我不是畫家，不能用畫筆來描繪我職業(yè)的繽紛：我不是作家，不能用華美的詞句來贊美我的職業(yè);我不是歌手，不能用動(dòng)聽的歌聲來歌詠我的崗位，我只是一名普通的小學(xué)老師，在平凡的崗位上只能像小蜜蜂一樣，不斷的采擷著、積累著，構(gòu)筑心中那最美好。

還記得最初在十字路口的彷徨“刻板、單調(diào)、撐不了餓不死”這樣的職業(yè)對(duì)于那個(gè)張揚(yáng)的年紀(jì)實(shí)在缺少點(diǎn)吸引力。在極不情愿的情況下，我無奈的踏進(jìn)了學(xué)校的大門。在這個(gè)社會(huì)，不斷膨脹的物欲帶來的是心理不平衡、是精神的空虛，轉(zhuǎn)行還是堅(jiān)持?然而，在城市的邊緣我見到了這樣的一群老師，沒有正式的

編制、拿著不高的工資、每年都接納著五湖四海的孩子，但他們依然無怨無悔，像春蠶、像蠟燭，他們用自己的青春和生命來捍衛(wèi)這個(gè)職業(yè)的圣潔時(shí)，我如夢(mèng)初醒。他們用自己的行動(dòng)，用自己生命的痕跡激勵(lì)著我們這些后來人，這些同行們，讓我們由不情愿到情愿，由情愿到全身心地?zé)釔圻@個(gè)工作。因?yàn)?，生命的意義遠(yuǎn)不止于功利?！比顺燥埵菫榱嘶钪?，但活著絕不是為了吃飯”。生活中許多微小中藏有博大，短暫中孕育永恒。

在書上見過這樣一個(gè)故事：一條小魚蹦出了河面，路過的人看見了卻熟視無睹，只有一個(gè)小男孩撿起那條魚，把它放進(jìn)了河里，別人對(duì)那個(gè)男孩說：“你干嘛這么做呢，誰還會(huì)在乎一條小魚?”小男孩卻說：“小魚在乎?！?/p>

是的呀，小魚在乎!同樣的，老師的一次會(huì)心的微笑，一個(gè)鼓勵(lì)的眼神，一句溫馨的問候，一個(gè)體貼的動(dòng)作，都會(huì)令學(xué)生信心倍增、溫暖倍至，因?yàn)閷W(xué)生在乎，家長在乎!

每當(dāng)在校內(nèi)或是校外聽到學(xué)生們一聲“老師好”的時(shí)候，每當(dāng)看到孩子們的點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步，心里便會(huì)蕩漾起無邊的幸福?！袄蠋?，我家的孩子最近......”總會(huì)有家長來打電話或者到校來詢問孩子們的情況，他們是那么放心的把孩子的未來全托付給了我們，可是我該怎樣去托起那份沉甸甸的希望?
