一、思想方面的培優(yōu)補差。

1．做好學(xué)生的思想工作，經(jīng)常和學(xué)生談心，關(guān)心他們，關(guān)愛他們，讓學(xué)生覺得老師是重視他們的，激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。了解學(xué)生們的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、學(xué)習(xí)方法等。從而根據(jù)學(xué)生的思想心態(tài)進行相應(yīng)的輔導(dǎo)。

二、采取有效培優(yōu)補差措施。
