(shí)，一塊數(shù)斤重的大鐵片突然從天而降，在擊碎擋風(fēng)玻璃后，刺

成都“油條哥”李剛

雖然沒有多少文化，但李剛知道油條中的鋁主要來(lái)自明礬，于是開始逐步減少其使用量，從小蘇打到玉米粉再到蕎麥面，一次次地試驗(yàn)著明礬的代替品，通過(guò)５０次的試驗(yàn)他“研制”出了“國(guó)標(biāo)油條”。近年來(lái)，食品安全問(wèn)題時(shí)刻刺激著百姓敏感的神經(jīng)，作為最難監(jiān)控的小私營(yíng)業(yè)主，最有效的監(jiān)控就是良心，他讓人們?cè)谝粋€(gè)小經(jīng)營(yíng)者身上看到了希望，雖然收入微薄，但仍堅(jiān)持憑良心做人，做放心食品?！坝蜅l哥”賣的不是油條，是良心?！拔腋蛇^(guò)很多工作，但許多都干的時(shí)間不長(zhǎng)，這次我要在油條行業(yè)‘退休’，一直做到炸不動(dòng)?！崩顒傉f(shuō)。

這是一對(duì)身有殘疾的拾荒父子，他們一家５口人蜷縮在城市邊緣一間破破爛爛、低矮漏雨的房子里，每日靠撿破爛維持慘淡生計(jì)，日常生活常靠政府和好心人救濟(jì)。然而，“遠(yuǎn)在天邊”的云南彝良發(fā)生地震后，他們卻義無(wú)反顧向?yàn)?zāi)區(qū)同胞捐出了一份“巨款”。這筆捐款雖只有４７塊２毛錢，卻生動(dòng)詮釋了“身雖卑微，但愛心尊榮”的含義。馬江父子的善行，也被網(wǎng)民尊稱為“菩薩行”，引發(fā)了如潮的感動(dòng)和反思?！耙粋€(gè)靠撿破爛為生的人，能有如此境界，我們特別感動(dòng)，也對(duì)他的愛心表示衷心感謝。讓社會(huì)多一些愛心，少一點(diǎn)浮躁，支持公益！”受馬江一家“菩薩行”感染，一些網(wǎng)民如此呼吁。篇四：正能量演講稿

我們?cè)谇啻豪镎劺硐耄勂床?。如果我們將理想高高的掛在天上，那它就像一顆摘不到的星星，可望而不可及。一個(gè)切合實(shí)際的理想是青春時(shí)期的一盞引路燈，朝著它我們?cè)诿悦r(shí)可以找到方向，可以和大家說(shuō)一個(gè)大家可能都聽過(guò)的故事，小時(shí)候，當(dāng)項(xiàng)羽的叔父問(wèn)起他長(zhǎng)大了之后要干什么？項(xiàng)羽的回答是統(tǒng)一天下，對(duì)很多人來(lái)說(shuō)，這是一個(gè)想都不敢想的夢(mèng)想，就像并不是每一個(gè)人都敢定一個(gè)未來(lái)像劉洋。楊利偉一樣遨游太空的夢(mèng)想。但是對(duì)他來(lái)說(shuō)這就是一個(gè)目標(biāo)，所以他從小苦苦習(xí)武，熟讀兵法，一直在朝著這個(gè)目標(biāo)而努力，雖然兵敗垓下，英雄末路，他想不開，選擇了烏江自刎，但是他從小立志的精神卻值得我們永遠(yuǎn)學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)在的我們青春年少，人生路漫漫，從此開始，帶著我們的青春正能量出發(fā)還來(lái)得及。

如今我們倡導(dǎo)“空談?wù)`國(guó)，實(shí)干興邦”，我們最需要的就是實(shí)干精神，將理想付諸于行動(dòng)，理想才能實(shí)現(xiàn)它真正的價(jià)值，我們知道萬(wàn)事開頭難。所以，我們需要勇氣，揚(yáng)帆起航。也許此刻你的心中已經(jīng)有了一個(gè)目標(biāo)，你熱血沸騰，激情四起，但是也許很有可能你會(huì)在一小時(shí)后。在你的激情消逝之后一直將實(shí)踐理想步子一拖再拖，遲遲沒有勇氣去追逐你的理想。而勇氣幫我們將理想插上起飛的翅膀。有人說(shuō)人生需要一場(chǎng)說(shuō)走就走的旅行，我們的過(guò)分猶豫只會(huì)原地踏步，朋友們，讓我們鼓起勇氣將理想進(jìn)行到底。

著名的企業(yè)家馬云曾接受記者采訪時(shí)說(shuō)過(guò)“今天很痛苦，明天很痛苦，后天很美好。很多人就是在明天晚上放棄，看不到后天的太陽(yáng)”，沒有人能隨隨便便成功，挫折則更是人生路上一道美妙的風(fēng)景，“寶劍鋒從磨礪出，梅花香自苦寒來(lái)”，正所謂“天將降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，勞其筋骨，餓其體膚”。堅(jiān)持是我們的正能量之一，美好的青春正在繼續(xù)，何不放飛我們的夢(mèng)想，像我們所熟悉的愛迪生那樣，在發(fā)明電燈時(shí)，做了一次又一次的試驗(yàn)。在每一次試驗(yàn)失敗后，他總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，又投入到下一次的試驗(yàn)中，反反復(fù)復(fù)，直到成功為止。不只是愛迪生，很多的前人用他們的走出的人生道路告訴我們 ：青春年華可以說(shuō)是在挫折和失敗中渡過(guò)的。但也正因?yàn)橛辛诉@些失敗的教訓(xùn)，我們才能擁有無(wú)悔而精彩的人生。

我叫孫楊君，來(lái)自聚奎鎮(zhèn)中心小學(xué)，今天我演講題目是《為教師的“正能量”正名》。

提到“正能量”一詞，我想，很多人在本次活動(dòng)開展之前都和我一樣，只有一個(gè)可意會(huì)而不可言傳的模糊概念。為此，我專門去請(qǐng)教了一下“萬(wàn)能”的百度。其結(jié)果，卻令我大跌眼鏡。正能量一詞，原本出自于英國(guó)物理學(xué)家狄拉克之手，是電動(dòng)力學(xué)的一個(gè)專用名詞。

20xx年，世界級(jí)心理學(xué)家，理查德的專著，經(jīng)李磊譯名為《正能量》，原本用于物理學(xué)上的這一專用名詞，瞬間便爆紅網(wǎng)絡(luò)，高居20xx年十大網(wǎng)絡(luò)流行詞匯之榜首。一時(shí)間掀起一股跟進(jìn)、模仿、報(bào)道“正能量”的狂潮，一切可以貫之以積極的、健康的、催人奮進(jìn)的、催人淚奔的、給予人力量的、給予人希望的各種主題的人或事，統(tǒng)統(tǒng)貼上“正能量”的標(biāo)簽，予以打包銷售。

“正能量”一詞已然躍升為一個(gè)充滿了象征意義的符號(hào)，在這個(gè)快節(jié)奏的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中，給那些正在頂著來(lái)自生活、工作、人際關(guān)系等各方面壓力的現(xiàn)代人們，帶來(lái)幸福的憧憬和希望，激勵(lì)著他們走出眼前的困境，揚(yáng)帆前行。今天，我想談一談教育隊(duì)伍中的正能量，為教師的“正能量”正名?！佰`行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀；傳遞教育系統(tǒng)正能量”，當(dāng)看到這個(gè)命題后，著實(shí)讓我有些頭疼不已。因?yàn)?，太多的關(guān)于教師的“負(fù)能量”包圍著我們。打開“萬(wàn)能”的百度，輸入“體罰”這一類的關(guān)鍵詞，瞬間能跳出成千上萬(wàn)條相關(guān)的信息，令人目不睱接。猥褻學(xué)生、違規(guī)補(bǔ)課，花樣百出，層出不窮。教師頭上的美麗光環(huán)已然消失殆盡，原本“光輝”的職業(yè)，已近了“十惡不赦”的邊緣。教師們更是怨聲載道，“鴨梨山大”。原來(lái)在人前可驕傲地說(shuō)：“我是教師”，現(xiàn)在，卻不敢直視自己的職業(yè)，教師，都快成了“惡魔”的代名詞。以至于，學(xué)生給老師撐了一把傘，都會(huì)成“萬(wàn)眾矚目”的大事件?？纱蠹液雎粤艘粋€(gè)事實(shí)，教師，首先是一個(gè)人，是人就會(huì)犯錯(cuò)，是人，就會(huì)有人犯錯(cuò)。為什么只有教師的“錯(cuò)”會(huì)被人津津樂道，而教師的善行，充滿“正能量”的人和事，卻不常被人提及。在教師的隊(duì)伍中，有過(guò)多少閃著光，發(fā)著熱的“正能量”，你看得見嗎？

5月12汶川大地震中，用自己羸弱的身軀，擋住坍塌下來(lái)的水泥板的瞿萬(wàn)容老師、用血肉之軀為孩子們筑起生命之門的張米亞老師、舍身護(hù)生的譚千秋老師，不更應(yīng)該值得我們?nèi)ダ卫斡涀?？“最美女老師”張麗莉，在汽車飛馳而來(lái)時(shí)，不顧自身安危，推開嚇傻了的孩子，自己卻被無(wú)情的車輪碾軋至高位截肢，那張美麗的臉龐，不更應(yīng)該深深烙在我們的心上么？如果說(shuō)，這些事跡都太過(guò)悲壯，是時(shí)事造就的英雄壯舉，那且看，扎根山村，培育鄉(xiāng)村孩子34載寒暑的楊金元老師，堅(jiān)守大山28載的“寸腰老師”宋志芳，與病魔頑強(qiáng)抗?fàn)帲瑘?jiān)守鄉(xiāng)村教育37載的`張殿銀老師。他們默默地承受著怎樣的孤獨(dú)煎熬和心酸，堅(jiān)守著這樣一份執(zhí)著，他們的付出，難道不值得干著“高大上”的職業(yè)，吃著美食，開著小車的你們?yōu)橹畡?dòng)容嗎？他們的偉大，只因?yàn)樗麄兒芷椒?。放眼看看，仔?xì)找找，在我們身邊，缺少這樣平凡而偉大的“正能量”嗎？我的一個(gè)同事，名叫唐大華，與其共事時(shí)，他已55歲，一直堅(jiān)守在鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)。為人爽朗和藹，尤其關(guān)心我們年輕一代的成長(zhǎng)。30多年的工作，為其攢下的是一身的病痛，不得已提前病退。原本可以享享清福的他，病退后不到兩年的時(shí)間，一場(chǎng)大病，便匆匆去了天堂；我的另一個(gè)同事，名叫龔海鋒，教師隊(duì)伍中的尖子，業(yè)務(wù)骨干。有一天，一頭栽到講臺(tái)上，中風(fēng)偏癱，走路都成了問(wèn)題，去年，在他還沒到退休的年齡之時(shí)，帶著遺憾，永遠(yuǎn)地離開了他鐘愛的世界；我的恩師龔元甫，一直堅(jiān)守鄉(xiāng)村教育數(shù)十載，結(jié)下累累碩果，退休后不到一年，突發(fā)腦溢血，倒在了正在勞作的土地里，永遠(yuǎn)辭別了人間。幾十年的辛勤耕耘，積勞成疾，為社會(huì)，為人類作出的貢獻(xiàn)，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)地超出了他們所獲得的。他們不是英雄，只是千萬(wàn)教師中的滄海一粟，他們不會(huì)被人們崇拜，但你說(shuō)，在他們身上，沒有“正能量”在熠熠生輝嗎？

教育，這是一個(gè)關(guān)系國(guó)家未來(lái)的偉大事業(yè)，而在為這一偉大事業(yè)鞠躬盡瘁的，絕大多數(shù)是平凡得不能再平凡的老師們，除去極少數(shù)的不務(wù)正業(yè)之徒，老師們都堅(jiān)守在自己的平凡的崗位上，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，默默地奉獻(xiàn)著自己的青春，放著光，發(fā)著熱。為了孩子們一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤，一個(gè)不解而大傷元?dú)?，視孩子們的終生幸福，為自己最大的幸福，在他們身上，散發(fā)出的，不滿滿的都是“正能量”嗎？流淌在教育系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的“正能量”是源源不斷的，我不敢說(shuō)都能頂?shù)蒙稀疤?yáng)底下最光輝的職業(yè)”的光環(huán)，都比得過(guò)“人類靈魂工程師”的偉大，都賽得過(guò)“春蠶到死絲方盡”的悲壯，但一定能值得充滿“正能量”的你們?nèi)グl(fā)現(xiàn)，去思索，去傳遞。

這些年接觸過(guò)很多不同的人，看過(guò)許多不同的事物，深知差距才是這個(gè)世界的本質(zhì)。每個(gè)人的開始都一樣，都是一無(wú)所有的來(lái)到了這個(gè)世界，但誰(shuí)也說(shuō)不清到最后自己會(huì)成為什么樣的人?會(huì)經(jīng)歷什么樣的事?

小時(shí)候天天盼望長(zhǎng)大成人，天真的以為成年人會(huì)有很多自由，不會(huì)被父母老師管著，一切自己都做得了主，可長(zhǎng)大了才發(fā)現(xiàn)，最沒有自由的就是成年人，成年人有責(zé)任，有義務(wù)，好與壞都得自己承擔(dān)。于是，我們又開始懷念小時(shí)候。

我們的世界有很多身不由己，很多時(shí)候我們都要逼著自己去適應(yīng)社會(huì)的法則，逼著自己去改變。我想，很多人都可能跟我一樣，因?yàn)橹已阅娑?，有時(shí)候想對(duì)一個(gè)人說(shuō)一句真誠(chéng)的話，都要在心里來(lái)回想好幾遍才說(shuō)得出口。

我們年少輕狂時(shí)，認(rèn)為所有的事情都是非對(duì)即錯(cuò)的，總是喜歡較真，直來(lái)直去圖一時(shí)之快。進(jìn)入社會(huì)以后，才發(fā)現(xiàn)，事物并沒有絕對(duì)的錯(cuò)與對(duì)，任何一個(gè)在社會(huì)打拼多年的人都懂得，形勢(shì)比人強(qiáng)，我們都懂得了順勢(shì)而為，因?yàn)樵谏鐣?huì)面前，在大局之下，我們每個(gè)人都太過(guò)渺小。

在這個(gè)社會(huì)上，人與人的家庭背景不同，所以起點(diǎn)都會(huì)有差距。正是因?yàn)橛辛瞬罹嗖抛屵@個(gè)社會(huì)變得豐富多彩，但是，也讓很多人碌碌無(wú)為。人都是有思想的，但每個(gè)人的思想?yún)s有所不同，有的人明明自身?xiàng)l件不是很好，可自己又不去努力，老是抱怨，羨慕別人，對(duì)自己好到想閑就閑，想睡就睡，天天有著偉大的夢(mèng)想，卻從來(lái)沒有為夢(mèng)想去拼過(guò)。有的人可能家庭條件很好，但自己依然很努力。有些很努力的人雖然自身?xiàng)l件不好，一旦自己選擇了想要做的事，無(wú)論如何他們都會(huì)去拼，最終，他們都成了這個(gè)社會(huì)的佼佼者。能力本身對(duì)于每個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō)就有差異化，就像我們上學(xué)時(shí)考試成績(jī)有優(yōu)差一樣，每個(gè)人的資質(zhì)都有所不同，做事情取得的效果也就不一樣。

工作環(huán)境就像一個(gè)大染缸，能力的強(qiáng)弱影響不了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老板，改變不了待遇，區(qū)分不了差距。同一片天，同一個(gè)環(huán)境，由于責(zé)任心的差距，有的人工作比較多一些，有的人卻幾乎無(wú)事可做，工作的常態(tài)變成不做是正常，做了是應(yīng)該，最后導(dǎo)致沒有責(zé)任感的人終日無(wú)所事事，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)的人卻總是有做不完的工作，長(zhǎng)期這樣會(huì)讓人心里產(chǎn)生不平衡，終有一天撐不住了，到那時(shí)就會(huì)心生抱怨，甚至委屈到不行，然后可能就會(huì)揮一揮衣袖，不帶走一片云彩。無(wú)論如何，我希望我們都能為那些受到不公平待遇和被大環(huán)境壓迫的人發(fā)聲，也許這個(gè)世界會(huì)更有人情味一些。

人有時(shí)候真的是個(gè)矛盾體，有句話說(shuō)的是：幫別人做事是情分，不幫是本分。但是好多人卻把順序和意思表達(dá)的詞不達(dá)意。每個(gè)人都有各自的小心思，只是不要太明顯太夸張就好，我們都可以一笑而過(guò)。不管干工作還做其它事情，做了就別再抱怨，因?yàn)槟銕ег沟那榫w仍然還是要把那些事情做完，還要繼續(xù)做好那些枯燥乏味的工作，你只有欣然接受，才能擁有一個(gè)好心情。

總而言之，每個(gè)人其實(shí)就是從這里走到那里一條路的光景，也就是你從生到死的距離，至于這條路如何走下去，就得看我們自己了。這條路，也許很輕松，也許很苦，很孤獨(dú)，可是只要你的選擇是對(duì)的，你的夢(mèng)想早晚都會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)，即使沒你想象中的那么好，至少你不會(huì)遺憾，因?yàn)槟銑^不顧身的拼過(guò)。

團(tuán)隊(duì)是由人構(gòu)成的，不是由物品構(gòu)成的。要打造正能量團(tuán)隊(duì)，團(tuán)隊(duì)的“帶頭大哥”必須了解面對(duì)不同的環(huán)境時(shí)人們將作出何種反應(yīng)?！皫ь^大哥”必須知道什么樣的條件可以深深地吸引人們，并讓他們變得活躍。也就是說(shuō)，什么讓人們迫切地想要參與進(jìn)來(lái)，什么讓人們反感，導(dǎo)致人們離開或者不再參與任何事情。
