上午好，老師和同學(xué)們，很高興在這里進(jìn)行我們的演講。我們的主題是關(guān)于美國職業(yè)籃球聯(lián)盟（nba）。下面開始我的報(bào)告 good morning everyone!it’s nice to be here for our speech。our subject talks about national basketball association ,which is short for nba.then let me start my report.? our report contains six parts: ? 1 the founding and development history of nba;? 2 the management of nba;? 3 nba teams;? 4 the all star weekend;? 5 the legendary star of nba;? 6 the cheerleader nba成立于1946年6月6日。成立時(shí)叫baa，即全美籃球協(xié)會(huì)，是由十一家冰球館和體育館的老板為了讓體育館在冰球比賽以外的時(shí)間，不至于閑置而共同發(fā)起成立的，成立baa的初衷是為了讓體育館在冰球比賽以外的時(shí)間不至于空閑冷場(chǎng)，但是實(shí)際上背后真正的商業(yè)理由是：當(dāng)時(shí)二戰(zhàn)剛剛結(jié)束，人們需要從緊張的氣氛中解脫出來，體育和娛樂正是人們的消費(fèi)熱點(diǎn)，當(dāng)然也是投資熱點(diǎn)，因此，聯(lián)盟的成立的目的不光說是一項(xiàng)競(jìng)賽，當(dāng)然還是投資一檔生意。發(fā)展：1.1946年6月6日，成立時(shí)叫baa，即全美籃球協(xié)會(huì) ,11支球隊(duì)；2，1949年，美國兩大籃球組織baa和nbl合并為“nba” ,17支球隊(duì)；3.1976年，吞并 aba ,22支球隊(duì)；4.2004年，夏洛特山貓隊(duì)加入，球隊(duì)達(dá)到30支。nba之所以成為現(xiàn)在籃球領(lǐng)域的第一大聯(lián)盟，和它成功的商業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是分不開的。尋找合作伙伴，造星運(yùn)動(dòng)，產(chǎn)品外延，全球化推廣等是他們常用的戰(zhàn)略 聯(lián)盟的組織管理制度，主要在聯(lián)盟和俱樂部之間進(jìn)行，他們之間互相有金錢聯(lián)系。聯(lián)盟的收入包括：轉(zhuǎn)播費(fèi)，聯(lián)盟標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品銷售，聯(lián)盟衍生產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，全球推廣活動(dòng)，俱樂部的收入則由球衣等紀(jì)念品銷售，球衣廣告，場(chǎng)內(nèi)廣告，球票銷售等 the alliance has a set of organization and management system,which has money contact with the clubs.第二部分

這是nba球隊(duì)的地理分布圖，總共30支球隊(duì)，除了多倫多猛龍隊(duì)在加拿大外，其他的都在美國本土。30支球隊(duì)被分為東西部，兩個(gè)賽區(qū)，每個(gè)賽區(qū)都有15支球隊(duì)。比較有名的像洛杉磯湖人和休斯頓火箭隊(duì)屬于西部賽區(qū)，而波士頓凱爾特人和邁阿密熱火隊(duì)則屬于東部賽區(qū)。

this is an nba team geographical distribution, a total of 30 teams, they are located in the united states in addition to the toronto raptors in canada.30 teams are divided into two parts, east and west , each division has 15 teams.there are some teams well-known to us such as the los angeles lakers and the houston rockets belong to a western conference, and the boston celtics and the miami heat belong to the eastern conference.nba賽程主要包括常規(guī)賽、季后賽和總決賽。我們前面說過，nba共有東西兩個(gè)半?yún)^(qū)，每個(gè)半?yún)^(qū)又分為3個(gè)賽區(qū)。同一賽區(qū)的5支球隊(duì)每兩支球隊(duì)相互要打4場(chǎng)比賽，分為兩個(gè)主場(chǎng)和兩個(gè)客場(chǎng)。同一半?yún)^(qū)的兩支球隊(duì)要打3～4場(chǎng)比賽，這由nba總部視比賽的看點(diǎn)來決定。不同半?yún)^(qū)的兩支球隊(duì)打兩場(chǎng)比賽，分別是一個(gè)主場(chǎng)和一個(gè)客場(chǎng)。在整個(gè)常規(guī)賽開賽之前，為便于磨合球隊(duì)，nba會(huì)安排一些熱身賽，被稱為季前賽，他的成績不計(jì)入球隊(duì)常規(guī)賽季的成績。在常規(guī)賽之后，東西部各3個(gè)賽區(qū)的第1名和常規(guī)賽成績較好的其他5支球隊(duì)分別進(jìn)行季后賽，季后賽采用7戰(zhàn)4勝制，直到?jīng)Q出東西部冠軍，最后再由東西部冠軍進(jìn)行總決賽。nba schedule includes regular season, playoffs and finals.as we know,nba has 2.5 district, each half of the district is divided into 3 division.one division of 5 teams in each of the two teams will play 4 games each other, two home and two away.two teams in half of the district will beat 3 to 4 games, the order of games decided by nba headquarters according to the point.different half area of the two teams will play two games, one home and one away game.in the regular season before starting, in order to facilitate the running team, nba will arrange some warm-up match, it is known as the preseason, its grades are not included in the regular season.after the regular season,the first of three divisions from east and west play for the playoffs along with other five teams recording well.the playoffs adopt to four out of seven innings until eastern champion and western champion, and finally to the championship finals.這個(gè)是去年的nba季后賽對(duì)陣圖

好吧 開始第一個(gè)主題

夢(mèng)想 關(guān)乎字義 百度百科給出這樣的解釋 夢(mèng)：睡眠時(shí)身體內(nèi)外各種刺激或殘留在大腦里的外界刺激引起的景象活動(dòng) 想：內(nèi)心活動(dòng)所產(chǎn)生的欲望 夢(mèng)想：意指夢(mèng)中懷想、理想等。

結(jié)合以上說法 夢(mèng)想 也就是不切實(shí)際 空空幻想 想必 在座各位都有夢(mèng)想或都有過夢(mèng)想。曾經(jīng)各位家長你們追逐 引以為傲的夢(mèng)想如今實(shí)現(xiàn)了嗎 ? 如今回想是否覺得可笑 或是 惋惜的。

大部分可能因?yàn)楦鞣N各樣的問題出現(xiàn)而終止[1] 甚至是忘卻了 曾經(jīng)的夢(mèng)。

夢(mèng)想，讓宇宙的呈現(xiàn)充滿了力量與可能性，人類因夢(mèng)想而獲得更高目的的存在 而現(xiàn)在 你們身邊的我們 正是可以不惜一切 為了我們的夢(mèng)想放手一搏的年紀(jì) 即使被打擊 還有背后的你們撐住我們。所有我們必然也是必須抓住這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)。

記得語文來上課的時(shí)候 談到 夢(mèng)想這個(gè)詞 老師說 你們小時(shí)候 都?jí)粝?考北大 啊 清華啊 現(xiàn)在 你們高三了 有途徑 可以去上北大清華了 當(dāng)時(shí) 下面 很多人都在笑 說這怎么可能 開什么玩笑 說真的 我當(dāng)時(shí) 不知道為什么 有些難受 我心里想如果老師這句話是在 16班或17班說(也就是1中的零班)下面的學(xué)生絕對(duì)不會(huì)笑 因?yàn)檫@本就是他們的目標(biāo) 所有我最討厭別人說不可能。

我們先會(huì)開始 一個(gè)15-20 天的訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃 大致是 每天早上4點(diǎn)一中籃球場(chǎng)集訓(xùn) 天亮 回家 休息

大概也就是 二個(gè)半小時(shí)

下午集體休息

晚上呢 會(huì)到 昌河燈光球場(chǎng)打比賽 因?yàn)椴佣际谴笕舜蚯?我們需要一定的對(duì)抗 第二天 早上4點(diǎn)不會(huì)變

天亮回家休息

下午 健身房力量訓(xùn)練

晚上昌河打球

第三天 早上4點(diǎn)不變

下午3點(diǎn) 陶院打球 其他時(shí)間休息

第四天 早上4點(diǎn)仍然不變(我認(rèn)為這是對(duì)我隊(duì)員的磨練 畢竟這不是旅游 而是修行 我是這

樣認(rèn)為的)晚上 晚飯后 健身房

往后以4天輪回 雖然艱苦 但絕對(duì)是磨練 堅(jiān)持下來對(duì)每個(gè)人的實(shí)力絕對(duì)提升 詳細(xì)計(jì)劃我會(huì)和隊(duì)員商討

So after twelve years,I stood in front of you,I've won two NBA championships,and I played in great teams there,and I make my dreams come true.I think my story,the most wonderful part is to tell you that is not what I woke up one night I went to the NBA arena,not the case.I have every small step along the way,until today's success,I was squeezed off,someone said I was not good enough,some people say I will never succeed,when my success in basketball,people always want to call me a basketball star,but for my own words in addition to basketball there are a lot of things.

我在密歇根底特律的平民家庭長大,我的父親是一個(gè)言語不多的人,他是個(gè)商人,我父親告訴過我很重要的一點(diǎn),也是我從他身上看到的,父親教會(huì)我,每天都要為夢(mèng)想竭盡全力。那就是每天他起床穿戴衣服之后,他會(huì)告訴他自己,無論你是生病了還是你覺得勞累了,但是他總會(huì)竭盡全力。

很多人認(rèn)為我是某天醒來發(fā)現(xiàn)自己突然長到2米05,我可以打進(jìn)NBA也是很自然的事兒,但沒有人認(rèn)識(shí)到成為NBA球員靠的是恒心和毅力。其實(shí)我在整個(gè)追夢(mèng)的過程中都是靠恒心和毅力才使自己最終進(jìn)入NBA。當(dāng)我12歲的時(shí)候我身高是1米8,當(dāng)時(shí)就像鉛筆一樣的瘦,沒有一個(gè)女孩愿意跟我約會(huì)或者跟我接吻,因?yàn)樗齻冇X得我長得很好笑。有天我跟小伙伴們聊天,我告訴他們說有一天我會(huì)到NBA賽場(chǎng)上去比賽,你們猜他們什么反應(yīng),他們嘲笑我,他們嘲笑我的夢(mèng)想。

他們告訴我說,肖恩你太瘦了,而且你跑得不快,跳得也不夠高,你絕對(duì)不可能到NBA去打球的,你絕對(duì)不可能完成你的夢(mèng)想。作為一個(gè)12歲小男孩我聽到這樣的話我覺得很傷心,因?yàn)樗麄儾徽J(rèn)可我的夢(mèng)想。那么當(dāng)時(shí)我覺得我最看中的是我自己的想法。每天早上我起來看著鏡子我問我自己:肖恩,你每天都準(zhǔn)備好了嗎?今天你要竭盡全力,去接近夢(mèng)想,一點(diǎn)也好。

在我晚上睡覺刷牙的時(shí)候,我也是看著鏡子問我自己,不要想昨天也不要想明天,只想想今天我是不是離我的夢(mèng)想,離我的目標(biāo)近了一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)呢?大部分的時(shí)候我都可以說是的。我每一天都在練習(xí)、不斷地練習(xí),我一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)地進(jìn)步,當(dāng)我十四歲的時(shí)候,我就已經(jīng)有將近兩米高了。

我上高中后漸漸地開始成功,當(dāng)時(shí)有一個(gè)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員叫克里斯·韋伯,他當(dāng)時(shí)是NBA選秀的第一名,所以在我還是高一的時(shí)候,我十四、五歲左右我身邊的人都告訴我說,你永遠(yuǎn)沒辦法像克里斯那樣出色,因?yàn)榭死锼购軓?qiáng)壯,而且力氣也很大,但是你跑得不快,彈跳力也不行,你永遠(yuǎn)也不可能成為他。但是我小時(shí)候,已經(jīng)聽過這種話了,那么我怎么做呢?

我看著鏡子對(duì)自己說“你要知道,只有你自己的想法是最重要的”,所以我就不斷地去努力。在我高中畢業(yè)的時(shí)候,我要準(zhǔn)備去上大學(xué)了,我已經(jīng)贏了三個(gè)全州的冠軍,而且我還是那一年整個(gè)全美高中明星隊(duì)里面的一員,我是當(dāng)時(shí)全國高中生中最棒的籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員。我后來就決定進(jìn)入到美國一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)與籃球都很出色的大學(xué),那就是杜克大學(xué)。你們肯定想不到我在申請(qǐng)杜克時(shí),人們對(duì)我說的話。

他們說:“哦,肖恩,你現(xiàn)在籃球打得很好,但你在大學(xué)的時(shí)候,應(yīng)該不會(huì)那么出色了,因?yàn)槟闼俣缺容^慢,跳得也不高,而且你也不夠強(qiáng)壯,你的籃球意識(shí)也不夠強(qiáng)?！边@些話都是我在十二歲的時(shí)候,在十四、五歲的時(shí)候也聽過。那么我怎么做呢,我也是站在鏡子前,我問我自己,你準(zhǔn)備好了嗎?你要去向那些質(zhì)疑你的人證明,證明他們是錯(cuò)的,所以我就不斷地奮斗。在我四年的大學(xué)結(jié)束以后,我決定加入NBA。我到了NBA的'時(shí)候,人們的質(zhì)疑又來了,他們說肖恩你大學(xué)的時(shí)候是很好的球員,但是你絕對(duì)不可能是一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的專業(yè)球員,很驚訝吧,很讓人震驚吧。而我是怎么做的呢?我對(duì)著鏡子告訴自己說:現(xiàn)在是你繼續(xù)努力的時(shí)候了。

那么十二年之后,我站在各位的面前,我已經(jīng)贏得了NBA的兩個(gè)總冠軍,而且我在非常棒的兩支球隊(duì)里面打過球,而且我讓我的夢(mèng)想成真了。我覺得我的故事當(dāng)中,最美妙的一部分是告訴大家,并不是我一夜之間醒過來我就到了NBA的賽場(chǎng),不是這樣的。我這一路上每一小步,直到今天的成功,我被排擠過,有人說我不夠優(yōu)秀,有人說我永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)成功,當(dāng)我在籃球方面成功的時(shí)候,人們總是希望稱我為籃球明星,但是對(duì)于我自己的話除了籃球之外還有很多的東西。

我非常地幸運(yùn),我的父母都非常重視對(duì)我的教育,但是我有一些朋友和老師,他們會(huì)說:“肖恩,你不需要成為一個(gè)很好的學(xué)生,只要好好打你的籃球就行了?！蔽艺f不“不,我不要這樣子,我要成為一個(gè)很好的學(xué)生。因?yàn)槲蚁矚g學(xué)習(xí),喜歡看書,我喜歡學(xué)習(xí)新的東西。”

在我整個(gè)四年的高中時(shí)間,我的成績只得到了一個(gè)B,其他的都是A。

我還記得,我小的時(shí)候還踢過足球,當(dāng)時(shí)有很大的一個(gè)球場(chǎng),應(yīng)該是類似錦標(biāo)賽的一個(gè)比賽,現(xiàn)在仍然記憶猶新。當(dāng)時(shí)我12歲,我非常地緊張,我害怕自己會(huì)犯錯(cuò)誤,但當(dāng)我?guī)蚺軙r(shí)總是踢偏,怎么都跑不遠(yuǎn),要知道我面對(duì)的是大概六萬的觀眾,我不能面對(duì)這樣的場(chǎng)面,我難過地哭了,但至少我努力過、我試過,雖然我可能失敗了,我從失敗中的收獲,可能比從成功中的收獲更大。

新東方名師張一楠講師，曾經(jīng)是哈工大一名普通的學(xué)生。對(duì)英語并沒有太大的興趣，當(dāng)他知道俞敏洪老師到他們學(xué)校來演講的時(shí)候，他抱著試一試的態(tài)度去看看老俞到底是如何把枯燥的英語變成了令人心潮澎湃的一件事。從老俞一開口他就被老俞非凡的才華所吸引，所折服，無限的激情的所感染。并下定決心今后要更加認(rèn)真的學(xué)英語，當(dāng)老俞演講完之后，他毫不猶豫的第一個(gè)沖上講臺(tái)，緊緊的抱住老俞激動(dòng)地說“俞老師，您講的太有激情了，我是你的偶像”，俞老師說“小伙子，你很勇敢，我很欣賞你的勇氣，以后歡迎你到新東方來”。最終張一楠成為了新東方一名優(yōu)秀的講師。老俞看到他時(shí)會(huì)主動(dòng)的向他打招呼，并高興地說“看，我的偶像來了”。

成大業(yè)者事業(yè)的起步都是始于一次心動(dòng)

當(dāng)他看到一個(gè)人成功輝煌的樣子，心里會(huì)暗自發(fā)狠：“窮盡一生，我也要成為他那個(gè)樣子”，任何人心中如果沒有這種刻骨銘心的心動(dòng)，如果沒有這種核心的癡迷，都會(huì)難以抵御世間萬千的誘惑，所以成大業(yè)者都是迷上了一個(gè)人然后迷上一件事，最后世界上所有的人都迷上了他。

蘋果公司前總裁喬布斯，之所以能把蘋果公司從一個(gè)在自己家車庫中開的電腦小作坊變成世界知名的電子產(chǎn)品大公司，就是源于他自己最初的夢(mèng)想，改變他所熱愛的世界的堅(jiān)持。并為之付出巨大的努力！我們每一個(gè)人生來就攜帶著一樣珍貴的禮物，他代表著我們對(duì)世界的理解，對(duì)生命的熱愛。我們?cè)谒媲俺錆M了無限的興趣熱情以及好奇心，這就是夢(mèng)想！在這個(gè)世界上能夠遺世獨(dú)立的人并不多，世俗的眼光以壓倒性的力量讓你屈服，屈服了，你就會(huì)和其他人一樣平庸；抗?fàn)?。你就有力量和勇氣繼續(xù)盎然前行。你的夢(mèng)想任何人都沒有資格評(píng)判

夢(mèng)想讓你知道，在生命中有件事情是你一定要實(shí)現(xiàn)的，這件事就是你的命，這件事的價(jià)值就是你生命的全部價(jià)值。

人活著是偶然的，死去是必然的，你終將離去，唯一給這個(gè)世界留下的，只有你曾經(jīng)的夢(mèng)想，以及你對(duì)這個(gè)世界所作出的改變

慶幸吧，因?yàn)槟愦丝踢€活著，既然生命還在，就請(qǐng)斷絕與你的生命夢(mèng)想無關(guān)的所有事情，所謂“逝者如斯夫，不舍晝夜”time waits for no man，生命不應(yīng)該懼怕結(jié)束，而應(yīng)懼怕從未開始過。人生的悲劇不在于你遭受過什么，而在于你錯(cuò)過了什么，the tragedy of life is not so much what you suffer,but what you miss.比擔(dān)憂自己過早的意外離去更有價(jià)值的事情是：在活著的時(shí)候去著手我們改變我們深愛著的世界。喬布斯說：“不要被教條所限，要聽從自己內(nèi)心的聲音，去做自己想做的事，你的時(shí)間有限，所以不要為別人而活”。

夢(mèng)想 關(guān)乎字義 百度百科給出這樣的解釋 夢(mèng)：睡眠時(shí)身體內(nèi)外各種刺激或殘留在大腦里的外界刺激引起的景象活動(dòng) 想：內(nèi)心活動(dòng)所產(chǎn)生的欲望 夢(mèng)想：意指夢(mèng)中懷想、理想等。

結(jié)合以上說法 夢(mèng)想 也就是不切實(shí)際 空空幻想 想必 在座各位都有夢(mèng)想或都有過夢(mèng)想。曾經(jīng)各位家長你們追逐 引以為傲的夢(mèng)想如今實(shí)現(xiàn)了嗎 ? 如今回想是否覺得可笑 或是 惋惜的。

大部分可能因?yàn)楦鞣N各樣的問題出現(xiàn)而終止[1] 甚至是忘卻了 曾經(jīng)的夢(mèng)。

夢(mèng)想，讓宇宙的呈現(xiàn)充滿了力量與可能性，人類因夢(mèng)想而獲得更高目的的存在 而現(xiàn)在 你們身邊的我們 正是可以不惜一切 為了我們的夢(mèng)想放手一搏的年紀(jì) 即使被打擊 還有背后的你們撐住我們。所有我們必然也是必須抓住這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)。

記得語文來上課的時(shí)候 談到 夢(mèng)想這個(gè)詞 老師說 你們小時(shí)候 都?jí)粝?考北大 啊 清華啊 現(xiàn)在 你們高三了 有途徑 可以去上北大清華了 當(dāng)時(shí) 下面 很多人都在笑 說這怎么可能 開什么玩笑 說真的 我當(dāng)時(shí) 不知道為什么 有些難受 我心里想如果老師這句話是在 16班或17班說(也就是1中的零班)下面的學(xué)生絕對(duì)不會(huì)笑 因?yàn)檫@本就是他們的目標(biāo) 所有我最討厭別人說不可能。

The Origin of Basketball

The challenge that inspired the invention of basketball came from Dr.Luther Halsey Gulick, Jr., the superintendent of physical education at the international YMCA Training School.During the summer session of 1891, Gulick introduced a new course in the psychology of play, and Naismith was one of his students.In class discussions, Gulick brought up an issue that was weighing on his mind: the need for new indoor game “that would be interesting, easy to learn, and easy to play in the winter and by artificial light.”

Though the class didn't follow up on Gulick's challenge to invent such a game, Naismith found himself revisiting the issue a few months later when the physical education faculty met to discuss what was becoming a persistent problem.With the end of the fall sports season, the school once again confronted the distaste many students felt for the gymnasium work that was mandatory during the winter months.One class was particularly incorrigible, and two instructors had already tried and failed to devise activities that would interest them.In college,my favourite sport is sport can improve my health and idea in team ,through the basketball sport,we can
