1、低碳生活，其實很簡單。

地球是我們的家園，我們應(yīng)該保護(hù)它，不要污染它。要做到低碳生活，其實很簡單。

記得去年夏天，天氣非常熱，我和我的家人“躲”在家里看電視。爸爸離開沙發(fā)，走到空調(diào)下，找了找空調(diào)遙控器，便“啪啪”地按了幾下。之后又走到沙發(fā)旁坐了下來，我好奇的問爸爸：“爸爸，你剛才干什么的呀？”爸爸說：“沒干什么！”我不信，便穿上鞋，走到空調(diào)下，拿起空調(diào)遙控器，看了一眼，呀，原來爸爸把空調(diào)調(diào)到了24攝氏度，我對媽媽說：“媽媽，你快跟爸爸說叫他把空調(diào)關(guān)掉吧，如果我們把空調(diào)關(guān)掉，把電風(fēng)扇打開，那能減少多少排碳量??！” 又為大自然節(jié)省了能源。

記得還有一次，我和媽媽要去買紙盤，由于第二天要用，我們晚上才去超市。出門時，媽媽對我說：“一會兒到超市車停哪兒呢？”我連忙對媽媽說：“不行不行！如果開車去，沒地方停，最重要的是開車去會排出多少碳哪！”媽媽聽了我的話，陪我走到了超市。

淘米水可以用來洗臉洗手,茶葉渣可以曬干做茶葉枕頭,用傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)條鬧鐘取代電子鬧鐘,隨手拔下電器插頭……這些看似不經(jīng)意的舉動,都是在為地球減碳。市環(huán)保局的專家說,“低碳生活”實際上就是節(jié)水、省電、省氣和回收四大要素,具體到市民生活中來說,都是些舉手之勞的小事。

低碳生活,其實不僅僅關(guān)系到環(huán)境保護(hù)、節(jié)約資源之類的宏大命題。即便在個人生活層面上,它也是好處多多的———既節(jié)省生活開支,又有利于身心健康。比如,選擇自行車、步行、公交車等綠色出行方式；又比如,少用一度電、少用一張紙、節(jié)約一滴水；再比如,使用環(huán)保購物袋、認(rèn)養(yǎng)一棵綠化樹……

“健康環(huán)保的步行和自行車交通”就是我們常說的“綠色出行”，即采用對環(huán)境影響最小的出行方式，具有節(jié)約能源、提高能效、減少污染、有益于健康、兼顧效率的特點。乘坐公共汽車、地鐵等公共交通工具，合作乘車，環(huán)保駕車、文明駕車，或者步行、騎自行車……努力降低自己出行中的能耗和污染，這就是“綠色出行”。

2、低碳要從一點一滴的小事做起

低碳生活是一種非常環(huán)保、文明的生活方式。節(jié)水、節(jié)電、節(jié)油、節(jié)氣，可以幫助我們將低碳生活變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實。

現(xiàn)在我們國家對全世界公開承諾減排指標(biāo)，決定到2020年溫室氣體排放比2005年下降40%-45%。低碳時代已經(jīng)如約而至，正在改變著我們的生活。“低碳”就在我們身邊。

夏天，我們在家用空調(diào)時，不要長時間開著，用了幾個小時后，就關(guān)掉，再開電風(fēng)扇。這樣就能省50%的電；在冰箱內(nèi)放食物時，食物的量以占容積的80%為宜，用塑料盒盛水制冰后放入冷藏室，這樣能延長停機(jī)時間、減少開機(jī)時間，更節(jié)電；用微波爐加工食品時，最好在食品上加層無毒塑料膜或蓋上蓋子，這樣被加工食品水分不易蒸發(fā)，食品味道好又省電；開車時盡量避免突然變速，選擇合適檔位，避免低檔跑高速，定期更換機(jī)油，輪胎氣壓要適當(dāng)和少開空調(diào)。短時間不用電腦時，啟用“睡眠”模式，能耗可下降到50%以下；關(guān)掉不用的程序和音箱、打印機(jī)等外圍設(shè)備；少讓硬盤、軟盤、光盤同時工作；適當(dāng)降低顯示器的亮度。平時我們勤動手動腦, 也可以實現(xiàn) “低碳”。一般家庭都有很多廢棄的盒子，如肥皂盒、牙膏盒、奶盒等，其實稍加裁剪，就可以輕松將它們廢物利用，比如制作成儲物盒，可以在里面放茶葉包、化妝品之類的物品；還可以利用方便面盒、罐頭瓶、酸奶瓶制作一盞漂亮的臺燈；喝過的茶葉渣，曬干做一個茶葉枕頭，既舒適還能改善睡眠……

另外，將普通燈泡換成節(jié)能燈，盡量步行、騎自行車或乘公交車出行，隨手拔下電器插頭……你看這些看似不經(jīng)意的小事，都是在為“減碳”做貢獻(xiàn)。

我們應(yīng)該從節(jié)電、節(jié)水、節(jié)碳、節(jié)油、節(jié)氣這種小事做起，低碳生活是我們要建立的綠色生活方式，只要我們?nèi)バ袆?，就可以接近低碳生活，達(dá)到低碳生活的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?！翱傊?，低碳生活，既是保護(hù)環(huán)境，也是拯救自己。”

那么對于我們小學(xué)生來說，還有其它降耗低碳的好方法嗎？來看看我的建議吧。紙張的雙面使用，節(jié)約用紙；

不用一次性的塑料袋；

減少糧食的浪費(fèi)；

隨手關(guān)燈，隨手關(guān)好水龍頭。

使用手帕，少用紙巾……

我們的地球需要我們共同來愛護(hù)，讓我們從身邊的小事做起，珍惜資源，降低能耗，讓我們的生活更加美好。

綠色低碳的生活，是最自然的生活；我的身邊現(xiàn)在隨處可見，低碳生活，綠色生活的公益廣告；這說明綠色的自然概念正在被人們慢慢的重視。

那是一個讓人永世難忘的日子，2008年5月12日，四川汶川發(fā)生了8.0級的地震；天災(zāi)讓多少人在此失去了寶貴的生命，讓多少個家庭支離破碎；這個看似一個簡單的天災(zāi)，似乎它的發(fā)生是一件自然的事件；隨后，在世界各地紛紛發(fā)生了不同等級的地震、海嘯、天坑等災(zāi)害；我的心再次被震驚，我也有種不安的感覺，包括我在內(nèi)的朋友都紛紛擔(dān)心起來，擔(dān)心我們自己的安危，擔(dān)心地球的末日；我?guī)е苫蟛话驳男那樵诰W(wǎng)上查找相關(guān)的自然災(zāi)害的資料，我也想明白是什么原因，地球會如此的暴躁的向人類給與無情的打擊呢？

綠色低碳的生活，是和諧的生活；記得我們曾經(jīng)很小的時候?qū)W過這樣一篇文章，種瓜得瓜，種豆得豆，誰種下仇恨他自己遭殃；看似簡單的道理，可是人類卻為了發(fā)展、為了工業(yè)化，傷害到自然、傷害到地球的身體了；富裕起來了人，讓汽車明顯增多了，導(dǎo)致的最直接結(jié)果，二氧化碳的大量排放，導(dǎo)致大氣層里的臭氧層被破壞，全球氣候變暖，溫室效應(yīng)直接導(dǎo)致北極的冰層不斷的從冰山上剝落下來，直接導(dǎo)致海平面的海水不斷的上升；汽車的污染尾氣排放，破壞了自然，也傷害了自己；不少發(fā)達(dá)國家包括我們國家歷盡多少年的努力，現(xiàn)在對汽車污染的排放抓的很嚴(yán)；現(xiàn)在不少大的生產(chǎn)汽車上包括我們國內(nèi)自主研發(fā)的比亞迪公司也研發(fā)出混合動力汽車了；這一切都說明，綠色低碳的生活，是地球上每個人都向往的，人類只有和諧了地球；與地球成為朋友；不能以犧牲地球而換取發(fā)展，符合自然規(guī)律的發(fā)展。

綠色低碳的生活，綠色的發(fā)展；我們國家在上個世紀(jì)就提出了可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；從粗放型到節(jié)約型發(fā)展、節(jié)能減排；我們國家對于那些污染嚴(yán)重的企業(yè)給予提出建議整改，如一些污染嚴(yán)重的化工廠和粉塵特別多的工廠；我記得曾在南京電視臺直播南京上就看到類似的節(jié)目；對于不改的企業(yè)給予堅決的取締；綠色的發(fā)展，是長久的發(fā)展、是自然的發(fā)展、人類的發(fā)展；認(rèn)清了自然與人的關(guān)系，吸取自然給與人類沉痛的教訓(xùn)，堅決執(zhí)行國家的政策，堅決以國家的利益，人類的利益為主，而不去為蠅頭小利犧牲綠色的地球，大家的地球。君子愛財，取之有道。

綠色低碳的生活，心靈的綠色；都說現(xiàn)在的人更忙碌了，工作節(jié)奏也變快了；人與人相處的關(guān)系也不是那么融洽了啊，時常聽到身邊的老人家說，不及毛澤東那個年代的人了；時代在發(fā)展，人們的生活也在改變；人的觀念的發(fā)展是永遠(yuǎn)滯后于經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，胡主席提出的八恥八榮正是我們國家精神文明建設(shè)的反映，和諧社會、和諧自己的親人，和諧自己的朋友，和諧自己身邊的人，這么大的社會不就是有許多個你我他構(gòu)成的嗎？如果你做到了綠色你的心靈，友好自己身邊的人，不就是氛圍很濃的和諧社會嗎？人際關(guān)系的緊張，不利于工作的進(jìn)展，不利于學(xué)習(xí)的進(jìn)展，更不利于每個人身體健康的進(jìn)展，希望每個人都有一顆綠色自然的心靈，相由心生，希望每個人看到別人臉色都是和自己一樣的微笑花朵。
