第三篇：邀請信、請柬

一、導(dǎo)入

大家聽過《黑色星期五》這首歌曲嗎？它與《第十三雙眼睛》《懺魂曲》并稱為世界三大禁曲。為什么稱之為禁曲呢，是因為在這首歌存在的13年里，聽過的人紛紛自殺，竟數(shù)以百計。自殺者留下遺書都說自殺是因為無法忍受著無比憂傷的旋律，此間還有無數(shù)的吉他，鋼琴等藝術(shù)家彈過此曲后從此封手。

有記載第一個自殺的人是一位英國的軍官，他在家里一個人安靜地休息，無意中就開始聽郵遞員送過來的唱盤，第一首樂曲就是魯蘭斯*查理斯的“黑色星期五”，當(dāng)他聽完這首曲子以后，他的靈魂受到了極為強烈的刺激，心情再也不能平靜下來。不一會，他拿出家中的手槍，結(jié)束了自己的生命，槍聲響起的同時，還正放著那首“黑色星期五”，這也是他留下的唯一死亡線索。警方經(jīng)過徹底調(diào)查和推測，結(jié)果得出一個結(jié)論：他確是屬于自殺，但這首“黑色星期五”是間接殺手！并警告人們不要去聽這首樂曲-------因為警方在聽這首樂曲的時候也差點有人自殺！接著這件事就轟動了整個歐洲，人們感到不可思議，驚恐而好奇，不少自認(rèn)為心理素質(zhì)可以的人好奇地到處搜集并親身體驗，去探險。

其中一位美國的中年男子，聽了幾遍這首“黑色星期五”以后，開槍自殺，在他的遺言中寫道：“請把這首曲子作為我葬禮的哀樂“。接著類似自殺消息一個接一個，從歐洲到美洲，到亞洲，整個世界為之恐慌。

當(dāng)時歐洲的一位非常有身份的名人在出席一個音樂演奏會的時候，他堅決要求在場的一位音樂家用鋼琴彈奏那首“黑色星期五”，鋼琴家開始堅決不答應(yīng)，但迫于好奇的觀眾的壓力和要求，只好演奏。演奏結(jié)束以后，這位鋼琴家發(fā)誓：以后永遠(yuǎn)不再摸鋼琴！而那位提出要求的名人從此以后也隱名埋姓，銷聲匿跡了

正因為如此，全世界所有的國家開始銷毀所有有關(guān)這首樂曲的資料，將其列為禁曲，也因此，這首曲子被稱為“魔鬼的邀請書”

二、定義

提到邀請書這個詞語，大家知道這個日常性文種的內(nèi)涵嗎？ 邀請書又稱邀請信或邀請函，是行政機關(guān)、企事業(yè)單位、社會團體或者個人邀請有關(guān)人士前往某地參加某項活動或事宜的專用書信。

三、邀請信的特點 禮儀色彩

同請柬一樣，邀請信也具有邀請的功能，邀請有一些禮儀色彩。但相比較而言，邀請信更懇切、熱情、樸實一些。它沒有請柬那么莊重嚴(yán)肅，但也具有利益色彩，講究禮貌周全。

書信體格式

邀請信是一種專用書信，寫作時嚴(yán)格按照書信體的格式來寫。

四、邀請函的基本內(nèi)容

包括禮儀活動的背景、目的和名稱；主辦單位和組織機構(gòu)；禮儀活動的內(nèi)容和形式；參加對象；禮儀活動的時間和地點、聯(lián)絡(luò)方式以及其他需要說明的事項。內(nèi)容根據(jù)實際情況填寫。

請柬的內(nèi)容：

文字：標(biāo)題、稱謂、正文、敬語、落款和日期

裝飾：圖案和色彩搭配 請柬的形式：有平面的、立體有聲的;橫式的,豎式的;心形的、樹葉形的及不規(guī)則形的。

制作的方法有:攝影的,色彩繪聲繪的,鏤印噴刷的以及剪貼的。包括利用多種材料拼貼和利用廢舊彩圖紙剪貼制作的等。

七、請柬的結(jié)構(gòu)

從撰寫方法上說，不論哪種樣式的請柬，都有標(biāo)題、稱謂、正文、敬語、落款和日期等。

1.標(biāo)題

雙柬帖封面印上或?qū)懨鳌罢埣怼倍郑话銘?yīng)做些藝術(shù)加工，即采用名家書法、字面燙金或加以圖案裝飾等。有些單柬帖，“請柬”二字寫在頂端第一行，字體較正文稍大。

2.稱謂

頂格寫清被邀請單位名稱或個人姓名，其后加冒號。個人姓名后要注明職務(wù)或職稱，如“××先生”、“×× 女士”。

3.正文

另起行，前空兩格，寫明活動的內(nèi)容、時間、地點及其他應(yīng)知事項。

4.敬語

一般以“敬請（恭請）光臨”“此致敬禮”等作結(jié)?！按酥隆绷砥鹦?，前空兩格，再另起行，寫“敬禮”等詞，需頂格

5.落款和日期

寫明邀請單位或個人姓名。下邊寫日期。
