班主任工作總結(jié)

一年又過去了，端坐桌前思索。平凡的班主任工作，是讓學生提高能力、養(yǎng)成習慣、塑造人格的工作，是一件光榮而有意義的工作，而它又是瑣碎、繁忙的。因此，要做好這項工作，必須花很大的精力和努力。我把這學期的工作總結(jié)如下：

一、抓好學生思想工作，促成班級精神：

“做一個堂堂正正的人。”是我一直都掛在嘴邊的話，孩子們特別熟悉，不管是考試還是平常作業(yè)學生們都能很自覺的獨立完成。另外我還結(jié)合語文課和品德課加強學生的思想工作，同時我還利用班會、平時時間，尤其是利用偶發(fā)事件進行教育。目前班級基本形成一種班級精神“誠實、勤奮、理想、寬容”。

二、抓好班級教育教學工作，促成班級氛圍：

一個班級是以學習為靈魂的，為了讓學生們深入學習，我認為幾個方面是成功的。

1、充分協(xié)調(diào)。摩擦總是會有的，而協(xié)調(diào)是潤滑劑。我便是班上的那瓶潤滑劑。在日常工作中，我不斷協(xié)調(diào)老師與老師之間，協(xié)調(diào)老師與學生之間，協(xié)調(diào)學生與學生之間。老師間倒是很容易，而學生之間也能用權(quán)威和影響力來解決。而老師和學生之間的協(xié)調(diào)是很重要的。特別是在科任老師對學生的言行不適時，在學生心中，在學生群體中造成很大負面影響的時候，很可能會發(fā)生矛盾，雖然是四年級，但是學生的內(nèi)心開始抗拒，就會直接影響學習，而且這樣影響有著很強的“傳染性”。在本學期，我覺得我做的很棒，讓各科老師和學生都處于十分融洽的狀態(tài)下，其中我細心觀察和及時的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)揮了決定作用。

2、鼓勵學生克服各種困難，來自家庭、心理、學習、生活等方法的，鼓勵、引導(dǎo)他們?nèi)绾伟才艜r間，如何使用方法學好不同的課程，很大程度上促進了學生學習，教會他們?nèi)绾芜m應(yīng)和改善，如何更有利于學習。

3、通過各種形式與家長溝通。例如電話、以及放學回家路上，引導(dǎo)家長鼓勵和幫助學生的學習。

三、選好班干部，促進班級體制建設(shè)：

俗話說：火車跑得快必須車頭帶。同樣的道理，要帶好一個班級，班干部的作用是老師也無法取代的，所以，我在班級管理中特別重視班干部的選拔和培養(yǎng)，班干部產(chǎn)生后，我和他們經(jīng)常召開班干部會議，要求他們在各方面嚴格要求自己，明確自己的職責，做好自己的工作。這樣選出來的班干部在工作中積極主動，而且工作起來也得心應(yīng)手。每過一段時間，我都會召集班干部開一次會，讓他們談?wù)劦檬?，以及今后的打算等。這樣，既為班干部進行了指導(dǎo)，又提高了他們的工作積極性。激勵、允許錯誤，公平公正。

四、抓好常規(guī)管理，促進班級習慣養(yǎng)成：

學生從早晨上學到放學，一日的常規(guī)是否規(guī)范、文明，影響到良好集體的形成及學生各方面的發(fā)展。在班主任工作中，我主要從小事抓起，抓好常規(guī)管理，培養(yǎng)學生良好的學習、生活習慣，為學生創(chuàng)設(shè)一個和諧、整潔的學習、生活環(huán)境。學期初，我就根據(jù)班中的實際情況，明確了各個崗位的負責人，建立了一個完整的班干部體系，細致到分管地面，黑板，桌椅，掃帚等管理員。在學生個人清潔和參與勞動上也常提常抓。同時，我利用班隊讓全班同學討論，明確學生應(yīng)做到哪些，不能做哪些。我又組織學生每周進行總結(jié)評比，表彰日常行為規(guī)范好的同學，以此不斷強化，幫助學生初步養(yǎng)成良好的學習、生活習慣。

當然，我在本學期的工作中還存在著一些問題，例如班級精神的培養(yǎng)還不能系統(tǒng)化，發(fā)展還不夠科學有效；對各種習慣的培養(yǎng)研究不深入。一直以來，我都想讓孩子們正確、快樂的學習和生活?！爱攷焺t師，當友則友”，在下學期，我會加倍努力，做好工作計劃，在忙碌而繁瑣的班主任工作中培育出更優(yōu)秀的人才來。
