一、題型特點(diǎn)

倡議書(shū)可以是針對(duì)某項(xiàng)公益事業(yè)向公眾發(fā)出的倡導(dǎo)，倡議大家一起做某事，或提出合理化意見(jiàn)、建議，也可以是針對(duì)某個(gè)人或某個(gè)特定群體向公眾發(fā)出的求助。

倡議書(shū)的主要內(nèi)容： 1.介紹情況，發(fā)出倡議； 2.倡議的理由或意義； 3.倡議的具體內(nèi)容 寫(xiě)作注意事項(xiàng): 1.一定要寫(xiě)清楚提倡議的理由是什么，也就是為什么倡議，但是理由不要太多，抓住一兩點(diǎn)具體說(shuō)清楚就可以了。

2.提出的倡議不要面面俱到，要有針對(duì)性地抓住主要問(wèn)題提建議，而與此無(wú)關(guān)的或關(guān)系不大的其他方面，就不必贅述。

3.要充分考慮到倡議的可行性和具體條件。提出的倡議必須是別人能夠做到的或有條件做到的，而不能憑空想象，不著邊際。許多同學(xué)在倡議中喜歡喊口號(hào)，這種做法雖然沒(méi)有什么不妥，但總是給人一種夸夸其談、華而不實(shí)的感覺(jué)，自然也就很難獲得高分了。

二、答題要求

一篇得分較高的書(shū)面表達(dá)應(yīng)該具備以下特點(diǎn)：1)覆蓋所有內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)；2)有效地使用了語(yǔ)句間的連接成分，使全文結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，過(guò)渡自然；3)語(yǔ)句有簡(jiǎn)有繁，應(yīng)用了較多的語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯；4)語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)正確，具備較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力；5)語(yǔ)言地道流暢，書(shū)寫(xiě)規(guī)范

三、答題步驟

1.審題：細(xì)讀提示，弄清題材、體裁與格式，確定人稱、時(shí)態(tài)。2.抓點(diǎn)：用重點(diǎn)句型和短語(yǔ)列出文章的內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)。

3.造句：將要點(diǎn)擴(kuò)寫(xiě)成句，注意中英文在語(yǔ)言表達(dá)方式上的差異。

4.成文：連句成文。正確使用語(yǔ)句間的連接成分，使行文流暢，并注意段與段的銜接，做到邏輯正確、條理清楚。

5.潤(rùn)色: 盡量使用常用詞匯與句型，但對(duì)有把握的高級(jí)詞匯和復(fù)雜句式也要大膽運(yùn)用。在覆蓋文章要點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，可以適當(dāng)發(fā)揮，但擴(kuò)展的內(nèi)容一定要緊扣主題，不要寫(xiě)與主題無(wú)關(guān)的內(nèi)容?？傊龅讲宦?xiě)、不錯(cuò)寫(xiě)、不多寫(xiě)、不亂寫(xiě)。

6.復(fù)查：整篇文章所用的人稱是否一致；動(dòng)詞時(shí)態(tài)、語(yǔ)態(tài)是否一致、恰當(dāng)；格式是否適當(dāng)；冠詞、名詞單復(fù)數(shù)及單詞大小寫(xiě)、標(biāo)點(diǎn)及所有的拼寫(xiě)是否準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤；詞數(shù)是否符合要求；分段是否合理等。

7.謄寫(xiě)：修改無(wú)誤后，認(rèn)真規(guī)范地謄寫(xiě)在規(guī)定的地方。卷面要整潔美觀，盡量不出現(xiàn)涂改痕跡；字的大小與傾斜度，行距、字距，都要適當(dāng)，以免難以辨認(rèn)。

第四篇：公文寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)：倡議書(shū)寫(xiě)作格式及

1.概念

倡議書(shū)是為倡議、發(fā)起某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)而寫(xiě)的號(hào)召性的公開(kāi)提議性的專用書(shū)信。

2.格式

倡議書(shū)一般由標(biāo)題、稱呼、正文、結(jié)尾、落款五部分組成。

（1）標(biāo)題

倡議書(shū)標(biāo)題一般由文種名獨(dú)自組成，即在第一行正中用較大的字體寫(xiě)“倡議書(shū)”三個(gè)字。另外，標(biāo)題還可以由倡議內(nèi)容和文種名共同組成。如“把遺體交給醫(yī)學(xué)界利用的倡議書(shū) ”。

（2）稱呼

倡議書(shū)的稱呼可根據(jù)倡議的對(duì)象而選用適當(dāng)?shù)姆Q呼。如“廣大的青少年朋友們：”、“廣大的婦女同胞們：”等。有的倡議書(shū)也可不用稱呼，而在正文中指出。

（3）正文

正文內(nèi)容一般包括以下一些方面：

a.寫(xiě)倡議書(shū)的背景原因和目的倡議書(shū)的發(fā)出貴在引起廣泛的響應(yīng)，只有交代清楚倡議活動(dòng)的原因，以及當(dāng)時(shí)的各種背景事實(shí)，并申明發(fā)布倡議的目的，人們才會(huì)理解和信服，才會(huì)自覺(jué)的行動(dòng)。這些因素交待不清就會(huì)使人覺(jué)得莫名其妙，難以響應(yīng)。

b.寫(xiě)明倡議的具體內(nèi)容和要求

這是正文的重點(diǎn)部分。倡議的內(nèi)容一定要具體化。開(kāi)展怎樣的活動(dòng)，都做哪些事情，具體要求是什么，它的價(jià)值和意義都有哪些均需一一寫(xiě)明。

倡議的具體內(nèi)容一般是分條開(kāi)列的，這樣寫(xiě)往往清晰明確，一目了然。

（4）結(jié)尾
