第二篇：Ameya360X射線行李安檢機解決方案

Ameya360 X射線行李安檢機解決方案

1、前言

X射線行李安檢機，又名安檢儀，安檢X光機，行李安檢機，通道式X光機，物檢X光機，X射線安檢儀，X光行李安檢機，X射線檢測儀，X射線異物檢測機，X光安檢機，X光行包檢測儀，三品檢測儀，三品檢查機，三品檢查儀，查危儀。

借助于輸送帶將被檢查行李送入X射線檢查通道而完成檢查的電子設(shè)備。行李進入X射線檢查通道，將阻擋包裹檢測傳感器，檢測信號被送往系統(tǒng)控制部分，產(chǎn)生X射線觸發(fā)信號，觸發(fā)X射線射線源發(fā)射X射線束。一束經(jīng)過準(zhǔn)直器的扇形X射線束穿過輸送帶上的被檢物品，X射線被被檢物品吸收，最后轟擊安裝在通道內(nèi)的雙能量半導(dǎo)體探測器。探測器把X射線轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾盘?，這些很弱的信號被放大，并送到信號處理機箱做進一步處理。

第一幼兒園2012年 安全工作自檢自查報告

為了強化幼兒園的安全工作，增強師生的安全意識，確保幼兒人身、飲食安全，保證幼兒快樂健康成長，按照省政府的統(tǒng)一工作部署，有效遏制校園安全事故、事件的發(fā)生，進一步推進“百日提升行動”扎實深入進行。我園針對自身情況進行詳細周密的自查?，F(xiàn)將自查情況匯總?cè)缦?/p>

一、教職工充分重視，提高思想意識

我園成立了以劉園長為首的幼兒園安全隱患集中排查整治行動工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，針對各項具體安全工作開展排查活動。同時召開幼兒園老師集體會議，要求教師提高責(zé)任意識，增強安全常識，切實認識到幼兒安全工作的重要性，保證把孩子教育好，管理好，保護好，讓家長放心地將幼兒交到我們的手中。

二、消防安全工作管理

根據(jù)有關(guān)精神及規(guī)定，幼兒園集體對活動室、午休室、食堂等重點防火場所進行排查，對電源、電線進行改裝處理，對教室內(nèi)的插座進行“不用即封”處理，將墻面外漏的插座用膠帶封住，將拖線插座放在高處（孩子夠不著的地方）使用，消除一切不安全的隱患。檢查消防器材的使用情況。并對幼兒及教師進行應(yīng)急預(yù)案知識教育，確保緊急情況下幼兒和教職工能夠有秩序地安全撤離、疏散。

三、接送、晨檢、午睡值班工作情況管理

幼兒園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)訂立在園門接送幼兒，教師嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行交接班制度，認真清點幼兒，注意管理好幼兒的安全。做好幼兒入園、帶藥、不安全隱患記錄工作，防止漏失。對于不熟悉的幼兒接送者要謹(jǐn)慎對待，不能有一點失誤。違反規(guī)定交接幼兒接送的要嚴(yán)肅處理，嚴(yán)格控制接送人員常規(guī)管理。如果幼兒無人接送，值班的教師要負責(zé)到底，安全無誤地將幼兒送到家。對于未到園的幼兒，教師要及時做好家園聯(lián)系工作，并針對具體情況進行匯報，有異常情況應(yīng)馬上請示上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，以防各種大的傳染病或其他特殊情況的蔓延。幼兒午睡值日教師應(yīng)盡職盡責(zé)，根據(jù)季節(jié)變化和幼兒具體情況做好保育工作，讓每個幼兒健康安全地午休。

四、食品衛(wèi)生管理情況

幼兒園對食堂衛(wèi)生情況進行了一次深入地檢查，徹底清除衛(wèi)生死角，對于各種不衛(wèi)生的隱患和習(xí)慣及時進行處理更新。廚房工作人員認真學(xué)習(xí)和嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行食品衛(wèi)生法等文件的規(guī)定，并簽訂食品飲食衛(wèi)生責(zé)任狀。園加強對食品采購、供貨、加工等關(guān)口的管理，確保所購食品和原料衛(wèi)生安全，符合國家食品衛(wèi)生要求。存放食品和原料的場所有專人管理，非直接工作人員不得接近；嚴(yán)格生熟分放和加工處理制度，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行飯菜當(dāng)日制作，當(dāng)日食用制度，以防隔夜飯菜對幼兒身體健康造成危害。對幼兒園進行滅鼠除蟑，清除各種寄生蟲，防止各類傳染病的發(fā)生。滅蠅藥專人專點妥善保管，單獨存放，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行用藥、清理和管理制度。

五、幼兒學(xué)習(xí)活動玩具和運動器械情況管理

結(jié)合本次自查活動，幼兒園對室內(nèi)室外設(shè)施玩具，寢室用品，進行了一次徹底地檢查。將各種游樂設(shè)施進行加固處理，對教具和玩具進行消毒和檢查，將不合格的玩具進行銷毀。室內(nèi)桌椅和寢室床具也整體進行了一次維修，徹底檢查了班級的物品擺放，消除了隱患。

六、幼兒安全常識教育情況

各幼兒教師結(jié)合課堂教學(xué)對幼兒進行安全知識的滲透，讓幼兒具備簡單的防火、防電、防水、防病、防騙常識，并利用接送幼兒的時候與家長進行溝通，讓家長配合幼兒園的教育工作。結(jié)合本次自查整改工作，我園在管理制度、校園設(shè)施、安全意識和安全措施等方面都進行了進一步的改進和完善。教師的安全意識也進一步加強，對各項安全工作和應(yīng)急處理辦法有了更深入地了解，幼兒將會在一個安全的、活潑的環(huán)境內(nèi)健康、快樂地成長

附： 自檢情況：

1、幼兒園房屋、戶外活動場地、玩教具等經(jīng)檢查符合安全要求。

2、無安全隱患的門窗、圍墻和廁所。

3、幼兒在活動時，有專人負責(zé)看護。

4、幼兒園周邊無違章及倒塌的危險建筑。

5、幼兒食品的采購嚴(yán)格把好采購關(guān)。購買、儲存、加工及留樣均按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。

6、食堂工作人員身體健康并定期體檢。食堂工作人員能嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行定期消毒制度。食堂的建筑、設(shè)備與環(huán)境均符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

7、對突發(fā)流行病和傳染病制定有針對性地防范和措施。

8、定期組織教職員工學(xué)習(xí)，提高個人素質(zhì)，無發(fā)生體罰及變相體罰幼兒的行為。

9、幼兒園安全工作會議健全，定期開會，定期培訓(xùn)，使每位員工把安全工作當(dāng)成頭等大事。幼兒園各個崗位都有明確的安全要求。把安全工作落實到每個人頭上，做到防范于未然。

10、制定幼兒食品衛(wèi)生安全管理制度并嚴(yán)格按照制度執(zhí)行。

11、事故及時報告制度、突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)急預(yù)案均建立。

12、制定幼兒接送制度，對不認識的人接孩子，老師不放行并與家長聯(lián)系保證每位幼兒的人身安全。

13、辦園條件符合有關(guān)規(guī)定，并持有教育部門頒發(fā)的辦園許可證。

第五篇：安檢責(zé)任書

責(zé) 任 書

為進一步加強安檢現(xiàn)場管理，根據(jù)北京市公安局公交總隊治安支隊、北京地鐵運營公司、分公司保衛(wèi)部要求，提高安檢服務(wù)質(zhì)量，加大檢查力度，杜絕漏檢，增強安檢員的安全意識、責(zé)任意識、法制意識、服務(wù)意識，落實消防四個能力及區(qū)域防控工作，預(yù)防違法亂紀(jì)現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，特簽訂如下保證：

1、工作中落實北京市“213號令”、和《北京市城市軌道交通安全檢查操作規(guī)范》（試行），確保做到“逢包必檢、逢液必查、逢疑必問”，嚴(yán)把安檢關(guān)口，第一時間堵截不法分子和易燃焬爆等違禁品進入軌道交通。

2、堅持“誰主管、誰負責(zé)”的原則，認真貫徹落實各項規(guī)章制度和上級文件及會議指示精神。

3、工作中文明禮貌執(zhí)崗，正確宣傳引導(dǎo)，確保不發(fā)生有效投訴事件。

4、做好信息反饋工作，達到快、準(zhǔn)、實三字要求。確保信息暢通，做到急事急報，大事快報，無事報平安。

5、工作中嚴(yán)格落實《安檢十六個怎么辦》，按《安檢十六個怎么辦》工作流程處置突發(fā)事件。

6、嚴(yán)格遵守請銷假制度。

7、落實崗位衛(wèi)生責(zé)任制，做到對安檢設(shè)備定時擦拭、隨臟隨擦。

8、做好防火、用電的防范工作，嚴(yán)禁在宿舍內(nèi)用火，嚴(yán)禁使用大功率電器，嚴(yán)禁在安檢點為手機充電等。

9、工作中嚴(yán)禁做與崗位無關(guān)的事。

10、工作中一律佩戴公交總隊配發(fā)的上崗證件執(zhí)崗，無證人員嚴(yán)禁上崗。

發(fā)生以下問題，對責(zé)任者按有關(guān)規(guī)定進行考核，觸犯法律的，追究法律責(zé)任：

1、發(fā)生治安案件、刑事案件。

2、發(fā)生影響安定團結(jié)、擾亂社會治安非法集會、游行、示威、越級上訪、請愿等群眾性鬧事活動。

3、發(fā)生火災(zāi)、群死群傷等重大安全事故。

4、發(fā)生交通安全責(zé)任事故。
