文章記憶是記憶法最重要的應(yīng)用，要求比較高。需要我們的左右腦分工合作，綜合使用文章整理技巧和靈活運(yùn)用各種記憶方法。總的來(lái)說(shuō)分兩大步驟：整理和記憶，整理的過(guò)程，是把文章從厚讀成薄的過(guò)程；記憶則是把書(shū)從薄讀成厚的過(guò)程。記憶整篇文章主要將用到定樁法、串聯(lián)法以及兩種方法的結(jié)合使用。用這幾種方法我們可以迅速和牢固地一字不漏記憶詩(shī)歌、文字段落、以及整篇文章。步驟：

A、熟讀原文

B、提取關(guān)鍵字： C、圖像化關(guān)鍵字： D、回溯關(guān)鍵字

E、串聯(lián)法或是定樁法進(jìn)行編碼記憶 F、根據(jù)編碼回憶原文 G、復(fù)習(xí)H、脫樁

斷句一般要求長(zhǎng)短差不多。大部分句子的長(zhǎng)度不超過(guò)20個(gè)字。能形成一個(gè)相對(duì)完整的意思。

第二步：確定樁子以及數(shù)量

樁子：可以是數(shù)字樁，地點(diǎn)樁，身體樁，人物樁，熟語(yǔ)樁

數(shù)量： 因?yàn)閿嗑涑?0個(gè)句子，所以要 20個(gè)樁子 假設(shè)這里用人物樁

1～10用西游記的人物

順序: 如來(lái)－觀音－唐僧五師徒－牛魔王一家三口，這個(gè)順序不難吧，具體人物有：

如來(lái)－觀音－唐僧－孫悟空－豬八戒－沙僧－白龍馬－牛魔王－鐵扇公主－紅孩兒

11～20用水滸的家喻戶(hù)曉的人物：

宋江，吳用，林沖，魯智深，武松。楊志，戴宗，燕青，李逵，顧大嫂

但上面的很亂，沒(méi)有順序，我們就自己給它定個(gè)順序，記住下面兩句話(huà)： 五姑帶鹵羊，武林送禮宴（五個(gè)姑娘帶著一只鹵羊，在武林大會(huì)上送去做禮宴）

讀兩遍就可以牢牢記住了吧，這樣11～20的人物樁便是： 11吳用 12顧大嫂 13戴宗 14魯智深 15楊志 16武松 17林沖

連貫起來(lái)回憶一兩遍，就很熟了

第三步：句子左邊寫(xiě)上對(duì)應(yīng)樁子，并提取關(guān)鍵字或簡(jiǎn)化句子

關(guān)鍵詞的提取時(shí)不但應(yīng)考慮原句意思，也要考慮和樁子聯(lián)結(jié)的難易程度，所以要先把樁子寫(xiě)在左邊，以便決定取舍。

第四步：部分關(guān)鍵字圖像化和進(jìn)一步簡(jiǎn)化

抽象轉(zhuǎn)具像，是記憶的基本功，這里綜合使用基礎(chǔ)記憶技巧進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)化和轉(zhuǎn)換。這里只是轉(zhuǎn)換了一部分抽象詞，體現(xiàn)了靈活這一記憶原則，在文章的記憶中，不必每個(gè)抽象詞都要轉(zhuǎn)化成圖像。只要聯(lián)結(jié)容易形成清晰的情景就可以了。

第五步：定樁聯(lián)結(jié)記憶

記憶時(shí)盡量出現(xiàn)圖像，配合自己的六感

第六步：根據(jù)樁子回憶

回憶第五步的聯(lián)結(jié)，再回憶還原第三步提取的關(guān)鍵字或簡(jiǎn)化句子，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)忘記了哪個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，再去加強(qiáng)原來(lái)的記憶，把原來(lái)的圖像再清晰化，完善記憶。

第七步：根據(jù)關(guān)鍵字用自己的話(huà)還原全文（注意：用自己的話(huà)）

根據(jù)關(guān)鍵字和開(kāi)始通讀或通看時(shí)對(duì)原文的印象，用自己的話(huà)復(fù)述原文。充分利用左腦的功能。

第八步：修正到一字不漏

用自己記住的句子和原文對(duì)照，再加強(qiáng)和修正自己的記憶。力求做到一字不漏。

通過(guò)這次隨同孩子遠(yuǎn)足活動(dòng)，點(diǎn)燃了我內(nèi)心的激情，喚醒了我對(duì)孩子的認(rèn)識(shí)，也增加了我和孩子之間的友情。因孩子腳小時(shí)候扭過(guò)一次，當(dāng)時(shí)我們沒(méi)在意，沒(méi)有及時(shí)治療，形成了運(yùn)動(dòng)大腳疼的毛病，又加上前段時(shí)間體育課又扭了，還沒(méi)很好的恢復(fù)。在返程的路上一直喊疼，當(dāng)時(shí)我處于厚愛(ài)，讓他放棄坐車(chē)回學(xué)校，我跟著隊(duì)伍走，但他沒(méi)有聽(tīng)我的，說(shuō)：“不，我不放棄，我要堅(jiān)持，我能行，我沒(méi)事，不能拖班里的后腿?！碑?dāng)時(shí)我聽(tīng)了很感動(dòng)，也很心疼，心想孩子真的長(zhǎng)大了，具有很高的集體榮譽(yù)感，我心想有這樣的孩子感覺(jué)又驕傲、又自豪。我伴隨他一瘸一拐的堅(jiān)持了下來(lái)，見(jiàn)證了他的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)！
