96年6月份曾考過此題，今天來看，似乎更有現(xiàn)實意義。這是一道負面社會現(xiàn)象題，那么挖掘其背后根源，并找出解決方案，就成為探討的主要方面，而提綱也正是如此。三個提綱各屬其類，界限清晰，直接按提綱寫三段即可。段1為提出現(xiàn)象，確立研究對象。提綱1翻譯后僅一句話，作為一段話則顯內(nèi)容單薄，字數(shù)匱乏，所以需進一步發(fā)揮。不妨從例證角度擴充，舉例時即可基于國內(nèi)現(xiàn)狀，也可縱觀全球，顯然前者更易行?？蓮奈覈髂系貐^(qū)的生活缺水，水價上升，以及河流干涸等細節(jié)方面鋪陳。段2是原因分析，建議分析主觀原因和客觀原因兩方面。所謂主觀原因即是基于人的思想意念，心理意識，行為動機以及行為舉措，比如人們節(jié)約意識的淡漠或者人們誤認為淡水取之不盡等不當想法。而客觀原因則是從非人角度出發(fā)，如社會發(fā)展，人口激增，甚至污染的加劇等方面出發(fā)，這些因素均使得淡水消耗的增加。當然，考場上由于時間緊迫，無法細想，可能會寫出的兩個全是主觀類或客觀類的原因，其實也無妨，只要二者不同即可，謹防雖言明兩原因，但實則彼此混淆，出現(xiàn)邏輯不清的窘?jīng)r。段3是措施分析，措施可從官方措施和民眾措施兩方面寫起，也可加入作為現(xiàn)代年輕人，我該如何約束自己，從生活中小事做起節(jié)約水資源等內(nèi)容?？傊?，在內(nèi)容上考生盡可發(fā)揮想象力，縱馬馳騁，原則依舊：切題者皆可。

這是一道校園話題，在內(nèi)容上即涉及現(xiàn)象，又涉及觀點，能很好地考察到學(xué)生的綜合分析能力。提綱1依舊是現(xiàn)象提出，看到提綱1，大家腦海里會浮現(xiàn)很多熟悉的場景，如校園布告欄里張貼著的兼職廣告，校園論壇上也經(jīng)常發(fā)布的一些兼職信息等等，這些都可反映在段1中。所以當我們第一眼看到話題或提綱時，腦海中常常會浮現(xiàn)出相關(guān)場景，把這些畫面定格，進行詳細描繪即可，即自然又切題。當然，段1也可從學(xué)生的兼職渠道以及兼職類型等方面加以發(fā)揮。總之，提綱是總領(lǐng)，而符合總領(lǐng)的任何附屬內(nèi)容都可寫。段2是人們對此學(xué)生兼職的不同看法，一正一反。切記在表達上述兩類觀點時，提出其相關(guān)論據(jù)。段3是提出作者本人看法。本人看法既可選擇上述任一方(只要不極端)，也可提出與上述均異的第三類觀點，對于極度偏激的正反方觀點則需做一番調(diào)和與勾兌(這個一般很少見)。需要提醒的是，繼提出己方觀點后，還應(yīng)補充其他內(nèi)容，如論據(jù);也可寫我的下一步做法，甚至可寫我所認為的大家對此問題所應(yīng)采取的對策云云。

這道題只有兩個提綱，所以建議在完成提綱要求內(nèi)容之后再補充一段相關(guān)內(nèi)容，可以在提綱2之后續(xù)補段3(如舉措類：如何合理地限制私家車的出行以減少廢氣排放等等)，也可在1，2之間插入一段(如原因分析，即為何私家車越來越多)。先來看提綱1，依然是事實陳述，看到提綱1，會很容易聯(lián)想到馬路上川流不息的過往車輛，以及高峰期令人沮喪的堵車，那么即可將這些內(nèi)容付諸筆端。再看提綱2，是私家車給人們生活帶來的影響，該事實是一中性事實，則需辯證地分析其影響的兩面性，一方面它帶來好處，如讓人們的出行變得更自由更方便，另一方面它帶來壞處，如排放廢氣，污染環(huán)境，或造成交通堵塞等等。

總之，四級作文并非高不可攀，只要大家依據(jù)提綱多多聯(lián)想，抓住最初的感動，在常理的指導(dǎo)下，將所欲傳達的內(nèi)容用確切的文字裝載出即可過關(guān)得勝。
