1、關(guān)于給客戶發(fā)短信：

不管客戶是否已經(jīng)存了你的手機(jī)號(hào)碼，第一條短信務(wù)必署名，以某公司某人的格式，當(dāng)然如果比較熟，某公司可以去掉，以免造成陌生感。為什么要這么做呢？

以前有個(gè)關(guān)系很好的客戶給我講了個(gè)事兒，有一天他的手機(jī)通訊錄出了問題，無法顯示姓名，然后就收到一條短信，邀請(qǐng)他參加某某會(huì)議，從短信內(nèi)容無法判斷發(fā)件人是誰，又不好意思問，然后就沒有然后了。

還有，逢年過節(jié)，給客戶發(fā)祝福短信，你會(huì)怎么發(fā)？我收到祝福短信一般都不會(huì)回，甚至不會(huì)看，為什么呢，不是我清高，只是這些短信已經(jīng)成了逢年過節(jié)的負(fù)擔(dān)。我只會(huì)回以下幾種短信：

一、前面加我名字的，這種短信我會(huì)覺得他是專門發(fā)給我的，而不是群發(fā)，我沒理由不回；
