活動背景:時間悄然，轉(zhuǎn)眼間又是一年的年尾了。不管這一年是好是壞、是開心還是悲傷，人們對未來的憧憬是不會變的。我權(quán)益保障部借元旦這一契機將舉辦元旦“許愿”活動。希望可以給同學們帶點歡樂，同時也祝愿大家在未來的日子里如魚得水。

活動內(nèi)容:(1)“寄家書”(2)“許愿” “寄家書”活動

活動目的:正值元旦之際，我權(quán)保部特擬組織此活動，希望以傳統(tǒng)的寫信形式來紀念大學第一個有意義的元旦節(jié)，用傳統(tǒng)書信在2013新的一年到來之際給家人報平安，給朋友送祝福，讓同學們學會感恩，懂得感恩，傳遞祝福。同時，借此機會讓大家重新熟悉書信，在當下信息化時代不忘回歸傳統(tǒng)，體會書信不同于E-Mail，手機短信的醇香。

活動時間:2013年元旦前兩到三周 活動具體安排: 1.前期宣傳動員:相關(guān)干事提前寫好宣傳單，利用大一晚自習時間我權(quán)保部副部及干事分成2-3組到自習室進行活動宣傳動員,向同學發(fā)放宣傳單，動員同學積極參加，讓他們提前準備，寫好稿件(即家書);聯(lián)系院宣傳部提供2-3張海報，置于17 棟和9棟宿舍大廳進行宣傳(元旦前三周完成)。另一方面通過騰訊微博的傳播盡量讓學院的每一個人知道。

2.活動中期安排:根據(jù)通知的時間到各班自習教室發(fā)放信封(向已寫信的同學發(fā)放)，并于20-30分鐘后確認地址郵編無誤，再由各班負責人收齊交到權(quán)保部匯總(元旦前兩周完成)。3.活動后期處理、宣傳:我權(quán)保部干事集中分類郵件，細化到省內(nèi)外，再統(tǒng)一粘貼郵票，確認信息無誤后分3-4批，約2天寄出，到時可以請宣傳部來拍攝活動過程，寫報道，通過院報，院網(wǎng)站等展示出來(元旦前一周完成)。

注:1.前期宣傳可借此機會重新普及書信格式;2.事先收集各地郵資情況，便于貼郵票;3.提前通知宣傳部，以防他們?nèi)蝿辗泵聿患?4.因為本次活動完全自愿，為保證實行效果，前期宣 傳一定要夠吸引人，有誘惑力。

活動時間:元旦晚會入場前 活動具體流程: 1.通過早期宣傳讓大家(新生)知曉此次活動，可以采用宣傳單和微博二維宣傳方式進行;2.聯(lián)系院宣傳部繪畫

一、兩張關(guān)于此次活動的宣傳海報，并于元旦之前安放于17棟和9棟走廊之間;3.元旦晚會入場前，由本部門干事從辦公室搬兩桌兩椅至大活展廳兩側(cè)，并指派干事值班(具體活動事宜見備注)，通知宣傳部將此次活動有關(guān)的海報都搬至大活;4.元旦晚會開始前，由兩名干事指引入場觀眾參與許愿活動(具體活動事宜見備注)，直至晚會開始二十分鐘后方可撤攤;5.活動中指派一兩名干事拍照記錄我部門本次活動的籌備及實施過程，以便做后期宣傳(發(fā)微博、寫報道至宣傳部郵箱刊登)。

備注:1)干事值班時指引入場觀眾分流兩邊桌子，一張桌子用于寫許愿卡——觀眾想要實現(xiàn)的愿望(可以實現(xiàn)的)，將卡片至于“許愿箱”里，待晚會開始后送至后臺用于抽獎(抽獎事宜聯(lián)系文藝部);另一張桌子的干事準備好便簽紙和筆，用來讓入場觀眾填寫心愿，并指導觀眾貼于許愿海報上。

彩排前確定晚會進行流程，本次彩排時相關(guān)演員必須到位，進行第一次完整彩排，以此發(fā)現(xiàn)晚會中的不足和提出更完善的方案，燈光、音效定稿，初步進行舞臺設計。

3、第3次彩排：12月22日（周三）晚7點

進行最后一次彩排，本次彩排完全按照晚會當天進行，將時間點、應急方案全部定稿，最后一次調(diào)整演員的舞臺走位和相關(guān)道具的擺放，彩排過程中盡力發(fā)現(xiàn)不足之處，進行最后的完善。

4、正式晚會：12月24日（周六）晚7點

節(jié)目要求舒緩安靜。讓所有來賓徹底放松，同時又很莊重，讓人能感受到元旦的氣氛。

·由主辦方領導元旦晚宴致辭。

·晚會特邀嘉賓致辭。（現(xiàn)場氣氛不必很嚴肅，配以歡快的背景音樂）

這部分活動是來賓用餐時間，在來賓用餐的時候主持人依次向觀眾介紹各種不同類型的音樂，然后由演員演唱包括：爵士音樂、福音音樂、布魯斯、中國民歌等。一定要安排舒緩的，適合人們在進食的時候聽的音樂類型。演員可以和伴奏樂隊合作，必要時也可以使用伴奏。在音樂演唱完后由樂隊演出背景音樂。此時音樂音量盡量降低，便于來賓之間交流。在進餐時間結(jié)束后，燈光漸暗，彩燈打開，會場要求是活力、動感的舞池的氛圍。元旦老(由后半部分的主持人扮演）人扮演，問大家有沒有吃好，然后從口袋里拿出一些糖果，及水果（不易碎的）在臺上分發(fā)給臺下觀眾。

(1)、“搶凳子”嬉戲：

在派對中心位置擺放一些小凳子，凳子的數(shù)量比小伴侶的人數(shù)少一個，讓小伴侶們手拉著手圍著中心隨著播放的《kitty貓動畫片》歌曲邊唱歌邊轉(zhuǎn)圈。當播放音樂停止時，小伴侶們都回去占據(jù)一把凳子，沒有占到凳子的那位小伴侶要表演一個節(jié)目才能退出嬉戲，如唱歌、跳舞或講故事等。每次嬉戲開頭時都拿走一個凳子，依次淘汰一位小伴侶，最終搶到凳子的小伴侶是成功者，贈送一份小獎品。

(2)、有獎問答：

用電腦或DVD播放《米奇動畫片》或其它動畫片給小伴侶們看，激發(fā)小伴侶們的觀看熱忱，依據(jù)動畫片的故事情節(jié)與小伴侶們進行有獎問答。

(3)、“彩球接力”嬉戲：

將現(xiàn)場的兒童按10人/組分成小隊，每隊分發(fā)1個彩球進行傳球接力競賽。當嬉戲開頭時，每隊的第一位小伴侶將球傳給對面的其次位小伴侶，傳球不能越到其它小伴侶的跑道，兩個小伴侶接球時不能用手幫忙。在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)最快完成接力賽的小隊成員獲勝，每人贈送一份小獎品。

(三)、禮送客人

聯(lián)系各個參與兒童的家長，把兒童平安送走。

七、留意事項：

1、在前期預備時，盡可能購買清潔、環(huán)保和健康的物料;
